The end of the connection rod 80 is disposed inside the body 30 and is located at the rear side of the central position of the body 30. The clear water tank 50 is detachably disposed at the back of the main body near the top end of the main body 30, and the sewage tank 10 is detachably disposed at the front of the main body 30 near the bottom end of the main body 30. Wherein a partial area of the lower end of the fresh water tank 50 is overlapped with a partial area of the upper end of the sewage tank 10 left and right. The suction motor 60 is positioned at the top of the sewage tank 10 and overlapped with a partial area of the clean water tank 50 in the left-right direction, the power supply part 70 is positioned below the clean water tank and overlapped with a partial area of the sewage tank 10 in the left-right direction, a sleeve chamber is provided between the power supply part 70 and the sewage tank 10, and the fluid line 33 is provided in the sleeve chamber. The design mode enables the position among the clean water tank, the sewage tank, the power supply component and the air suction motor to be more compact, the height of the machine body can be reduced, and meanwhile, the capacity of the clean water tank and the capacity of the sewage tank can be guaranteed.
Further, a fluid line 33 (i.e., a line in which dust-laden gas and sewage are mixed) is provided at the rear side of the sewage tank 10, which includes a line inlet 34 and a line outlet 35. The pipeline inlet is positioned on the bottom end surface of the machine body 30 and positioned at the rear end of the supporting plate 32 of the sewage tank 10, and the pipeline outlet 35 is positioned on the side wall surface 36 of the accommodating cavity 34. The fluid line 33 is not provided in the tank 10, so that the volume of the tank is increased, and the diameter of the tank can be relatively large, which is not likely to cause clogging.
A clear water pipe (not shown) is connected between the clear water tank 50 and the brush body 40, and the clear water tank 50 sprays liquid to the surface of the rolling brush in the brush body 40 through the clear water pipe and a water spraying assembly (not shown), wherein the clear water pipe and the fluid pipe 33 are both arranged in the same sleeve (not shown), so that the installation and the maintenance are convenient. The sleeve has opposite ends connected to the brush body 40 and the body 30, respectively. The casing pipe comprises a clear water pipeline and a fluid pipeline, and is arranged in a casing pipe cavity of the machine body, the casing pipe cavity can accommodate the casing pipe and protect the casing pipe from being damaged due to displacement caused by vibration and the like.
The sewage tank 10 is detachably disposed in the accommodating chamber 34, and an upper fluid outlet of the sewage tank 10 corresponds to an air inlet end of the air suction motor. A fluid inlet 210 communicating with the pipe outlet 35 is provided on the back surface of the sewage tank, and fluid led out through the pipe outlet 35 enters the inside of the sewage tank through the fluid inlet 210. Preferably, the pipe outlet 35 corresponds to the position of the fluid inlet 210, and the extension line of the direction of the pipe outlet 35 is approximately tangential to the inner wall surface of the fluid inlet 210, so that the cyclone separation effect of the entering gas can be generated.
The sewage tank 10 includes an upper tank 100, a lower tank 200, and a fluid guide assembly 300, and the upper tank 100 and the lower tank 200 may be separated in an up-down direction. A fluid inlet 210 is formed in a sidewall surface of the lower case 200. The sewage tank 10 may further include a filter assembly 400 and a floating assembly 500, the filter assembly 400 being disposed in the upper tank 100, and a gas discharge port 110 being further provided on a top end surface of the upper tank 100, the filter assembly 400 being disposed upstream of the gas discharge port 110, and being capable of filtering and discharging gas of the floor cleaning device. A floating assembly 500 is provided in the lower case 200, and the floating assembly 500 includes a floating member 510 and a supporting frame 520. One end of the support frame 520 is connected to the bottom end 120 of the upper case 100, the other end of the support frame 520 extends to the inside of the lower case 200, the inside of the support frame 520 forms an upper chamber, and the floating member 510 is located inside the upper chamber. An air hole 521 is formed at an outer wall surface of the support frame 520, wherein the air hole 521 is located at an area of the support frame 520 other than the rear surface.
