Abstract
本发明公开了一种油压式乳化液泵卸载阀集中控制站,包括壳体,卸载阀主阀、液控先导阀、电磁换向阀、溢流阀、液压泵、压力传感器。本发明通过通过压力传感器压力并输送至控制器,当压力达到设定的卸载值时,换向阀打开至卸载端,泵开始卸载;当压力达到设定的加载值时,换向阀加载端开通,开始加载,能够根据压力传感器检测的实时压力值进行及时的加载和卸载;每一次的卸载和加载都是根据液路实时压力而进行,避免了无效的加载与卸载操作,减少了卸载次数,减少了脉动,使泵站的使用寿命延长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液压系统技术领域,具体涉及一种油压式乳化液泵卸载阀集中控制站。
液压系统中一般都设置有卸载阀;其中,在高压大流量的液压系统中,通常都采用大通径插装阀来实现泄流。目前,国煤矿井下对乳化液支护液压支架直接从高压乳化液泵站输入采区支架,煤矿井下乳化液泵站因是高压,压力达到40MPa,又是恒压泵,一旦用液量减少就必须卸载解决负载问题,现有卸载方式,一为机械式卸载,二是电子式卸载,机械式卸载动作频繁,脉动大,对设备损伤大,现正用电子式卸载替代机械式卸载,但电子式卸载因先导部分导孔径太小,对水质要求高,极易堵塞造成不卸载,又因电磁铁力量限制,造成打不开卸载阀,所以现有的都不是理想的卸载方法。针对这一情况,申请人研发的油压式卸载集中控制站完全解决了这一难题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种油压式乳化液泵卸载阀集中控制站,以解决上述背景技术所提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种油压式乳化液泵卸载阀集中控制站,包括壳体,卸载阀主阀、液控先导阀、电磁换向阀、溢流阀、液压泵、压力传感器;
其中,所述卸载阀主阀安装于壳体内部,所述壳体上设置有进液口、出液口和卸载口;所述进液口连通乳化泵,所述出液口连通液压支架,所述卸载口连通回液箱;所述卸载阀主阀、液压先导阀、电磁换向阀、液压泵依次连通;所述溢流阀设置于所述电磁换向阀与液压泵之间,并与所述电磁换向阀和液压泵连通;所述压力传感器设置于所述进液口内腔;
所述压力传感器电连接有控制器,所述控制器还分别与卸载阀主阀、液控先导阀、电磁换向阀、溢流阀电连接;
所述控制器用于接收所述压力传感器检测的所述进液口内腔中当前压力值,并在当前压力值大于设定的卸载压力值值后通过控制电磁换向阀换向至卸载端、打开液控先导阀与卸载阀主阀进行液路卸载;所述控制器还用于接收所述压力传感器检测的所述进液口内腔中的当前压力值,并在当前压力值低于设定的加载压力值后控制电磁换向阀换向至加载端并关闭液控先导阀与卸载阀主阀进行液路加载;
所述溢流阀用于液路卸载和加载过程中的保压与稳压。
作为本发明的优选设置,所述电磁换向阀为三位四通电磁阀。
作为本发明的优选设置,所述液控先导阀的先导孔孔径至少为6mm。
与现有技术对比,本发明具备以下有益效果:
本发明通过通过压力传感器压力并输送至控制器,当压力达到设定的卸载值时,换向阀打开至卸载端,泵开始卸载;当压力达到设定的加载值时,换向阀加载端开通,开始加载,能够根据压力传感器检测的实时压力值进行及时的加载和卸载;每一次的卸载和加载都是根据液路实时压力而进行,避免了无效的加载与卸载操作,减少了卸载次数,减少了脉动,使泵站的使用寿命延长;同时,先导孔扩大到了6mm,解决了由于先导孔孔径小导致堵塞的问题,降低了由于先导孔孔径小而导致的故障率。

