Ligustilide is volatile component, and can be condensed into oil drops by condenser in volatilization process to reduce component loss. Ferulic acid and stilbene glucoside are easily decomposed and converted under heat, the component loss can be reduced by accurately controlling the temperature, and the quality of the liquid medicine before and after the medicine boiling operation is ensured to be stable.

As can be seen from Table 2, the higher content of compressed nitrogen during the filtration process maintained the ferulic acid content at a higher level and the ligustilide in a more stable state.
According to the test results, the temperature of the refrigerant introduced into the condenser is determined to be 4-15 ℃ in consideration of the actual conditions of large-scale production in a workshop and the requirements of energy conservation, consumption reduction and the like in the production process; preferably, the temperature of the introduced refrigerant is 4 ℃.

Claims (10)
1. A multifunctional traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid refining combination system mainly comprises a medicine boiling tank (1), a filter (2) and a refrigerating tank (3), and is characterized in that:
medicine boiling tank (1) keeps dismantling through first conveying pipeline (4) and filter (2) and is connected, and simultaneously, cold-stored jar (3) keeps dismantling through second conveying pipeline (5) and filter (2) and is connected, and the three forms medicine boiling tank-filter-cold-stored jar combined system.

The multifunctional Chinese medicinal oral liquid refining combination system according to claim 1, wherein the medicine boiling tank (1) is provided with a first condenser (6) at the center of the top, a first compressed nitrogen inlet (7) at the left side of the top, a first feed inlet (8) at the right side of the top, a first steam heating valve (9) and a first refrigerant cooling valve (10) at the same time in the interlayer, a first temperature detector (11) at the inner side wall of the tank, a first stirring paddle (12) at the bottom inside the tank, and a first feed delivery pipe (4) controlled by a valve.

The multifunctional traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid refining combination system as claimed in claim 1, wherein a second condenser (13) is disposed at the center of the top of the refrigerating tank (3), a second compressed nitrogen inlet (15) is disposed at the left side of the top of the refrigerating tank, a second inlet (14) is disposed at the right side of the top of the refrigerating tank, a second steam heating valve (16) and a second refrigerant cooling valve (17) are disposed in the interlayer of the refrigerating tank, a second temperature detector (18) is disposed on the inner side wall of the refrigerating tank, a second stirring paddle (19) is disposed at the bottom of the refrigerating tank, and the second conveying pipe (5) is controlled by a valve.

The multifunctional traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid refining combination system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a first detachable stainless steel sealing partition plate (20) is arranged at two ends of the filter (2), and a first detachable stainless steel filtering clamping groove (21) is arranged inside the filter.

The multifunctional traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid refining combination system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first detachable stainless steel sealing partition plate (20) of the filter (2) is a stainless steel circular plate with a thickness of 3-5cm, and the first detachable stainless steel filtering clamping groove (21) is a stainless steel circular ring with a thickness of 3-5 cm.

The multifunctional traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid refining combination system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a discharging device (22) with a filtering function is arranged on the right side of the bottom of the refrigerating tank (3), second detachable stainless steel sealing partition plates (23) are arranged at two ends of the refrigerating tank, a second detachable stainless steel filtering clamping groove (24) is arranged inside the refrigerating tank, and the second detachable stainless steel filtering clamping groove (24) is connected with an electric pump (25).

The multifunctional traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid refining combination system as claimed in claims 1 to 3, wherein the first condenser (6) and the second condenser (13) are internally composed of a hollow cylindrical pipeline surrounded by a spiral coil, the top ends of the first condenser (6) and the second condenser (13) are respectively provided with an exhaust port, and cooling water with the temperature of 4 ℃ to 15 ℃ is introduced into the spiral coil.

The multifunctional traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid refining combination system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first compressed nitrogen inlet (7) is composed of an opening with an open end facing downward and forming an angle of 90 ° with the medicine boiling tank (1), and the second compressed nitrogen inlet (15) is composed of an opening with an open end facing downward and forming an angle of 90 ° with the refrigerating tank (3).

The multifunctional traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid refining combination system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a steam inlet of the first steam heating valve (9) is positioned at the lower left end of the medicine boiling tank (1), and a steam outlet of the first steam heating valve (9) is positioned at the upper right end of the medicine boiling tank (1); a steam inlet of the second steam heating valve (16) is positioned at the lower end of the left side of the refrigerating tank (3), and a steam outlet of the second steam heating valve (16) is positioned at the upper end of the right side of the refrigerating tank (3); preferably, a refrigerant inlet of the first refrigerant cooling valve (10) is positioned at the lower end of the right side of the medicine boiling tank (1), and a refrigerant outlet of the first refrigerant cooling valve (10) is positioned at the upper end of the left side of the medicine boiling tank (1); the refrigerant inlet of the second refrigerant cooling valve (16) is positioned at the lower end of the right side of the refrigeration tank (3), and the refrigerant outlet is positioned at the upper end of the left side of the refrigeration tank (3).
