the water spray assembly includes: a turntable assembly;
the turntable assembly is connected with a water spray pipe, a height adjusting piece is arranged between the turntable assembly and the water spray pipe, and two ends of the height adjusting piece are respectively connected to the turntable assembly and the height adjusting piece;
the turntable assembly comprises a turntable;
a first rotating shaft, a driving wheel meshed with the rotating disc and a first motor driving the driving wheel to rotate are arranged in the center of the rotating disc;
the height adjusting piece is a hydraulic cylinder;
the device also comprises a platform to be installed;
the first rotating shaft and the first motor are arranged on the platform to be installed;
a water spraying valve is arranged on the pipe body of the water spraying pipe; the water spray nozzle of the water spray pipe is of a flat horn structure;
the water outlet of the water storage tank is connected with the water inlet end of the water pump through a water delivery pipe, and the water outlet end of the water pump is connected with the water inlet end of the water spraying pipe of the water spraying assembly through a hose;
a water delivery valve is arranged on the water delivery pipe;
the platform to be installed is an installation box, and a temperature measurement component is arranged on the side wall of the installation box;
the temperature measuring component comprises an infrared thermometer and an electric telescopic rod;
the infrared thermometer penetrates through a mounting hole in the side wall of the mounting box, the infrared thermometer is mounted on the side wall of an inner cavity of the mounting hole through a second rotating shaft, the detection end of the infrared thermometer is outside the box body of the mounting box, the telescopic end of the electric telescopic rod is connected with the non-detection end of the infrared thermometer, the electric telescopic rod is fixedly mounted on a first mounting plate, and the first mounting plate is mounted on the side wall of a cavity of the mounting box;

2. The irrigation device as defined in claim 1 further comprising a tee fitting;
the three-way joint is arranged on the water delivery pipe and between the water pump and the water delivery valve.

the water storage tank, the water delivery pipe, the water delivery valve, the hose, the water pump and the water spraying assembly are sequentially arranged on a bottom plate of the cart;
the top of the bottom plate is provided with an armrest which is arranged on the side of the water storage tank;
the handrail side of bottom plate bottom is provided with two universal wheels, the installation case side of bottom plate bottom is provided with two directional wheels.
4. An irrigation device as claimed in claim 3 further comprising speed control means, one for each said directional wheel, said speed control means being disposed within said mounting housing and mounted on said base plate;
the speed control assembly comprises a second motor and a gearbox;
the output of second motor is equipped with first band pulley, the input of gearbox is provided with the second band pulley, the output of gearbox is provided with the third band pulley, install the fourth band pulley on the directional wheel, first band pulley with the second band pulley is connected through first belt drive, the third band pulley with the fourth band pulley is connected through second belt drive.
5. The irrigation device as defined in claim 4 further comprising a temperature display and a controller;
the temperature display screen and the controller are respectively arranged on the handrail;
the temperature display screen is in signal connection with the infrared thermometer;
