Detailed Description
So that the manner in which the features and elements of the disclosed embodiments can be understood in detail, a more particular description of the disclosed embodiments, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to the embodiments, some of which are illustrated in the appended drawings. In the following description of the technology, for purposes of explanation, numerous details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the disclosed embodiments. However, one or more embodiments may be practiced without these details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices may be shown in simplified form in order to simplify the drawing.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a filter screen for an air conditioner, as shown in fig. 1, including a screen surface 1, further including: the track assembly 2 is arranged on one side of the net surface 1 and is configured to limit the moving track of the cleaning device 3.
The net surface 1 is full of meshes, the meshes are used for air flow to pass through, and dust in the air flow is blocked by the net surface 1 and is adhered to the net surface 1, so that the air flow is filtered and purified. The web 1 has a certain rigidity to avoid bending deformation of the web 1 when subjected to pressure. The net surface 1 comprises two opposite side surfaces, the track assembly 2 is arranged on one side of the net surface 1, and the "one side of the net surface 1" refers to one of the two side surfaces and does not refer to the edge position of the filter screen. Cleaning device 3 removes in one side of wire side 1, and the space that cleaning device 3 took when removing is located one side of wire side 1, and not the border position of filter screen, like this, need not to reserve the space for cleaning device 3 at the border position of filter screen, can reduce the interference to other inside parts of air conditioner, also can avoid the air conditioner too big with the volume design in order to hold cleaning device 3.
The rail assembly 2 is arranged on one side of the net surface 1, compared with the rail assembly 2 arranged on the edge position of the filter screen, the length of the cleaning device 3 can be shortened, the cleaning device 3 does not need to transversely or longitudinally span the whole net surface 1, and the possibility that the cleaning device 3 is spatially interfered with other components is reduced. The track assembly 2 can limit the moving track of the cleaning device 3, and when the cleaning device 3 moves along the track assembly 2, the cleaning device can clean the area of the net surface 1 passing along the way. The sweeping area can cover substantially the entire web surface 1 when the sweeping device 3 is moved along the track assembly 2 by arranging the track assembly 2 in a reasonable path. Track subassembly 2 sets up in wire side 1, can also regard as the strengthening rib of filter screen, strengthens the mechanical strength of filter screen, avoids the filter screen to receive extrusion deformation or external force collision deformation.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the track assembly 2 comprises: and the limiting groove 20 is arranged on the net surface 1 and is configured to allow the positioning piece 31 of the cleaning device 3 to extend into so as to limit the moving track of the cleaning device 3.
The limiting groove 20 is used for limiting the moving track of the cleaning device 3, the cleaning device 3 is provided with a positioning piece 31, the positioning piece 31 can extend into the limiting groove 20, when the cleaning device 3 moves, the groove wall of the limiting groove 20 can limit the part of the positioning piece 31 extending into the groove, so that the movement of the cleaning device 3 is limited by the limiting groove 20, and only the part can move along the extending path of the limiting groove 20, and the moving track of the cleaning device 3 is further limited. Alternatively, the positioning member 31 is disposed on a side of the cleaning device 3 close to the limiting groove 20. Thus, the positioning member 31 is conveniently inserted into the limiting groove 20. Alternatively, when the sweeping device 3 is placed on the surface of the track assembly 2, the positioning member 31 extends into the limiting groove 20. Thus, when the filter screen needs to be cleaned, under the condition that the cleaning device 3 is placed on the surface of the track assembly 2, the positioning piece 31 extends into the limiting groove 20, so that the movement track of the cleaning device 3 is limited in the moving process of the cleaning device 3.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the track assembly 2 further comprises: the guide rails 21 are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the stopper groove 20, and are configured to contact the rollers 32 of the cleaning device 3.
The roller 32 of the cleaning device 3 can roll, the guide rail 21 is in contact with the roller 32, and the cleaning device 3 can move smoothly when the roller 32 rolls along the guide rail 21. The guide rails 21 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the limiting groove 20, the cleaning device 3 is provided with symmetrical rollers 32 corresponding to the guide rails 21, and the rollers 32 are matched with the guide rails 21 to enable the cleaning device 3 to move more stably. Optionally, the rollers 32 are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the positioning member 31. Like this, gyro wheel 32 and guide rail 21 cooperation, setting element 31 and spacing groove 20 cooperation, when cleaning device 3 placed on track subassembly 2, cleaning device 3 can with the better cooperation of track subassembly 2 to realize cleaning device 3's steady movement.
