Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
Example one
The film roll transportation frame is mainly used for transportation in containers. As shown in fig. 1, the film roll transportation frame includes a supporting base 1, the supporting base 1 has a supporting surface 1a1 for placing a film roll 9, the supporting surface 1a1 is an inward concave cylindrical surface, an axial direction of the supporting surface 1a1 is a left-right direction of the supporting base 1, the supporting base 1 is connected with a supporting member 2, and the supporting member 2 extends out of the supporting base 1 in the axial direction of the supporting surface 1a 1. Specifically, the number of the top supporting members 2 is two, the two top supporting members 2 are respectively located at the left and right sides of the supporting seat 1, and both the two top supporting members 2 can be locked to keep the top supporting members 2 in the extending state and can be retracted towards the supporting seat 1.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the supporting seat 1 includes an elastic pad 1a, a base 1b, and two arc-shaped plates 1c with a minor arc cross section, which are disposed on the base 1b, the base 1b is substantially rectangular, and the supporting surface 1a1 is located in the middle of the base 1 b. Cushion 1a is the rubber pad, and the relative setting of interior concave surface of two arcs 1c has the interval between two arcs 1c for form the notch that the bottom has bar breach 3 between two arcs 1c, still be equipped with the backup pad 11 of a plurality of vertical settings between outer convex surface of arc 1c and the base 1 b. Referring to fig. 1, the top supporting member 2 includes a cushion block 22 and two top supporting arms 21 horizontally arranged, the length of each top supporting arm 21 can be adjusted, one end of each top supporting arm 21 is hinged to the cushion block 22, the other end of each top supporting arm 21 is hinged to the base 1b and is arranged at intervals along the front-back direction of the base 1b, and the two top supporting arms 21 can horizontally swing on the base 1 b. Of course, the top support 2 can be disposed not only on the base 1b of the supporting seat 1, but also on other parts of the supporting seat 1, such as the cross bar 5. When the top support 2 is unfolded, the side of the cushion block 22 facing away from the base 1b can contact the inner wall of the container. Specifically, each supporting arm 21 comprises an outer tube 211 and an inner tube 212 inserted in the outer tube 211 in a sliding manner, one end of the outer tube 211 is hinged to the base 1b, one end of the inner tube 212 extending out of the outer tube 211 is hinged to the cushion block 22, and a locking structure capable of locking the inner tube 212 in a plurality of extending length states is arranged between the outer tube 211 and the inner tube 212. In this embodiment, the locking structure is a spring pin disposed on the inner tube 212, the outer tube 211 is provided with a plurality of pin holes along the length direction, and when the spring pin extends into different pin holes, the inner tube 212 is locked in a plurality of extension length states. Of course, the locking structure may be replaced by other structures, such as a plurality of latches are formed on the outer wall of the inner tube 212 along the length direction, and a pawl is disposed on the outer tube 211 and is engaged into the latch under the action of a torsion spring. The inner tube 212 is locked in a plurality of extended length states by the pawls snapping into the latches at different positions.
According to the film roll conveying frame, the supporting surface 1a1 is arranged on the supporting seat 1, so that a film roll 9 is supported, and meanwhile, under the action of the binder 10, pressure action is generated among all layers of film materials of the film roll 9, so that a large static friction force is formed, and the film materials are not easy to axially slide relative to the film reel 91 under the action of the static friction force; in addition, the width dimension of the container has an industry standard, and when the film roll transportation frame is connected with the top support piece 2 on the supporting seat 1 and the top support piece 2 is kept in an extending state, the whole width of the film roll transportation frame is matched with the width dimension of the container, so that the top support piece 2 can abut against the inner wall of the container, as shown in fig. 8. At the moment, the top support member 2 can be locked, so that the top support member 2 is kept in an extending state and cannot automatically retract, and thus, in the process of turning and bumping of a vehicle, the film roll transportation frame cannot move back and forth along the width direction of the vehicle body, and the phenomenon that the film material easily slides axially relative to the film reel 91 to cause dislocation of the end face is avoided.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, the end surfaces of the left and right sides of the base 1b are respectively provided with a receiving groove 1b1, one end of the outer tube 211 extends into the receiving groove 1b1, and the two top supporting arms 21 of the top supporting member 2 can be inserted into the receiving groove 1b1 after swinging towards the base 1 b. Such a design enables the film roll transport rack to be received in the receiving groove 1b1 when not in use, so that the film roll transport rack occupies a small space and is convenient to transport and store.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, four corners of the base 1b are respectively connected with the legs 4 located on the upper side of the base 1b, the two legs 4 on the left side of the base 1b and the two legs 4 on the right side of the base 1b are respectively connected with the horizontal bars 5, and the horizontal bars 5 are located on the upper side of the base 1b and have a space with the base 1 b. Be connected with stand 6 on every stabilizer blade 4 respectively, the lower extreme of every stand 6 all hinges mutually with corresponding stabilizer blade 4 through the round pin axle, and the axis direction of round pin axle is parallel with the axis direction of holding surface 1a1, thereby every stand 6 homoenergetic alone swings the top of folding base 1b downwards around the round pin axle, and the condition of interference has taken place for bracing piece 7 and stand 6 and two arcs 1c in folding process has been avoided to such design.
