Abstract

本发明涉及轴承领域,具体公开了一种重载防水球轴承。该重载防水球轴承包括内圈、外圈和滚动体,所述的滚动体与内圈、外圈之间为四点接触模式;还包括防水组件,所述的防水组件包括两个对称设置的防水单元,所述的滚动体设置在两个防水单元之间;所述的防水单元包括密封圈和防水片,所述的密封圈位于防水片内侧,且所述的密封圈与防水片之间独立设置;所述密封圈的外缘与外圈连接,内缘与内圈对应;所述防水片的内缘与内圈连接,外缘与外圈之间形成出水通道。以上所述的重载防水球轴承可以同时兼顾重载和防水两个技术要求。

一种重载防水球轴承
技术领域
本发明涉及轴承领域,尤其涉及一种重载防水球轴承。
背景技术
轴承是用于机械设备中的一种重要零部件,主要功能是支撑旋转体,降低旋转体运动过程中的摩擦系数,并保证回转精度。为了适应不同工况,轴承的类型也多种多样,例如:主要用于承受径向载荷的球轴承,主要用于承受轴向载荷的止推轴承,用于直线传动的直线轴承等。
在一些重型机械中,例如钻泵、塔吊等,对载荷的要求较高,往往需要同时承受轴向载荷与径向载荷,甚至是双向交替轴向载荷。在此类设备中,常规轴承难以同时兼顾各项指标。特别是此类设备的工作环境普遍较差,长期暴露在灰尘、水、泥浆等各类杂质中,常规轴承的工作稳定性难以保证。
本发明的目的即是针对常规轴承在上述工况下的不足,提供一种重载防水轴承。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种重载防水球轴承,同时兼顾重载和防水两个技术要求。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种重载防水球轴承,包括内圈、外圈和滚动体,所述的滚动体与内圈、外圈之间为四点接触模式;还包括防水组件,所述的防水组件包括两个对称设置的防水单元,所述的滚动体设置在两个防水单元之间;所述的防水单元包括密封圈和防水片,所述的密封圈位于防水片内侧,且所述的密封圈与防水片之间独立设置;所述密封圈的外缘与外圈连接,内缘与内圈对应;所述防水片的内缘与内圈连接,外缘与外圈之间形成出水通道。
所述的滚动体与内圈、外圈之间为四点接触模式,可以承受较大的双向轴向载荷。工作时,密封圈与外圈同步转动,防水片与内圈同步转动,密封圈与防水片之间具有较大的相对转动速度。但部分水从出水通道进入防水片与密封圈之间时,在防水片相对于密封圈的高速装转动下,水会被立即从出水通道甩出,无法通过密封圈进入滚动体的运动区域,从而起到防水效果。以上的重载防水球轴承可以同时兼顾重载和防水两个技术要求。
作为优选,所述滚动体与外圈的外接触角小于与内圈的内触角。
作为优选,所述的内接触角为35°~40°,所述的外接触角为25°~30°。
通过扩大内接触角和外接触角可以提高轴向载荷的承载能力。
作为优选,所述密封圈的内缘设有弹性材料制成的第一密封唇,所述的密封圈通过第一密封唇与内圈滑动接触,可以起到一定的密封防水作用,即使部分水进入了防水片与密封圈之间没有被甩出,也无法进一步进入滚动体的运动区域。
作为优选,所述外圈的内侧设有内插接槽,所述密封圈的外缘插入内插接槽并与外圈卡接。
作为优选,所述外圈内侧的边缘设有倒角,所述防水片的外缘设有向外倾斜的引导斜面;所述的引导斜面与倒角对应,并共同围合成出水通道,对水的排出起到引导作用,同时也可以阻碍外部的水直接进入。
作为优选,所述内圈的外侧设有外卡接槽,所述防水片的内缘插入外卡接槽并与内圈卡接。将外卡接槽设置在内圈外侧,并采用卡接形式安装防水片,可以在轴向上做到将防水片整体限制内圈和外圈范围内,避免因防水片凸起对运行造成干扰,整体结构更紧凑。
作为优选,所述的防水片包括主体及与外插接槽对应的卡接部,所述的主体与密封圈不接触;所述的卡接部向外侧翻折成U形。
作为优选,所述防水片的内侧设有位于主体与卡接部的过渡斜面,所述的过渡斜面向外侧倾斜;所述的密封圈上还设有与过渡斜面滑动接触的第二密封唇。第二密封唇与外防水片滑动接触,起到密封防水的效果,并与第一密封唇共同以迷宫式密封形式加强整体密封效果。过渡斜面的设置,可以提高与第二密封唇之间的接触可靠性。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例
如图1所示,一种重载防水球轴承,包括内圈3、外圈1和滚动体2,所述的滚动体2与内圈3、外圈1之间为四点接触模式,且所述滚动体2与外圈1的外接触角小于与内圈3的内触角。具体的,所述的内接触角为35°~40°,所述的外接触角为25°~30°。
在承受轴向载荷时,滚动体2通过其中对角分布的两个接触点来接触滚动,从而承受轴向载荷。在轴向载荷工况下对滚动体进行受力分析,如图2和图4所示,滚动体2所受的载荷极为FN作用点在接触点,方向为轴向。对载荷沿切向和指向圆心方向分解,其中指向圆心的分力极为F1,切向分力记为F2。根据平行四边形法则,F1、F2均小于FN,且FN=F2/cosα,其中α为接触角。由此可知:当滚动体2、内圈3和外圈1的承载能力一定时,也即F2一定时,当接触角越大,FN也越大。
但对于球轴承,考虑到滚动体2的装配空间,接触角不能无限放大,因此在考虑内圈3和外圈1承载能力的前提下,将内接触角设置成大于外接触角,最大限度提高轴向承载能力。
如图1和图3所示,还包括防水组件4,所述的防水组件4包括两个对称设置的防水单元,所述的滚动体2设置在两个防水单元之间。所述的防水单元包括密封圈41和防水片42,所述的密封圈41位于防水片42内侧,且所述的密封圈41与防水片42之间独立设置。
如图1和图3所示,所述外圈1的内侧设有内插接槽11,所述密封圈41的外缘插入内插接槽11并与外圈1卡接。所述密封圈41的内缘设置有第一密封唇411,所述的第一密封唇411与内圈3滑动接触的。可以起到一定的密封防水作用,即使部分水进入了防水片42与密封圈41之间没有被甩出,也无法进一步进入滚动体2的运动区域。
如图1和图3所示,所述内圈3的外侧设有外卡接槽,所述防水片42的内缘插入外卡接槽并与内圈3卡接。将外卡接槽设置在内圈3外侧,并采用卡接形式安装防水片42,可以在轴向上做到将防水片42整体限制内圈3和外圈1范围内,避免因防水片42凸起对运行造成干扰,整体结构更紧凑。所述的防水片42包括主体及与外插接槽31对应的卡接部421,所述的主体与密封圈41不接触,所述的卡接部421向外侧翻折成U形。
所如图1和图3所示,述外圈1内侧的边缘设有倒角,所述防水片42的外缘设有向外倾斜的引导斜面;所述的引导斜面与倒角对应,并共同围合成出水通道43,对水的排出起到引导作用,同时也可以阻碍外部的水直接进入。
如图1和图3所示,所述防水片42的内侧设有位于主体与卡接部421的过渡斜面422,所述的过渡斜面422向外侧倾斜。所述的密封圈41上还设有与过渡斜面422滑动接触的第二密封唇412。第二密封唇412与外防水片42滑动接触,起到密封防水的效果,并与第一密封唇411共同以迷宫式密封形式加强整体密封效果。过渡斜面422的设置,可以提高与第二密封唇412之间的接触可靠性。
工作时,密封圈41与外圈1同步转动,防水片42与内圈3同步转动,密封圈41与防水片42之间具有较大的相对转动速度。但部分水从出水通道43进入防水片42与密封圈41之间时,在防水片42相对于密封圈41的高速装转动下,水会被立即从出水通道43甩出,无法通过密封圈41进入滚动体2的运动区域,从而起到防水效果。以上的重载防水球轴承可以同时兼顾重载和防水两个技术要求。