Optionally, the sweeping device 3 is further provided with a motor 50, and the motor 50 drives the roller 32 to rotate. Thus, the sweeping device 3 is driven by the motor 50 to roll and move along the track assembly 2. Except for the situation that the roller 32 is a driving wheel, the roller 32 can also be a driven wheel, the cleaning device 3 is driven by other parts to move, and the roller 32 rotates along with the movement, so that the moving stability of the cleaning device 3 is enhanced, and the friction between the cleaning device 3 and the track assembly 2 is reduced.
Optionally, the rail assembly 2 divides the web 1 into at least two regions. Thus, when the cleaning device 3 moves along the track assembly 2, the space on one side of the screen surface 1 can be occupied as much as possible, and the occupation of the edge position of the filter screen is reduced. Optionally, the screen surface 1 is rectangular, the track of the track assembly 2 is linear, and the screen surface 1 is divided into two rectangular areas, the cleaning brushes of the cleaning device 3 are located on two sides of the track assembly 2, and the cleaning brushes extend to the edge of the filter screen. Thus, when the cleaning device 3 moves along the rail unit 2, the cleaning brush cleans the areas of the web surface 1 on both sides of the rail unit 2, and the entire web surface 1 can be cleaned.
Alternatively, the guide rails 21 are electrically connected to the power supply device and the cleaning device 3, respectively, to enable power supply to the cleaning device 3. Therefore, the cleaning device 3 does not need to be provided with an additional power supply system, the use of parts is reduced, the weight of the cleaning device 3 is reduced, and the cleaning device is more flexible and convenient to move. The sweeping device 3 drives the rolling brush 4 to rotate and/or drives the roller 32 to rotate by using electric energy. Optionally, one end of the rail 21 is provided with an interface 22 for connection with a power supply device. In this way, the rail 21 is electrically connected to the power supply device. Optionally, the rail 21 is a conductive metal. This enables power to be transmitted from the power source to the cleaning device 3. Optionally, the filter screen further includes a frame 10 surrounding the periphery of the screen surface 1, and the interface 22 of the guide rail 21 is disposed on the frame 10. In this way, the interface 22 is reasonably arranged and can be electrically connected with the power supply device. Optionally, the power supply device is configured to supply power to the air conditioner. In this way, the cleaning device 3 can be supplied with power by the power supply device of the air conditioner.
In some embodiments, the trajectory of the track assembly 2 is curvilinear in shape. The curved track assembly 2 is convenient to extend to each area of the net surface 1, so that the cleaning brush of the cleaning device 3 is not required to be designed to be overlong, and the net surface 1 can be cleaned more comprehensively. Alternatively, the mesh surface 1 is rectangular and the track of the rail member 2 is S-shaped. The cleaning device 3 moves along the S-shaped track assembly 2 and can clean all areas of the rectangular net surface 1 comprehensively. Optionally, the track of the track assembly 2 is continuously S-shaped. When the area of the wire surface 1 is large, the cleaning area of the cleaning device 3 can cover most of the wire surface 1 through the continuous S-shaped track.
In some embodiments, the rail assembly 2 is positioned between the mesh surface 1 and an air intake of an air conditioner. The track assembly 2 is located between the net surface 1 and the air inlet of the air conditioner, and when the filter screen needs to be cleaned, the cleaning device 3 can be placed on the surface of the track assembly 2 from the air inlet of the air conditioner, so that the cleaning device 3 can be placed and taken out conveniently. Moreover, when the cleaning device 3 moves along the net surface 1, the cleaning device 3 does not occupy the space of one side of the filter net facing the inside of the air conditioner, the cleaning device 3 can also extend out of an air inlet of the air conditioner, and the size is not limited too much.
The embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a cleaning device 3 for a filter screen of an air conditioner, as shown in fig. 3, including: the main body is provided with a rolling brush 4 which is contacted with the net surface 1 of the filter net and a positioning piece 31 which extends into the track component 2 of the filter net so as to be limited by the track component 2 in moving track; and the driving mechanism 5 is arranged on the main body and drives the rolling brush 4 to rotate so as to clean the net surface 1 and drive the cleaning device 3 to move on the net surface 1 along the track assembly 2.
