Background
At present, a large number of electronic products and various articles for daily use all use adhesive (glue) to realize the functions of adhesion and sealing, wherein the PUR reaction type hot melt adhesive becomes the glue which is widely used due to the characteristics of excellent adhesive strength, temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and easy conditions of adhesive property and elasticity.
General PUR reaction type hot melt adhesive product, all be the industrial production post-production of mill the right amount volume glue after will heating pour into the rubber tube of suitable size from bottom to top, and then seal and cool off solidification, the rubber tube is the container that is used for storing glue, including pipe shaft, bottom encapsulating mouth and top end cover, manufacturing enterprise is after filling glue in the pipe shaft of rubber tube from bottom encapsulating mouth, with the end cover with rubber tube top seal, the top end cover of rubber tube is upwards vertically placed, glue upper portion in the rubber tube has formed the glue solution face, and then the cooling is preserved, there is certain clearance between glue solution face and the rubber tube top end cover.
However, in the process of glue filling, because the rubber tube is thin and the bottom glue filling opening is small, in the process of glue filling from the bottom glue filling opening, the part of glue which firstly enters the upper part already starts to enter the cooling process, and the part of glue which firstly enters the upper part contacts the air at the top to further accelerate heat dissipation, and the glue which is filled in the back is still in a higher temperature state, so that the glue which enters the front and the glue which enters the back are asynchronous in the cooling process, the glue in the front is gradually cooled, and the glue in the back is continuously filled in by the hot glue; secondly, the glue close to the outer shell of the rubber tube is cooled quickly corresponding to the glue at the center of the rubber tube, the two situations can cause large cold and hot difference inside the glue, the large cold and hot difference enables the inside of the glue to easily creep (similar to convection phenomenon, and the glue has a similar creep effect due to large viscosity), the glue is easy to present uneven and dragging phenomena in the process of creeping and cooling, and the uneven and dragging phenomena can be kept in the glue for cooling together in the gradual cooling process, so that the glue in the rubber tube is easy to present various flaws such as faults, cracks, holes, broken lines, window patterns and the like, and is finally solidified along with the flaws, and becomes defective products; because most of the use fields of the PUR reaction type hot melt adhesive products often relate to the high-precision field, such as the fields of mobile phones, displays, medical instruments and the like, glue products which generate various defects of faults, cracks, holes, broken lines, window patterns and the like cannot be used in the fields, and factories can only scrap the defective products, the yield of the PUR reaction type hot melt adhesive sealed by rubber tubes in the prior art is generally 70-80%, and great production energy loss and material waste are caused.

The invention aims to provide a treatment process and a jig for improving the production yield of PUR reactive hot melt adhesive.

the method comprises the following steps: subpackaging the PUR reaction type hot melt adhesive which is heated and melted into fluid into rubber tubes from bottom to top, sealing a rubber filling opening and tightly covering a sealing end cover at the top of the rubber tube when rubber injection is finished, vertically placing the top of the rubber tube in an annular static drying box with the humidity of less than 30% upwards, and cooling for T time until the temperature of the rubber liquid surface is reduced to the critical crystallization temperature of the rubber liquid;
step two: in the environment with the humidity less than 30%, a heat source device is arranged outside the rubber tube and at the rubber liquid level, the temperature of the heat source device is naturally attenuated to the normal temperature state from the initial temperature W, and the cooling speed of the hot melt adhesive at the rubber liquid level in the rubber tube is delayed by the heat source device;
step three: standing in an environment with humidity less than 30%, and naturally cooling to normal temperature.
Further, when the used PUR reactive hot melt adhesive is a product crystallized at 40-50 ℃, the cooling time T in the first step is 50-60 min, and the initial temperature W of the heat source device in the second step is 90-100 ℃; when the used PUR reactive hot melt adhesive is a product crystallized at 51-70 ℃, the cooling time T in the first step is 25-35 min, and the initial temperature W of the heat source device in the second step is 100-115 ℃; when the PUR reaction type hot melt adhesive is a product crystallized at 71-90 ℃, the cooling time T in the first step is 15-25 min, and the initial temperature W of the heat source device in the second step is 115-125 ℃.
Further, in the second step, a heat source device is arranged outside the rubber tube and at the rubber liquid level, and the specific method is that a heated metal lantern ring is sleeved outside the rubber tube and at the rubber liquid level, the initial temperature of the metal lantern ring is W, and the metal lantern ring and the rubber tube stand together and are gradually cooled.

