the PLC control device 300 starts the driving motor 238, the driving motor 238 drives the first connecting rod 232 to rotate, the first connecting rod 232 is matched with the third connecting rod 234, the second connecting rod 233 is driven to rotate and simultaneously moves downwards, the third connecting rod 234 rotates clockwise, the fourth connecting rod 235 is driven to move downwards, the fifth connecting rod 236 is driven to rotate anticlockwise around a hinge point, the pipeline fixing piece 237 is driven to move downwards, the nozzle fixing pipe 240 is driven to move downwards, and the nozzle 250 is adjusted to be at a proper distance from the membrane structure; the drive motor 238 is then turned off;
then the pump 130 is started, tap water and the snow-melting agent are mixed in a certain proportion in the control valve 140, the snow-melting agent mixed to reach a proper proportion is conveyed to the spray head fixing pipe 240 through the conveying pipeline 150, the spray head 250 uniformly sprays the snow-melting agent to the membrane surface to achieve the snow-melting purpose, the sprayed snow-melting agent and the membrane surface snow cover fully act to treat the membrane surface snow cover, when the numerical value transmitted by the pressure sensor 411 is lower than a set pressure value, after the control valve 140 closes a channel leading to the snow-melting agent storage tank 120, the tap water is directly connected with the spray head 250 through the pump 130 to spray clean water for a certain time, and the effects of cleaning the membrane surface and diluting ions of corrosive steel members or other rigid structures existing in the snow-melting agent snow can be achieved.
