Detailed Description
For the purpose of illustrating the technical content, the constructional features, the achieved objects and the effects of the invention in detail, reference will be made to the following detailed description of the embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1-2, a water absorbing attachment 100 constructed in accordance with aspects of the present invention is shown and described. The suction attachment 100 generally comprises a suction head 10 adapted to be moved over a surface to be cleaned and capable of suctioning dirty liquid, a coupling body 20, and a dirty liquid storage tank 30. The lower portion of the coupling body 20 is rotatably coupled to the suction head 10 of the suction head 10. The dirty liquid storage tank 30 is detachably attached to the joint body 20. The top of the coupling body 20 is provided with an air outlet pipe 40. The outlet duct 40 is adapted to be in airflow communication with a vacuum cleaner, the outlet duct 40 being arranged to transmit vacuum suction from the vacuum cleaner to the cleaner head 10.
As shown in FIGS. 1-3, the suction head 10 comprises a housing 11 formed by an upper cover 111 and a bottom plate 112, a flexible flat suction nozzle 12 is arranged at the middle position of the bottom plate 112, and a pair of rollers 113 and 114 are arranged at the front and the rear of the bottom plate 112. As the cleaner head 10 is moved across the surface to be cleaned, the two pairs of rollers 113 and 114 on the base 112 move the cleaner head 10 as a whole, and at the same time the flexible flat suction nozzle 12 is finished sucking up dirt liquid from the surface to be cleaned and along with air into a suction channel (not shown) in the housing 11.
As shown in fig. 4 for the dirty liquid storage tank 30, the dirty liquid storage tank 30 includes a tank body 3001 and a tank cover 3002 releasably held above the tank body 3001, with a lock mechanism 3003 provided between the tank cover 3002 and the tank body 3001 to secure the tank cover 3002 to the tank body 3001.
As shown in fig. 5, the dirty liquid storage tank 30 includes, as viewed in outline, a first portion 31 and a second portion 32 arranged side by side in the left-right direction, and the top surface of the second portion 32 is higher than the top surface of the first portion 31. The entire dirty liquid storage tank 30 is in an "L" shape. The ratio of the width W to the height H of the dirty liquid storage tank 30 may be selected to be 1:1-3, preferably 1: 1-2.
Continuing with fig. 1, a lock mechanism 34 is mounted on the top of the dirty liquid storage tank 30, and a user can release the entire dirty liquid storage tank 30 from the adapter 20 by operating the lock mechanism 34. As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, the unlocking member 341 of the lock mechanism 34 in this embodiment is located on a portion of the lid 3002 above the first portion 31, and the user can release the dirty liquid storage tank 30 from the coupling body 20 by operating the unlocking member 341. The unlocking member 30031 of the lock mechanism 3003 is located on a portion of the can lid 3002 above the second portion 32, and a user can detach the can lid 3002 from the can body 3001 by operating the unlocking member 30031 for the purpose of pouring dirty liquid or cleaning the can contents.
As shown in fig. 6, the first portion 31 has a first chamber 311 therein, and the second portion 32 has a second chamber 321 therein. A partition 35 is arranged between the first chamber 311 and the second chamber 321, the partition 35 can partition the first chamber 311 from the second chamber 321, a through hole 351 is arranged at the middle lower part of the partition 35, a notch 352 is arranged at the top part of the partition 35, and the first chamber 311 and the second chamber 321 are communicated through the through hole 351 and the notch 352. In this example, the first chamber 311 is located upstream of the second chamber 321, such that the contaminated fluid entering the contaminated fluid storage tank 30 first enters the first chamber 311, and then flows from the first chamber 311, through the through hole 351 and the notch 352, and into the second chamber 321. The bottom and top of the first section 31 are provided with a liquid inlet 301 and a gas outlet 302, respectively. The first chamber 311 is further provided therein with a liquid inlet pipe 314 and a collision part 315, and the collision part 315 is located at the inner top of the first chamber 311. The lower end of the liquid inlet pipe 314 is connected to the liquid inlet 301, and the upper end is located immediately below the collision portion 315 and close to the collision portion 315, so that the contaminated liquid entering from the liquid inlet pipe 314 flows into the first chamber 311 after colliding with the collision portion 315. The upper part of the second part 32 is provided with an exhaust channel 303, one end of which extends into the second chamber 321, and the other end of the exhaust channel 303 is communicated with the air outlet 302. Inside the second chamber 321 is arranged a float 33, which float 33 is used to monitor the liquid level in the second chamber 321. Thus, the inlet 301, the inlet pipe 314, the first chamber 311, the second chamber 321, the exhaust passage 303 and the outlet 302 are sequentially communicated.
The joint body 20 shown in fig. 7 includes, from bottom to top, a connection head 24, a lower joint portion 21, a connection portion 23, and an upper joint portion 22. An outlet pipe 40 is installed at the top end of the upper joint 22. The coupling 20 is pivotally connected to the housing 11 of the cleaner head 10 by a lower connection head 24 and is pivotally connected to the housing so that the two are in air flow communication. The lower junction 21 is provided with a lower port 211, the lower port 211 being in gas flow communication with the housing 11 via the connector 24, the lower port 211 being adapted to interconnect and provide gas flow communication with the inlet port 301 of the dirty liquid storage tank 30. The upper junction 22 is provided with an upper port 221, and the outlet pipe 40 is in fluid communication with the upper port 221, the upper port 221 being adapted to be interconnected to and in fluid communication with the outlet port 302 of the dirty liquid storage tank 30. The upper engaging portion 22, the lower engaging portion 21, and the connecting portion 23 define a space 25. Referring to fig. 1, when the dirty liquid tank 30 is mounted on the adapter 20, the liquid inlet 301 is in air flow communication with the lower port 211, the air outlet 302 is in air flow communication with the upper port 221, a portion of the first portion 31 is defined in the space 25, and the second portion 32 is offset to one side of the adapter 20.
The water absorption accessory is simple in structure and can well clean liquid dirt.