as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a jig for improving the yield of PUR reactive hot melt adhesive production comprises a plurality of metal lantern rings 1 with initial temperature W and a plurality of heat insulating gaskets 2, wherein each insulating gasket 2 and each metal lantern ring 1 are used in cooperation with a rubber tube, the metal lantern ring 1 is provided with a heating hole 11 which penetrates through the metal lantern ring from top to bottom, the aperture of the heating hole 11 is slightly larger than the diameter of the rubber tube 3 to be heated, and the longitudinal depth of the heating hole 11 (the metal lantern ring 1) is 6 cm; the center of the heat insulation gasket 2 is hollowed out, the heat insulation gasket 2 is sleeved outside the rubber tube 3 and is positioned between the metal lantern ring 1 and the sealing end cover 31 of the rubber tube 3, the metal lantern ring 1 is isolated outside the rubber tube 3 at the position of the rubber solution surface 32, and the upper end of the metal lantern ring 1 is two centimeters higher than the position of the rubber solution surface 32;

the method comprises the following steps: subpackaging the PUR reaction type hot melt adhesive which is heated and melted into fluid into the rubber tubes 3 from bottom to top, sealing the rubber filling opening 33 after rubber injection is finished, covering the top sealing end cover 31, vertically placing the top sealing end cover into a drying oven with the top sealing end cover facing upwards, adjusting the humidity of the drying oven to be less than 30%, and standing and cooling for T time until the temperature of the rubber liquid surface is reduced to the critical crystallization temperature of the rubber liquid;
step two: as shown in fig. 1, in the drying box, the rubber filling opening 33 of the rubber tube 3 in the first step is downwards sleeved into the isolation gasket 2; sleeving the heated metal lantern ring 1 (in the embodiment, the metal lantern ring made of iron is used), wherein the initial temperature of the metal lantern ring 1 is W; finally, the rubber tube 3 is sleeved into the placing hole 44 of the supporting plate 42 and extends downwards into the containing space 43; the size of the isolating washer 2 enables the metal lantern ring 1 to be just positioned outside the rubber tube at the rubber liquid level 32, and at the moment, the metal lantern ring 1 heats the rubber tube 3 from the outside of the rubber tube 3 at the rubber liquid level 32; the metal lantern ring 1 and the rubber tube 3 are placed still together and gradually cooled; the use of the isolation gasket 2 not only ensures that the metal lantern ring 1 is just positioned outside the rubber pipe at the rubber liquid level 32, but also avoids the influence of the high temperature of the metal lantern ring 1 on the sealing end cover 31, and prevents the sealing end cover 31 from being heated and deformed to influence the sealing effect;
step three: standing in a drying oven, and naturally cooling to normal temperature.
In this example, 100 samples were each processed according to the above procedure under the following reaction conditions:
1. the PUR reaction type hot melt adhesive is a product crystallized at 40-50 ℃, the cooling time T in the first step is 50-60 min, and the initial temperature W of the metal lantern ring 1 in the second step is 90-100 ℃;
2. the PUR reaction type hot melt adhesive is a product crystallized at the temperature of 51-70 ℃, the cooling time T in the first step is 25-35 min, and the initial temperature W of the metal lantern ring 1 in the second step is 100-115 ℃;
3. the PUR reaction type hot melt adhesive is a product crystallized at 71-90 ℃, the cooling time T in the first step is 15-25 min, and the initial temperature W of the metal lantern ring 1 in the second step is 115-125 ℃.
Samples of example one were obtained and accepted according to the above processing conditions.
Example two:
as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a jig for improving the yield of PUR reactive hot melt adhesive production comprises a heat source device and a positioning structure, wherein the heat source device is an electric heating device with an initial temperature of W, specifically an electric heating plate 5, a plurality of heating holes 11 penetrating up and down are formed in the electric heating plate 5, the aperture of each heating hole 11 is slightly larger than the pipe diameter of a rubber pipe 3 to be heated, and the longitudinal depth of each heating hole 11 is 6cm (namely, the thickness of the heating plate 5 is 6 cm); the positioning structure comprises two side fixing plates 6 and a positioning plate 7 which can move up and down along the two side fixing plates 6; the two sides of the electric heating plate 5 are fixed on the fixing plates 6 at the two sides, are positioned above the positioning plate 7 and are arranged in parallel with the positioning plate 7, a plurality of positioning holes 71 are arranged on the positioning plate 7, the number of the positioning holes 71 is consistent with that of the heating holes 11 of the electric heating plate 5, and the positioning holes 71 correspond to the positions of the heating holes 11 one by one; an arc-shaped concave cavity 711 is arranged around the positioning hole 71, the shape of the concave cavity 711 is consistent with the arc shape of the front end of the rubber tube, and the front end (the front glue filling opening 33) of the rubber tube is favorably and stably placed at the positioning hole 71; the electric heating plate 5 can control the heating time and the heating temperature thereof through electric control, and the positioning plate 7 can control the up-and-down movement thereof through electric control.