Claims (9)

1.一种重载防水球轴承,包括内圈、外圈和滚动体,其特征在于:所述的滚动体与内圈、外圈之间为四点接触模式;
还包括防水组件,所述的防水组件包括两个对称设置的防水单元,所述的滚动体设置在两个防水单元之间;所述的防水单元包括密封圈和防水片,所述的密封圈位于防水片内侧,且所述的密封圈与防水片之间独立设置;
所述密封圈的外缘与外圈连接,内缘与内圈对应;所述防水片的内缘与内圈连接,外缘与外圈之间形成出水通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的重载防水球轴承,其特征在于:所述滚动体与外圈的外接触角小于与内圈的内触角。
3.根据权利要求2所述的重载防水球轴承,其特征在于:所述的内接触角为35°~40°,所述的外接触角为25°~30°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的重载防水球轴承,其特征在于:所述密封圈的内缘设有弹性材料制成的第一密封唇,所述的密封圈通过第一密封唇与内圈滑动接触。
5.根据权利要求1所述的重载防水球轴承,其特征在于:所述外圈的内侧设有内插接槽,所述密封圈的外缘插入内插接槽并与外圈卡接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的重载防水球轴承,其特征在于:所述外圈内侧的边缘设有倒角,所述防水片的外缘设有向外倾斜的引导斜面;所述的引导斜面与倒角对应,并共同围合成出水通道。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的重载防水球轴承,其特征在于:所述内圈的外侧设有外卡接槽,所述防水片的内缘插入外卡接槽并与内圈卡接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的重载防水球轴承,其特征在于:所述的防水片包括主体及与外插接槽对应的卡接部,所述的主体与密封圈不接触;所述的卡接部向外侧翻折成U形。
9.根据权利要求8所述的重载防水球轴承,其特征在于:所述防水片的内侧设有位于主体与卡接部的过渡斜面,所述的过渡斜面向外侧倾斜;所述的密封圈上还设有与过渡斜面滑动接触的第二密封唇。