The rolling brush 4 is in contact with the net surface 1, and the driving mechanism 5 drives the rolling brush 4 to rotate, so that the rolling brush 4 carries away dust on the net surface 1, and the net surface 1 is cleaned. The brush hair of round brush 4 can imbed wire side 1, when round brush 4 rotated, and the friction between wire side 1 was great to can make round brush 4 remove relative wire side 1, and then drive cleaning device 3 and remove. Because the main part is provided with the setting element 31 that stretches into track subassembly 2 inside, so cleaning device 3 can remove along track subassembly 2, avoids cleaning device 3 to remove at will, can't clean the wire side 1 comprehensively.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the rolling brush 4 includes a cylindrical body and bristles (not shown), a spiral groove is formed around the surface of the cylindrical body, and the bristles are coated outside the groove. The groove can enable the connection between the bristles and the cylinder to be firmer, and the bristles are prevented from falling off in frequent friction with the net surface 1. Alternatively, the roll brushes 4 are symmetrically disposed at both sides of the main body. Thus, when the cleaning device 3 moves along the rail assembly 2, the rolling brush 4 rotates to clean the net surface 1 on both sides of the rail assembly 2. Optionally, the driving mechanism 5 includes a motor 50 and a transmission assembly 51, a rotating shaft of the motor 50 is connected with the transmission assembly 51, and the transmission assembly 51 is connected with the roller brush 4. The motor 50 drives the rolling brush 4 to rotate through the transmission assembly 51, so that the rolling brush 4 rotates more stably.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the positioning member 31 has a needle shape. So that the positioning member 31 can penetrate deeply into the inside of the rail assembly 2. Optionally, the positioning member 31 is disposed on a side of the body facing the track assembly 2. In this way, the positioning member 31 is facilitated to extend into the interior of the track assembly 2.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the track assembly 2 is provided with a limiting groove 20, and the positioning member 31 extends into the limiting groove 20 to define the moving track of the main body. The positioning member 31 extends into the limiting groove 20 to limit the moving track of the main body, i.e., the moving track of the cleaning device 3. Optionally, the retaining groove 20 extends along the length of the track assembly 2. In this way, the sweeping device 3 can be restricted from moving along the length direction of the rail assembly 2.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 3-5, the body is also provided with rollers 32 that contact the track assembly 2. The roller 32 is in contact with the guide rail 21 and rolls along the guide rail 21, so that the cleaning device 3 can move smoothly. Optionally, the rollers 32 are shaped to match the shape of the mutually contacting surfaces of the track assembly 2. Thus, the roller 32 can be also restricted by the rail assembly 2, and the cleaning device 3 can be smoothly moved in accordance with the guidance of the rail assembly 2. Optionally, the track assembly 2 further includes guide rails 21 symmetrically disposed at two sides of the limiting groove 20 and configured to contact with the rollers 32 of the cleaning device 3. In this way, the roller 32 moves along the guide rail 21 to make the movement more stable. Alternatively, the tread of the roller 32 is convex toward the outer periphery with respect to the roller 32, and the rail 21 is provided with a caulking groove for accommodating the roller 32. In this way, the roller 32 can be confined in the groove of the rail 21 and roll along the extension direction of the rail 21.
Alternatively, the main body extends along the length of the rail assembly 2, the roll brush 4 is provided at the front of the main body, and the roller 32 is provided at the rear of the main body. Like this, round brush 4 is the action wheel, drives cleaning device 3 and removes, and gyro wheel 32 is from the driving wheel, and the cooperation rotates together, makes the main part remove more steadily. Alternatively, the main body extends along the length of the rail assembly 2, the roll brush 4 is provided at the rear of the main body, and the roller 32 is provided at the front of the main body. In this way, the smooth movement of the main body can also be achieved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the sweeping device 3 further includes: a dust collecting box 6 provided at an upper portion of the roll brush 4 and having an opening 60; and comb teeth 61 disposed at the opening 60 and abutting against the surface of the drum brush 4 to peel off dust on the surface of the drum brush 4 into the dust collection box 6 when the drum brush 4 rotates.
