Background
The film is a thin, soft transparent sheet. Made of plastic, adhesive, rubber or other materials. Moreover, after the film roll is transported and assembled and disassembled, the whole bracket needs to be transported back, but the whole bracket structure after the film roll is disassembled is huge, and the transportation amount is limited.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects:
1. two whole brackets respectively put the film roll of two width. The positions of the movable bearing sliding seats on the two whole brackets are respectively adjusted, and after the adjustment is finished, the movable bearing sliding seats are locked through locking screws so as to adapt to film rolls with different widths. One end of a roll of film with larger width is placed on a fixed arc-shaped supporting bracket of one whole bracket, and the other end is placed on a movable arc-shaped supporting bracket. One end of a thin film roll with smaller width is placed on a fixed arc-shaped supporting bracket of another whole bracket, and the other end is placed on a movable arc-shaped supporting bracket. Then, the film roll is locked through the fixed bearing pressing plate and the movable bearing pressing plate. The downside of fixed bearing clamp plate and activity bearing clamp plate is provided with the rubber bearing cushion, is favorable to improving the laminating effect, avoids the film to roll up and rocks in the transportation. When loading, one whole bracket can be stacked on the other whole bracket, and the whole bracket has the same appearance, so that the stacking is stable and reliable, the transportation is convenient, and the film roll stacking device can be suitable for the transportation of film rolls with different widths.
2. The clamping block at the upper end of the folding frame for fixing the whole bracket is an incomplete global block, and the structure is beneficial to the mutual superposition of the whole bracket and effectively avoids the separation of the whole bracket.
3. The first bayonet lock embedding first draw-in groove, second bayonet lock embedding second draw-in groove, and this kind of mechanism is favorable to realizing the bearing stability of fixed whole support folding leg and the whole support folding leg of activity to guarantee the stability of film transportation.
4. When the transportation is completed, after the film roll is dismounted, a plurality of whole brackets need to be transported back, at the moment, only the fixed whole bracket folding frame and the movable whole bracket folding frame need to be lifted upwards, and then the fixed whole bracket folding frame and the movable whole bracket folding frame are respectively folded inwards around the first pin shaft and the second pin shaft. The whole support base 1 is of an integrated structure, the whole support base 1 comprises a whole support table 4 and whole support supporting legs 5, the whole support supporting legs 5 are arranged on four corners of the whole support table 4, and first clamping grooves 6 are formed in the upper ends of the whole support supporting legs 5.
The lower extreme of the whole support folding leg 2 of fixed inserts two whole support landing legs 5 of same one side to it is articulated through first round pin axle 7, the lower extreme of the whole support folding leg 2 of fixed still is provided with first bayonet lock 8, be provided with fixed arc support frame 9 on the whole support folding leg 2 of fixed, still be provided with fixed bearing clamp plate 10 on the whole support folding leg 2 of fixed, and fixed bearing clamp plate 10 passes through fixed clamp plate screw 11 and is connected with the whole support folding leg 2 of fixed.
The movable bearing assembly 3 comprises a movable bearing rail 12, a movable bearing sliding seat 13, a movable bearing supporting leg 14 and a movable bearing folding frame 15, wherein the movable bearing rail 12 is arranged on the whole supporting table 4, the movable bearing sliding seat 13 is slidably arranged on the movable bearing rail 12, a locking screw 16 is arranged on the movable bearing sliding seat 13, the movable bearing supporting leg 14 is arranged on the movable bearing sliding seat 13, a second clamping groove 17 is formed in the upper end of the movable bearing supporting leg 14, the lower end of the movable bearing folding frame 15 is inserted into the movable bearing supporting leg 14 and hinged through a second pin shaft 18, a second clamping pin 19 is further arranged at the lower end of the movable bearing folding frame 15, a movable arc-shaped bearing bracket 20 is arranged on the movable bearing folding frame 15, a movable bearing pressing plate 21 is further arranged on the movable bearing folding frame 15, the movable bearing pressing plate 21 is connected with the movable bearing folding frame 15 through a movable pressing plate screw 22, and a clamping groove 23 and a clamping block 24 which are mutually clamped are respectively arranged at the lower end of the movable bearing supporting leg 5 and the upper end of the fixed whole supporting frame 2. The clamping blocks 24 at the upper end of the fixed whole bracket folding frame 2 are incomplete global blocks, and the structure is beneficial to the mutual superposition of the whole brackets and effectively avoids the detachment of the whole brackets.
Through the technical scheme, when the film roll finishing bracket is used, two film rolls with two widths are respectively placed on the two finishing brackets. The positions of the movable supporting sliding seats 13 on the two whole brackets are respectively adjusted, and after the adjustment is finished, the movable supporting sliding seats are locked through locking screws 16 so as to adapt to film rolls with different widths. One end of a roll of film having a large width is placed on the fixed arc-shaped support bracket 9 of one of the whole brackets, and the other end is placed on the movable arc-shaped support bracket 20. One end of a roll of film having a smaller width is placed on the fixed arc-shaped support bracket 9 of the other whole bracket, and the other end is placed on the movable arc-shaped support bracket 20. Then, the film roll is locked by the fixed bearing pressing plate 10 and the movable bearing pressing plate 21. The downside of fixed bearing clamp plate 10 and movable bearing clamp plate 21 is provided with rubber bearing cushion 25, is favorable to improving the laminating effect, avoids the film to roll up and rocks in the transportation. When loading, one whole bracket can be stacked on the other whole bracket, and the whole bracket has the same appearance, so that the stacking is stable and reliable, the transportation is convenient, and the film roll stacking device can be suitable for the transportation of film rolls with different widths.
When the transport is completed, the film roll is removed and many whole carriers need to be transported back. At this time, the fixed full tray folding frame 2 and the movable full tray folding frame 15 are simply lifted upward and then folded inward around the first pin shaft 8 and the second pin shaft 18, respectively. After folding is accomplished, the transportation space significantly reduces, improves transportation efficiency.