请参阅图1,一种油压式乳化液泵卸载阀集中控制站,包括壳体7,卸载阀主阀1、液控先导阀2、电磁换向阀3、溢流阀4、液压泵5、压力传感器6;
其中,所述卸载阀主阀1安装于壳体7内部,所述壳体7上设置有进液口8、出液口9和卸载口10;所述进液口8连通乳化泵,所述出液口9连通液压支架,所述卸载口10连通回液箱;所述卸载阀主阀1、液压先导阀2、电磁换向阀3、液压泵5依次连通;所述溢流阀4设置于所述电磁换向阀3与液压泵5之间,并与所述电磁换向阀3和液压泵5连通;所述压力传感器6设置于所述进液口8内腔;
所述压力传感器6电连接有控制器,所述控制器还分别与卸载阀主阀1、液控先导阀2、电磁换向阀3、溢流阀4电连接;
所述控制器用于接收所述压力传感器6检测的所述进液口8内腔中当前压力值,并在当前压力值大于设定的卸载压力值值后通过控制电磁换向阀3换向至卸载端、打开液控先导阀2与卸载阀主阀1进行液路卸载;所述控制器还用于接收所述压力传感器6检测的所述进液口8内腔中的当前压力值,并在当前压力值低于设定的加载压力值后控制电磁换向阀3换向至加载端并关闭液控先导阀2与卸载阀主阀1进行液路加载;
所述溢流阀4用于液路卸载和加载过程中的保压与稳压。
作为本发明实施例的优选设置,所述电磁换向阀3为三位四通电磁阀。
作为本发明实施例的优选设置,所述液控先导阀2的先导孔孔径至少为6mm。
本发明的工作原理:在控制器内预设卸载压力值和加载压力值,压力传感器6检测所述进液口8内腔中当前压力值,并将检测数值发送至控制器,在当前压力值大于设定的卸载压力值值后通过控制电磁换向阀3换向至卸载端、打开液控先导阀2与卸载阀主阀1进行液路卸载;在当前压力值低于设定的加载压力值后控制电磁换向阀3换向至加载端并关闭液控先导阀2与卸载阀主阀1进行液路加载。
本发明通过通过压力传感器6检测压力并输送至控制器,当压力达到设定的卸载值时,电磁换向阀3打开至卸载端,泵开始卸载;当压力达到设定的加载值时,电磁换向阀3加载端开通,开始加载,能够根据压力传感器6检测的实时压力值进行及时的加载和卸载;每一次的卸载和加载都是根据液路实时压力而进行,避免了无效的加载与卸载操作,减少了卸载次数,减少了脉动,使泵站的使用寿命延长;同时,先导孔扩大到了6mm,解决了由于先导孔孔径小导致堵塞的问题,降低了由于先导孔孔径小而导致的故障率。

Claims (3)
1.一种油压式乳化液泵卸载阀集中控制站,其特征在于,包括壳体,卸载阀主阀、液控先导阀、电磁换向阀、溢流阀、液压泵、压力传感器;
其中,所述卸载阀主阀安装于壳体内部,所述壳体上设置有进液口、出液口和卸载口;所述进液口连通乳化泵,所述出液口连通液压支架,所述卸载口连通回液箱;所述卸载阀主阀、液压先导阀、电磁换向阀、液压泵依次连通;所述溢流阀设置于所述电磁换向阀与液压泵之间,并与所述电磁换向阀和液压泵连通;所述压力传感器设置于所述进液口内腔;
所述压力传感器电连接有控制器,所述控制器还分别与卸载阀主阀、液控先导阀、电磁换向阀、溢流阀电连接;
所述控制器用于接收所述压力传感器检测的所述进液口内腔中当前压力值,并在当前压力值大于设定的卸载压力值值后通过控制电磁换向阀换向至卸载端、打开液控先导阀与卸载阀主阀进行液路卸载;所述控制器还用于接收所述压力传感器检测的所述进液口内腔中的当前压力值,并在当前压力值低于设定的加载压力值后控制电磁换向阀换向至加载端并关闭液控先导阀与卸载阀主阀进行液路加载;
所述溢流阀用于液路卸载和加载过程中的保压与稳压。
2.如权利要求1所述的油压式乳化液泵卸载阀集中控制站,其特征在于,所述电磁换向阀为三位四通电磁阀。
3.如权利要求1所述的油压式乳化液泵卸载阀集中控制站,其特征在于,所述液控先导阀的先导孔孔径至少为6mm。