In practical application, the method is carried out according to the following process:
the method comprises the following steps: subpackaging the PUR reaction type hot melt adhesive which is heated and melted into fluid into the rubber tube 3 from bottom to top, sealing the rubber filling opening 33 after rubber injection is finished, covering the top sealing end cover 31, vertically placing the subpackaged rubber tube with the top sealing end cover 31 facing upwards into a drying box, adjusting the humidity of the drying box to be less than 30%, standing and cooling for T time until the temperature of the rubber liquid surface is reduced to the critical crystallization temperature of the rubber liquid;
step two: in the drying oven, the electric heating plate 5 is controlled by electric control to enable the initial temperature to be W, as shown in fig. 3, the glue filling port 33 of the rubber tube 3 in the first step is downwards inserted into the heating hole 11 of the electric heating plate 5, then the glue filling port 33 of the rubber tube 3 is inserted into the positioning hole 71 of the positioning plate 7, and the front end of the rubber tube is stably placed in the concave cavity 711; controlling the positioning plate to move up and down along the fixing plates at the two sides to drive the rubber tube 3 on the positioning plate to move up and down, stopping moving the positioning plate 7 when the upper end of the heating hole 11 is just higher than the glue solution surface by 32 centimeters, and stopping heating the electric heating plate 5;
step three: standing in a drying oven, and naturally cooling to normal temperature.
In this example, 100 samples were each treated according to the above procedure with the following reaction conditions:
1. the PUR reaction type hot melt adhesive is a product crystallized at 40-50 ℃, the cooling time T in the first step is 50-60 min, and the initial temperature W of the electric hot plate 5 in the second step is 90-100 ℃;
2. the PUR reaction type hot melt adhesive is a product crystallized at the temperature of 51-70 ℃, the cooling time T in the first step is 25-35 min, and the initial temperature W of the electric hot plate 5 in the second step is 100-115 ℃;
3. the PUR reaction type hot melt adhesive is a product crystallized at 71-90 ℃, the cooling time T in the first step is 15-25 min, and the initial temperature W of the electric heating plate 5 in the second step is 115-125 ℃.
The sample of example two was obtained and accepted according to the above-mentioned process conditions.
Comparative example:
and subpackaging the PUR reaction type hot melt adhesive which is heated and melted into fluid into the rubber tube 3, sealing the rubber filling opening 33, covering the top sealing end cover 31, vertically placing the top sealing end cover 31 upwards into a drying box, standing, and naturally cooling to normal temperature.
According to the steps, 100 samples of comparative samples are respectively prepared by using a PUR reaction type hot melt adhesive as a product crystallized at 40-50 ℃, a product crystallized at 51-70 ℃ and a product crystallized at 71-90 ℃ and are subjected to acceptance detection.
The detection data of the acceptance detection of the sample are shown in the following table one:

According to the acceptance data of the first table, the comparison example is the conventional treatment process in the prior art, namely the rubber tubes are directly vertically placed, stood and cooled after being subpackaged, the yield is only 74-81%, and after the rubber tubes are treated by the technical scheme provided by the invention, the yield is improved to 94-98%, and the effect is obvious.
In a general embodiment, the heating range can be from 3 to 5 cm below the glue surface to 1 to 3 cm above the glue surface, i.e. the longitudinal depth of the heating hole 11 is 4 to 8 cm; in practical application, the heating range can be adjusted according to the size of the rubber tube and the height of the rubber liquid level, so that the rubber tube is more suitable for corresponding practical products;
in practice, after the third step is finished and when the product is inspected (accepted), the second step can be restarted for the defective product to carry out the heating and heat preservation process, the defective product is cooled again, and the defects of the partial defective product can disappear after being reheated, so that the yield is further improved.
The process is convenient, the structure is simple, the effect is obvious, the yield is improved by nearly 20%, unexpected effects are generated, and therefore the method has excellent industrial application prospects.