The dust collecting box 6 is used for containing dust cleaned by the rolling brush 4, the comb teeth 61 are abutted against the surface of the rolling brush 4, when the rolling brush 4 rotates, the comb teeth 61 peel off the dust on the surface of the rolling brush 4, and because the comb teeth 61 are arranged at the opening 60 of the dust collecting box 6, the dust enters the dust collecting box 6 through the opening 60 after being peeled off and is stored. The dust collecting box 6 is arranged at the upper part of the rolling brush 4 and is prevented from contacting with the net surface 1 to influence the movement of the cleaning device 3. Optionally, the dust box 6 is detachably connected to the main body. In this way, when the dust container 6 contains a large amount of dust, the dust container 6 can be detached from the roller brush 4 to dispose of the dust inside. Optionally, the rolling brush 4 is columnar, the two ends are provided with protrusions 40, and the dust collecting box 6 is provided with a clamping groove corresponding to the protrusions 40. The clamping groove of the dust collection box 6 is connected with the rolling brush 4 through the clamping lug 40.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, the main body is provided with a conductive sheet that is electrically connected to the drive mechanism 5 and is in contact with the guide rail 21. The conductive sheet transmits electric energy from the guide rail 21 to the driving mechanism 5, so that the driving mechanism 5 operates to drive the roller brush 4 to rotate. As the cleaning device 3 moves along the rail assembly 2, the conductive strips remain in contact with the rail 21 to enable power to be supplied to the cleaning device 3. Alternatively, both the conductive sheet and the roll brush 4 are disposed at the front of the main body. Facilitating contact of the conductive strips with the guide rail 21 and with the drive mechanism 5 for driving the roller brush 4. Optionally, the main body is further provided with a hook 33, and the conductive sheet is connected with the hook 33. This enables the connection of the conductive sheet to the main body.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the main body is provided with a magnetic member 7, and the rail assembly 2 is made of a magnetic material. Thus, when the cleaning device 3 moves along the track assembly 2, the track assembly 2 generates magnetic attraction to the magnetic member 7, so that the combination of the cleaning device 3 and the track assembly 2 is firmer, and the cleaning device 3 is further prevented from being separated from the track assembly 2. The cleaning device 3 is movable on the screen surface 1 of the filter screen having a certain inclination angle, and the cleaning device 3 is prevented from being detached from the rail assembly 2. Optionally, the magnetic member 7 is disposed between the roller brush 4 and the roller 32. Thus, the magnetic attraction of the rail assembly 2 to the cleaning device 3 can be more balanced, which is beneficial to keeping the cleaning device 3 stably moving. Alternatively, the magnetic members 7 are symmetrically disposed along the length direction of the body. This is advantageous in keeping the cleaning device 3 balanced. Alternatively, the drive mechanism 5 is disposed between symmetrically disposed magnetic members 7. The driving mechanism 5 and the magnetic part 7 are reasonably arranged, so that the structure of the main body is more compact, and the space occupation of the main body is reduced as much as possible.
The embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an air conditioner, which includes the filter screen provided in any one of the foregoing embodiments, and the cleaning device 3 provided in any one of the foregoing embodiments. Because track subassembly 2 sets up in one side of filter screen wire side 1, cleaning device 3 can move along one side of wire side 1, compares track subassembly 2 and sets up frame 10 at the filter screen, can reduce cleaning device 3 and track subassembly 2 and to the occupation of air conditioner inner space, also can avoid the air conditioner volume to design too big.
When the filter screen needs to be cleaned, the cleaning device 3 can be placed on the track assembly 2 of the filter screen, and the cleaning device 3 can move along the track assembly 2 and clean the screen surface 1 of the filter screen. When the cleaning device 3 moves from the starting end to the tail end of the track assembly 2, the cleaning device 3 can be taken up, the front-back direction of the cleaning device 3 is turned, the cleaning device 3 is placed from the tail end of the track assembly 2, and the cleaning device 3 is moved back to the starting end from the tail end to perform secondary cleaning; the driving mechanism 5 may drive the roller brush 4 to rotate backward, so that the cleaning device 3 moves from the end of the track assembly 2 to the beginning. Thus, the sweeping device 3 can sweep the floor more cleanly. When cleaning is completed, the cleaning device 3 can be removed from the track assembly 2 of the filter screen or can be left on the surface of the filter screen.
