The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: the device is started, a second driving motor 40 drives the doffer 2, the licker-in 3 and the cotton feeding roller 12, a first driving motor 39 drives the large press roller 18 and the cotton stripping roller 4 to rotate, a third driving motor 41 drives the press roller 16 to rotate, a cotton roll to be processed is firstly placed in the feed inlet 36, the feed channel 11 is used for placing the cotton roll, the lower part of the feed channel is inclined to increase the contact between the cotton roll and the cotton feeding roller 12 so as to increase the friction force, the cotton feeding roller 12 is used for feeding a cotton layer and holding the cotton, the surface of the feed channel is provided with grooves so as to increase the friction force with the cotton layer, after the cotton layer reaches the licker-in 3, the licker-in 3 finishes carding the cotton roll, the dust removing knife 6 is used for removing dust and impurity and fallen cotton, the carding plate 7 is used for supporting fibers, the removed short fiber and some impurities can reach the interior of the first dust collecting box 9, the first friction ring 30 on the outer wall of the cotton guide roller 15 and the second friction ring 31 on the outer wall of the doffer 2 transmit the doffer 2 with the friction force of the doff, the quantity of the needed motors is reduced, the resource is utilized to the maximum, meanwhile, the cotton guide roller 15 can scrape the cotton roll on the licker-in 3 onto the doffer 2, the cotton roll is tightly pressed by the compression roller 16 and then conveyed to the cotton stripping roller 4, the cotton stripping roller 4 strips the cotton roll from the doffer 2 and transmits the cotton roll to the cotton outlet mechanism 5, the dust remained after the doffer 2 strips the cotton can slide down to the inside of the second dust collection box 10 along the bottom plate 8, the collection groove 24 in the second dust collection box 10 can receive the falling dust and broken cotton, the air inducing fan 28 blows downwards, so that the inside of the sliding block 27 forms negative pressure, the air and the broken cotton at the top of the collection groove 24 are sucked, meanwhile, the generated air flow can also draw and absorb the air flow formed when the doffer 2 rotates, the dust removing effect is better, the air flow is retained in the collection groove 24 after being blocked by the filter layer 25, and the slide rail 29 is arranged, the second dust collecting box 10 is convenient to be drawn out so that dust can be conveniently dumped, cotton arriving at the cotton outlet mechanism 5 can arrive at the cotton outlet baffle 13 through the traction of the large compression roller 18 and is mutually extruded with the cotton outlet baffle 13 to form a compact cotton roll to be conveyed out, when the large compression roller 18 rotates, the cotton stripping teeth 22 outside the large compression roller 18 can extend out of the driving belt 21 along the groove 23 outside the driving belt 21 to drag the cotton roll, and due to the triangular structure formed by the large compression roller 18, the first auxiliary roller 19 and the second auxiliary roller 20, the cotton stripping teeth 22 at the left part of the large compression roller 18 can withdraw the inside of the driving belt 21, the cotton roll is blocked by the driving belt 21 so that the cotton roll does not remain on the outer wall of the large compression roller 18, and static generated during the working of the machine can be timely conducted to the ground through the conducting wire 35 by the arranged dust removing mechanism 14, static electricity is dredged, the water mist sprayed by the humidifier 33 enables the interior of the dust removing mechanism 14 to be in a relatively humid environment, and the water mist is diffused into the interior of the side plate 1 through the rotation of the fan 32, so that the generation of static electricity is prevented in the relatively humid environment, and the effect of completely removing static electricity is achieved.
