Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical examination report generation, and particularly relates to a method, a system, a storage medium and an electronic device for centralized auditing of medical examination reports.
Background
With the continuous development and popularization of the ultrasonic diagnosis technology, the ultrasonic examination becomes one of the most common examination items in daily physical examination and admission examination, the complete ultrasonic examination includes ultrasonic scanning, ultrasonic description and report examination, the ultrasonic examination result is finally presented usually in a form of a graphic report, namely an ultrasonic report, which is an important basis for medical diagnosis, and the quality control thereof is very important. There are many factors that affect the quality of ultrasound reports, and the level of diagnostic skill of the examination technician or physician, the variability of the ultrasound instrumentation, the level of review of the reports by the reviewing physician, the proficiency of the entry of the medical assistant reports, etc. may all affect the ultrasound reports to varying degrees.
Related research is carried out on the quality of the ultrasonic report at home and abroad, and the quality of the ultrasonic report can be improved from different layers. Such as: the method has the advantages that the qualification admission of technicians and doctors, the standardized training before the practice, the continuous learning and the like are improved from the aspect of personnel skills, the imaging quality, the special machine special purpose and the like of the ultrasonic instrument are guaranteed on the aspect of the ultrasonic instrument, the related knowledge training is enhanced on the aspect of the report input of medical and auxiliary personnel, and the related measures such as the consultation center establishment, the consultation system execution and the like are taken.
At present, on one hand, with the entrance of a large number of low-age practitioners in ultrasound, the auditing of ultrasound reports becomes necessary; on the other hand, the enormous workload of the ultrasound department makes the auditing of the ultrasound report very time-consuming and the quality control face challenges. Thus, the major problems present in current ultrasound inspection systems are summarized as follows:
(1) the examination rooms of the examination technician and the student-level physician can simultaneously complete the examination, data preparation and report description of the patient, and sufficient time is not available for report description and examination;
(2) usually, one audit teacher needs to perform report audit in different diagnostic rooms at the same time, so that the workload is large, and the problem report is missed to be examined, namely the report audit has quality problems;
(3) the original system adopts a mode of printing first and then auditing and modifying paper version reports, does not realize modification trace information record, is difficult to count the report modification quantity statistics and improvement conditions of each technician, student level doctors, medical assistants and consultation doctors, and is also difficult to carry out effective quality control and management improvement; resulting in a lot of wasted paper.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a method, a system, a storage medium and an electronic device for centralized auditing of medical examination reports, so as to solve the technical problems existing in ultrasonic development in the prior art.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention first provides a first method and a system for centralized auditing of medical examination reports.
The centralized auditing method for medical examination reports comprises the following steps:
generating a checking interaction component on a display interface of a checking room user terminal in response to the checking starting instruction;
the examination interaction component acquires an examination report of the patient;
generating an audit interaction component on a display interface of an audit client in response to an audit start instruction;
and the auditing interaction component receives the examination report and sends a notice which is generated correspondingly to the selection of examination report examination passing or examination failing made after the examination by the examining doctor to the examining interaction component.
Therefore, the examination report does not need to be printed and then submitted to an auditing doctor, and only the electronic version report needs to be uploaded for auditing, so that the flow is simplified, the period is shortened, the efficiency is improved, and unnecessary paper waste is avoided. The auditing doctors can complete the examination report auditing of different diagnosis rooms only by logging in the auditing client. Reports of diagnosis rooms in which an auditor is responsible are automatically uploaded to the auditing interaction component every day, and the auditor can clearly see information such as total reserved quantity of each diagnosis room and uploaded report quantity to be audited, so that report omission is not easily caused.
Further, when the examination report passes the examination, the examination and verification interaction component sends the examination report to the self-service printing interaction component, and the self-service printing interaction component verifies the identity of the patient and automatically prints out the corresponding examination report after the verification passes; preferably, the audit interaction component further sends a notification that the examination report is approved to the patient user terminal of the patient; firstly, the patient is prevented from waiting for the examination report for a long time without knowing whether the report is generated, and the patient can freely schedule time; secondly, the privacy of the patient can be protected by self-help printing of the examination report; meanwhile, the risk of homonymy wrong taking report is avoided; thereby, the satisfaction of the patient is remarkably improved.
Further, when the examination report is not approved, the examination interaction component sends the annotated examination report or the rejection reason to the examination interaction component. Thereby, review by the reviewing physician or modification of the report is facilitated.
Further, the patient user side displays the auditing progress of the auditing report; thereby, the satisfaction of the patient is further improved.
Further, trace information of the inspection report is recorded and counted, wherein the trace information at least comprises a refusal record and a refusal reason record. And for the report that the audit fails, modifying and re-uploading by the examining physician for auditing. Therefore, statistics of error quantity and proportion is conveniently realized, and quality control and management improvement of the examination report of the assisted department are facilitated.
Further, the examination interaction component also acquires examination data of a patient and an operation image of an examination doctor, and the examination interaction component receives and displays the examination data of the patient and the operation image of the examination doctor; preferably, the examination data includes ultrasound images of the patient acquired by the ultrasound image acquisition device, ultrasound images, and device parameters. Therefore, an auditing doctor can retrieve complete data of the examination room and see the whole examination process, so that the auditing doctor can analyze the data and make a more accurate auditing result, and the report auditing quality is improved.
Further, the audit interaction component automatically checks the inspection report, if the automatic inspection fails, a notice that the automatic inspection fails is sent to the audit interaction component, and if the automatic inspection passes, the audit physician further audits. Thereby, the workload of the auditor is reduced.
Further, the audit interaction component can receive and process the review reports from the at least two review interaction components.
Medical examination report centralized auditing system includes:
