The invention provides a technical scheme that: a traditional Chinese medicine decoction method for recovering volatile oil by a filtering membrane comprises the following steps:
weighing the traditional Chinese medicinal materials according to the prescription amount, adding the traditional Chinese medicinal materials into a decocting tank 1, adding water with multiple times of amount for soaking, decocting to obtain water decoction, intercepting and collecting volatile oil through a filtering mechanism 12 in the decocting process, and mixing the volatile oil and the water decoction after the decoction is finished to obtain traditional Chinese medicinal liquid.
In this embodiment, the specific experiment includes the following steps:
s1, preparing an extracting solution: weighing 55.2g of poria cocos, 41.4g of cassia twig, 41.4g of bighead atractylodes rhizome and 27.6g of liquorice root according to weight, adding 1200mL of water to soak for 1h, heating to boil with 2200W of strong fire, decocting with 400W of slow fire for 120min, and filtering with four layers of gauze to obtain 600mL of extracting solution;
s2, distilling the extracting solution to separate the volatile oil, and then combining the volatile oil and the residual solution after distillation: preparing an extracting solution from S1, extracting volatile oil for 4 hours in a decocting tank 1, and mixing the volatile oil and the residual liquid after extracting the volatile oil;
s3, preparing an extracting solution by a secondary reflux extraction process: weighing the medicinal materials according to the formula, soaking in water for 1h, extracting under reflux for 2 times, extracting 1200mL of water for 2h each time, collecting volatile oil through a decocting tank 1, combining decoctions of the two times, concentrating by a rotary evaporator, combining the decoctions and the volatile oil, and adjusting to 600mL by water;
s4, after extracting the volatile oil, decocting and combining the extracting solution and the volatile oil: weighing cassia twig and bighead atractylodes rhizome according to the formula, soaking the cassia twig and the bighead atractylodes rhizome in three times of water for 1 hour, extracting volatile oil by refluxing to obtain cassia twig decoction and the volatile oil, weighing poria cocos and liquorice according to the formula, adding the poria cocos and the liquorice into the cassia twig and bighead atractylodes rhizome decoction, adding water to 1200ml, soaking for 1 hour, obtaining decoction according to the decoction method in S1, and combining the decoction with the volatile oil.
The working principle and the advantages of the invention are as follows: according to the invention, the steam pipe 11 of the decocting tank 1 is connected with the filtering mechanism 12, the volatile oil is intercepted by the filtering mechanism 12, the high-molecular volatile oil is intercepted by the selective passing characteristic of the filtering membrane 122, the water vapor is discharged through the filtering membrane 122, the intercepted volatile oil enters the oil collecting tank 2 through the oil outlet pipe 14, so that the volatile oil is conveniently collected, and the collected volatile oil and the water decoction are combined to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine liquid, which is beneficial to keeping the property of the traditional Chinese medicine.