When a cleaning operation is performed, for example, floor sewage is sucked up using the brush body 40 of the floor cleaning device 1, the sewage passes from the floor through the pipe line into the fluid inlet 210 of the sewage tank 10, and the fluid contacts the fluid guide assembly 300 at a front position thereof, and the fluid guide assembly 300 blocks the fluid from being formed so that the fluid is rapidly guided to a bottom position of the lower tank 200. The gas enters the upper case 100 through the gas holes 521 of the support frame 520, passes through the filter assembly 400, and is discharged through the gas outlet 110. The floating part 510 can float up and down in the supporting frame 520, when the water level reaches a certain degree, the floating part 510 floats up to seal the air inlet of the induced draft motor, so that the damage to the motor caused by the fluid entering the motor cavity is avoided. When the liquid detection part selects the weight detection sensor, if the weight detection sensor detects that the current weight of the sewage tank reaches the maximum weight, the weight detection sensor generates a weight signal and then sends the weight signal to a controller of the cleaning equipment, and the controller controls the air suction motor to stop working.
In particular, the fluid direction assembly 300 includes a longitudinal plate 310 and at least one transverse plate 320. The longitudinal plates 310 and the transverse plates 320 are connected to each other, and the width of the longitudinal plates 310 is not less than the width of the fluid inlet 210, thereby better guiding the fluid. The longitudinal plate 310 is located between the inner sidewall of the lower case 200 and the floating assembly 500, and it can be said that the longitudinal plate 310 is disposed between the fluid inlet 210 of the lower case 200 and the support frame 520. The upper end of the longitudinal plate 310 is connected to the bottom end 120 of the upper case 100, and the side of the lower end of the longitudinal plate 310 opposite to the fluid inlet 210 is connected to the lateral plate 320. Preferably, the longitudinal plate 310 is an inclined plate-shaped member, that is, the lower portion of the longitudinal plate 310 is spaced more apart from the inner sidewall of the lower case 200 than the upper portion of the longitudinal plate 310 is spaced apart from the inner sidewall of the lower case 200. So that the fluid is guided while not causing resistance to the fluid entering the lower case 200, that is, the lower portion of the longitudinal plate 310 is farther from the inner sidewall of the lower case 200, which is advantageous for guiding the fluid to enter the bottom of the lower case 200 quickly and does not significantly increase the volume of the cleaning apparatus.
Further, the wall surface of the side of the longitudinal plate 310 facing the fluid inlet 210 has a smooth structure, and dirt in the fluid is prevented from adhering to the wall surface. The lower end 311 of the longitudinal plate 310 extends down to the bottom of the lower housing 200 and beyond the connection of the floating member to the support frame to avoid contact of the fluid with the floating assembly 500 during falling into the bottom of the lower housing.
The lateral plate 320 of the fluid guide assembly 300 has one end connected to the side of the longitudinal plate 310 facing the floating assembly and the other end connected to the outer wall surface of the support frame 520, which can improve the strength of the longitudinal plate 310 when it is in contact with fluid.
Preferably, a handle 220 may be further provided on the outer sidewall of the lower tank 200 to facilitate removal of the sewage tank from the floor cleaning apparatus.
According to the embodiment of the application, the fluid inlet is positioned on the side wall of the sewage tank and corresponds to the fluid guiding component, when the fluid is in contact with the fluid guiding component, the fluid can form a barrier, so that the fluid is quickly guided to the bottom position of the lower tank body; the fluid guide plate is an inclined plate body, and the distance between the lower end part of the fluid guide plate and the side wall of the lower box body is larger than that between the upper end part of the fluid guide plate and the side wall of the lower box body; the wall surface of the fluid guide plate facing the side of the fluid inlet is of a smooth structure, so that dirt in the fluid is prevented from adhering to the wall surface.