As shown in fig. 4, a supporting rod 7 is connected between two adjacent columns 6 at each side of the base 1b, and two ends of each supporting rod 7 are detachably connected with the corresponding column 6 through an inserting structure. As shown in fig. 5, the inserting structure includes a connecting pin 12 connected to the end of the supporting rod 7, a strip-shaped groove 61 and a socket 62 communicating the upper end of the strip-shaped groove 61 are formed in the side wall of the upright 6, the length direction of the strip-shaped groove 61 is consistent with the length direction of the upright 6, one end of the connecting pin 12 is provided with a radially protruding anti-falling part 121, the diameter of the anti-falling part 121 is larger than the width of the strip-shaped groove 61, the anti-falling part 121 can be inserted into the strip-shaped groove 61 from the socket 62, otherwise, the anti-falling part 121 can be also separated from the socket 62, and the supporting rod 7 is detached.
Referring to fig. 4 and 7, a hooking member 8 for hooking the binding device 10 is provided at each side of the base 1b, and the hooking member 8 is a metal ring in this embodiment. The hooking pieces 8 on the left side and the right side of the base 1b are located in the middle of the corresponding side, and the number of the hooking pieces 8 on the front side or the rear side of the base 1b is two and the hooking pieces are arranged at intervals along the left and right direction of the base 1 b.
The following briefly describes the method of use of the present film roll carrier:
as shown in fig. 7, when fixing the film roll 9, the film roll 9 is first lifted to the supporting surface 1a1, and then two binding devices 10 are used to pass around the outer peripheral wall of the film roll 9, one binding device 10 passes through the shaft hole of the film roll 91, the hooks at the two ends of the binding device 10 are hooked on the hook member 8, and the binding device 10 is tightened, and the binding device 10 generates downward pressure to fix both the film roll 91 and the film material.
Then, as shown in fig. 8, the supporting arms 21 are pulled outwards, so that the two supporting arms 21 swing horizontally on the base 1b and gradually expand outwards until the cushion blocks 22 on the supporting members 2 on the left and right sides of the supporting seat 1 abut against the inner wall of the container. At the moment, the film roll transport frame is positioned in the container, and the film roll transport frame is prevented from moving back and forth along the width direction of the container in the transport process.
As shown in figure 8, the film roll transport frame can also carry out stack transport by arranging four upright posts 6. When the membrane roll transportation frame is piled up, the four stand columns 6 on the membrane roll transportation frame positioned below can support the membrane roll transportation frame above, the transportation of the membrane roll 9 is carried out in a stacking mode, the inner space of a container can be efficiently utilized, and the transportation efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 6, the film roll transporting frame can also be folded, when the film roll transporting frame is folded, the supporting rods 7 are firstly detached as shown in fig. 4, and then each upright post 6 is respectively folded downwards. Then, the two detached support rods 7 are overlapped between the two folded upright posts 6, and for the remaining two support rods 7, two ends of one support rod 7 are placed into the two left support legs 4, and two ends of the other support rod 7 are placed into the two right support legs 4. Folding through above mode for the membrane is rolled up transportation frame and is small, and is folding convenient, the transportation of being convenient for. Also, the film roll transporting frames after being folded can be stacked, thereby efficiently utilizing the inner space of the container during transportation.
Example two
The structure and principle of this embodiment are basically the same as those of the first embodiment, and different points are as follows: every side department of base 1b all is equipped with the hook hole, and the hook hole on the base 1b left and right sides limit is located the middle part of the side that corresponds, and the quantity that the hook hole on base 1b front side or back side is two and sets up along base 1 b's left and right directions interval.
