Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical examination report generation, and particularly relates to a medical examination report centralized auditing method, a system, a storage medium and an electronic device.
Background
With the continuous development and popularization of ultrasonic diagnosis technology, ultrasonic examination becomes one of the most common examination items in daily physical examination and admission examination, complete ultrasonic examination comprises ultrasonic scanning, ultrasonic description and report auditing, and an ultrasonic examination result is finally usually presented in a graphic report mode, namely an ultrasonic report mode, which is an important basis for medical diagnosis, and quality control is very important. A number of factors affecting the quality of an ultrasound report, the level of diagnostic techniques of an inspection technician or physician, the variability of the ultrasound equipment, the level of reporting audits by auditors, the proficiency of medical attendant report entry, etc. may all affect the ultrasound report to varying degrees.
Related researches are carried out on the quality of the ultrasonic report at home and abroad, and the quality of the ultrasonic report can be improved from different layers. Such as: the method improves qualification admittance of technicians and doctors, standardized training before practice, continuous learning and the like in terms of personnel skills, guarantees imaging quality of ultrasonic instruments in terms of ultrasonic instruments, is special for special machines and the like, strengthens relevant knowledge training in terms of medical auxiliary personnel report entry, establishes consultation centers, executes relevant measures such as consultation systems and the like.
Currently, on one hand, with the entry of a large number of low annual resource practitioners in ultrasound, the auditing of ultrasound reports becomes necessary; on the other hand, the huge workload of the ultrasonic department makes the auditing of the ultrasonic report very time-consuming and the quality control is challenging. Thus, the main problems present in current ultrasound inspection systems are summarized below:
(1) The examination room where the examination technician and the student level doctor are located can complete the examination of the patient, the data report preparation and the report description work simultaneously, and enough time is difficult to carry out the report description and the examination;
(2) Generally, one audit teacher needs to carry out report audit in different diagnostic rooms at the same time, the workload is large, and the problem that the report of the problem is missed, namely, the report audit has quality problems;
(3) The original system adopts a mode of firstly printing and then auditing and modifying paper version reports, does not realize the record of modified trace information, is difficult to count report modification quantity statistics and improvement conditions of each technician and a student level doctor, medical assistant personnel and consultation doctor, and is also difficult to effectively control and manage and improve quality; while causing a lot of paper waste.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a medical examination report centralized auditing method, a medical examination report centralized auditing system, a storage medium and an electronic device, so as to solve the technical problems existing in ultrasonic development in the prior art.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention firstly provides a first medical examination report centralized auditing method and a system.
The medical examination report centralized auditing method comprises the following steps:
generating an inspection interaction component on a display interface of a user side of an inspection room in response to an inspection start instruction;
the examination interaction component acquires an examination report of the patient;
generating an audit interaction component on a display interface of an audit user side in response to the audit initiation instruction;
and the auditing interaction component receives the auditing report and sends a notification generated corresponding to the selection of the passing or failing of the auditing report made by the auditing doctor to the auditing interaction component.
Therefore, the inspection report is not required to be printed to be submitted to an auditing doctor, but only the electronic version report is required to be uploaded for auditing, so that the flow is simplified, the period is shortened, the efficiency is improved, and unnecessary paper waste is avoided. And the auditing doctor can complete the examination report auditing of different diagnostic rooms only by logging in an auditing user terminal. The report of the diagnosis room which is responsible for the daily auditor can be automatically uploaded to the auditing interaction component, and the auditor can clearly see the information of the total pre-selected amount of each diagnosis room, the report amount which is uploaded to be audited and the like, so that the report missing condition is not easy to be caused.
Further, when the inspection report passes the inspection, the inspection interaction component sends the inspection report to the self-service printing interaction component, and the self-service printing interaction component verifies the identity of the patient and prints out the corresponding inspection report after the verification passes; preferably, the audit interaction component also transmits a notification of the passing of the audit report to the patient user side of the patient; firstly, the situation that a patient does not know whether a report is generated or not and waits for an examination report for a long time is avoided, and the patient can freely schedule time; secondly, the self-service printing of the inspection report can protect privacy of the patient; meanwhile, the risk of reporting the same name with the same polarity by mistake is avoided; thus, the satisfaction degree of the patient is remarkably improved.
Further, when the inspection report audit is not passed, the audit interaction component sends the annotated inspection report or reject reason to the inspection interaction component. Thereby facilitating review by the examining physician or modification of the report.
Further, the patient user side displays the auditing progress of the auditing report; thus, the satisfaction degree of the patient is further improved.
Further, recording and counting trace information of the inspection report, wherein the trace information at least comprises a reject record and a reject reason record. And for the report that the audit is not passed, the examining physician modifies and re-uploads the report for the audit. Therefore, statistics of error quantity and proportion are conveniently realized, and quality control and management improvement of the inspection report of the power-assisted department are facilitated.

Therefore, the auditing doctor can review the complete data of the examination room to see the whole examination process, so that the auditing doctor can conveniently analyze and make more accurate auditing results, and the auditing quality of the report is improved.
Further, the auditing interaction component automatically inspects the inspection report, if the automatic inspection fails, a notification that the automatic inspection fails is sent to the inspecting interaction component, and if the automatic inspection fails, the auditing physician performs further auditing. Thereby reducing the workload of the auditor.
Further, the audit interaction component can receive and process audit reports from at least two audit interaction components.
