Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pesticides, and in particular relates to a novel green S-methoprene wettable powder and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The pests in grain storage are the main factors which cause the loss of the quantity of stored grains, cause the grain to mildew and reduce the quality of the grain. At present, the prevention and control of pests on stored grains in China mainly depend on chemical agents. But the long-term use of a large amount of chemical agents leads to that on one hand, the grain storage pests generally generate resistance to the chemical agents; on the other hand, some insecticides affect non-target insects, and some beneficial insects are unintentionally eliminated, so that secondary important insects grow rapidly and have disastrous consequences; more importantly, the problem of chemical agent residue is getting worse, which not only causes serious environmental pollution, but also brings great threat to human health.
The S-methoprene is a juvenile hormone insect growth regulator, and has the characteristics of broad spectrum, high efficiency, and safety to human, non-target animals and environment for grain storage pests. The S-methoprene can effectively control various grain storage pests, has extremely low dosage, long lasting period, safety, high efficiency and low residue, and is considered as a green grain storage protective agent with great prospect. The U.S. federal regulations have placed S-methoprene as an exempt (no harm to the human body, environmental friendliness, no requirement for food residue limited agrochemicals as exempt) and are written in chapter 40, section 180.2 of the U.S. federal regulations: the methoprene is used for all bulk food commodities to inhibit the larva, so that the requirement of an allowable range is avoided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a novel green S-methoprene wettable powder, a preparation method and application thereof, which is used for inhibiting grain storage pests, the product is nontoxic, green and environment-friendly, has high activity to target pests, and the use concentration is in ppm level, and is a novel green grain storage pest inhibitor.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides novel green S-methoprene wettable powder which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 10% of S-methoprene, 72% of a carrier, 1.5% of a surfactant, 15% of a dispersant and 1.5% of an antioxidant.
Further: the carrier is as follows: one or more of diatomite, argil, attapulgite, kaolin, activated clay, peat, light calcium carbonate, white carbon black and silicic acid; the surfactant is as follows: one or more of benzene cumin powder, gleditsia sinensis lam powder, SOPA (sodium sulfoacetate), washing powder, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and nekal powder; the dispersant is as follows: NNO, MF, NO, sodium lignosulfonate, calcium lignosulfonate, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether block copolymer, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene phosphate, water-soluble polymer, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate and polycarboxylate; the antioxidant is 2, 6-di-tert-butyl methyl phenol.
And further: the SOPA is as follows: one or more combinations of SOPA-230, SOPA-235, or SOPA-270.
And further: the water-soluble polymer is: one or more of CMC, PVA and PEG.
The invention provides a preparation process of novel green S-methoprene wettable powder, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the method comprises the following steps:
1) calculating the dosage of each raw material according to the proportion given by the formula;
2) adsorbing the S-methoprene stock solution and the carrier according to the ratio of 1:7.2, and mixing in a gravity-free mixer for 30 minutes to ensure that the S-methoprene and the carrier are fully and uniformly adsorbed;
3) putting the material uniformly adsorbed in the step S2, the weighed surfactant, the dispersant and the antioxidant into a double-helix mixer, mixing for 30 minutes, and then crushing in a jet mill;
