Tracking of the roll data is accomplished by re-weighing the incompletely consumed roll stock and reading by reading a memory device carried by the roll, such as an RFID, until the roll is completely consumed. The method of the invention is adopted to calculate, the stub rolls smaller than M meters are basically not generated, M can be set according to the requirements of customers, and almost every unused stub roll can be completely used in the subsequent production, thereby reducing the production cost and greatly improving the utilization rate of the stub rolls.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of logistics, and relates to an algorithm for improving the utilization rate of a stub roll in corrugated board production.
Background
In the corrugated board production industry, raw materials are generally purchased directly from each primary raw paper manufacturer, the corrugated board manufacturer can purchase corresponding raw paper according to different orders of customers, the weight is used as a calculation unit during purchase, the line length is used as a measurement unit during production, and the manufacturer needs to purchase various complicated raw materials due to different requirements of each customer. How to manage these materials also presents some trouble to the manufacturer. Particularly, in the use process of raw materials, the same raw material can be used in a plurality of orders due to different order quantities of customer orders, so that how to effectively utilize and plan the use mode of the raw material becomes a new research direction.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an algorithm for improving the utilization rate of a stub roll in corrugated board production so as to effectively reduce the rejection rate.
In order to achieve the above object, the technical scheme of the present invention is as follows:
an algorithm for improving the utilization rate of the stub rolls in the production of corrugated boards comprises the following steps:
(1) Scanning information codes of raw materials and acquiring basic data of a paper roll from an ERP (Enterprise resource planning) management system or the like through a third-party interface, or extracting the basic data of the paper roll in a manual supplement mode, wherein the basic data comprise the breadth, gram weight and manufacturer information of the original paper roll, and meanwhile, an RS232 serial port line acquires weighing data of the paper roll;
(2) Calculating the line length of the paper roll according to the formula weight = width x gram weight x line length, deducting the weight of the paper core during calculation, storing the line length to the corresponding paper roll information, binding the data to an intermediate storage medium such as RFID or a paper roll bar code, and carrying out warehouse entry operation on the paper roll after scanning;
(3) After an order of a production line is obtained, the stub rolls are preferentially discharged when the raw materials are selected according to the length of the order, one standard cache data C and the maximum reservation task number N of the same equipment are additionally set, and when the standard cache data C is lower than or the maximum reservation task number N is reached, other warehouse equipment is selected for discharging so as to avoid the production line stop caused by the fact that the stub rolls are all waited;
(4) Setting a minimum paper changing meter number M, and determining the value M according to the empirical value of the production line;
(5) The residual roll produced after the raw material paper roll is produced is scanned through an intermediate storage medium again, is weighed through an RS232 serial port line, and the line length of the paper roll is calculated according to the formula weight = width x gram weight x line length, the weight of a paper core is required to be deducted during calculation, the latest line length information is saved to the corresponding paper roll information, and the paper roll is subjected to the warehouse-in operation of the residual roll.
The invention collects and weighs purchased raw paper data through cooperation of a dispatching control system and a warehousing system, calculates the line length of the raw paper roll according to the formula weight = breadth x gram weight x line length, inputs the line length into the warehousing system, performs one-time scanning and warehouse-out operation when corresponding raw paper is used, and records information such as using time, length and the like. Because the order of the original paper roll is determined when purchasing raw materials, and the production order of a customer is not unique, after the production of a certain order is finished, the original paper roll is not completely consumed, and if the raw materials of the paper roll which are not completely consumed are not processed, great raw materials are wasted.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
Further description is provided below with reference to the flow chart illustration of the drawings.
The invention relates to an algorithm for improving the utilization rate of residual rolls in corrugated board production, which is an intelligent sorting algorithm based on board production and raw material storage, can realize data production management and is very rapid to process.
As shown in fig. 1, the architecture of the raw material supply system mainly comprises three parts, and the warehouse system is mainly responsible for data acquisition and storage of raw materials and realization of a third party interface; the dispatching control system is mainly responsible for dispatching warehouse equipment and sorting raw materials; and the warehouse equipment mainly executes the warehouse-in and warehouse-out tasks issued by the control system.
As shown in fig. 2, a key flow chart of the present invention is illustrated. After the purchased raw paper is subjected to data acquisition and weighing, the raw paper raw material data is stored, the usable length of the raw paper raw material is calculated, and after label printing or data binding of media such as RFID (radio frequency identification) are carried out, warehouse equipment carries out warehouse entry operation. After receiving the order of the third party system such as ERP, the material supply system selects the material which meets the requirement most by the control system through the selection of the corresponding rule of the corresponding material. And after the raw materials are taken out of the warehouse, the raw materials which are not completely used are subjected to corresponding measurement, weighing and rechecking and then the data are updated to a warehouse system, so that the next taking out of the warehouse is convenient until the raw materials are completely used.
The method for improving the utilization rate of the stub rolls in the production of the corrugated boards comprises the following steps of:
(1) By establishing an interface with a third party such as an ERP, the raw material bar codes are printed by the ERP, the raw material supply system scans the bar codes of each raw material, specific detailed basic data of the bar codes are obtained from the ERP system, basic information can be manually input in the raw material supply system, and the raw paper roll which is utilized for the first time can be weighed through an RS232 serial port line.
(2) The raw material supply system calculates the line length of the paper roll according to the formula weight = width = gram weight, wherein the weight needs to be deducted from the weight of the paper core tube, and a bar code is printed or a storage device such as RFID is used for storing the information of the paper roll, and the information is bound with the paper roll.
(3) When the scheduling control system reads an order to be delivered from a raw management system, a corresponding raw paper roll is selected for delivering an order according to the raw material variety, the order length and the like of the order, the priority delivery of the residual roll is ensured as much as possible when the order length selects the raw material, in addition, one standard cache data C and the maximum reservation task number N of the same equipment are set, and when the standard cache data C is lower than or the maximum reservation task N is reached, other warehouse equipment is selected for delivering the order, so that the production line shutdown caused by waiting for the residual roll is avoided.
(4) Considering that the proficiency of paper feeding personnel on each machine table is different, a standard paper feeding buffer memory meter number needs to be set, namely, a C meter is assumed for an order, two papers are fed out at the moment, the first paper is X meters, and the second paper is more than or equal to C-X meters to meet the order requirement. In this case, there is a requirement that X must be greater than or equal to a set M value, and this M paper is called the minimum paper change meter, that is, it is guaranteed that a worker on site paper has enough time to change paper, paper breakage in the production process is avoided, and the system guarantees that no stub roll smaller than M is produced, so that the production of such unusable stub rolls is avoided, and the production of waste rolls is greatly reduced.
(5) If the surplus is generated after the paper roll is delivered out of the warehouse, the intermediate information storage medium such as RFID needs to be scanned, weighing data is acquired through RS232, the line length is recalculated according to the weight, gram weight and width information of the paper roll by using a weight=width gram weight line length formula, and the update of the paper roll data and the warehouse entry of the residual paper roll are performed.
