A contaminated soil treatment and remediation method using the contaminated soil treatment and remediation device as described in any one of the preceding claims, comprising the steps of:
adding the polluted soil from the soil inlet 2, and enabling the polluted soil to fall on a crushing shaft 3 of the crushing device;
the crushing shaft 3 is driven by the crushing motor 4 to rotate, so that the polluted soil is crushed to a preset particle size;
the polluted soil crushed by the crushing shaft 3 is gathered by the soil gathering plate 5 and then discharged;
the soil discharged by the soil gathering plate 5 is sprinkled on the stirring device 6, and the liquid is sprinkled by the liquid spraying device while the polluted soil is sprinkled, and the stirring device 6 is used for stirring;
the contaminated soil uniformly stirred by the stirring device 6 is discharged through the soil outlet 7.

a cabin body (1);
the soil inlet (2) is arranged on the bin body (1);
the crushing device comprises a crushing shaft (3) and a crushing motor (4), the crushing shaft (3) is arranged at the upper part in the bin body (1), the crushing motor (4) is connected with the crushing shaft (3), and the driving motor (4) is arranged outside the bin body (1);
the liquid spraying and stirring device comprises a soil gathering plate (5), a liquid spraying device and a stirring device (6), wherein the soil gathering plate (5) is arranged below the crushing device, the soil gathering plate (5) is connected with the bin body (1), the liquid spraying device is connected with the soil gathering plate (5), and the stirring device (6) is arranged below the soil gathering plate (5);
a soil outlet (7) arranged at the lower part of the side of the bin body (1).
2. The contaminated soil treatment restoration device according to claim 1, wherein said crushing shaft (3) comprises:
a first crushing shaft (301);
a first crushing motor (302) connected with the first crushing shaft (301);
a second crushing shaft (303) arranged above one side of the first crushing shaft (301) and staggered with the first crushing shaft (301);
a second crushing motor (304) connected with the second crushing shaft (303);
a third crushing shaft (305) disposed above the other side of the first crushing shaft (301) and staggered with the first crushing shaft (301);
a third crushing motor (306) connected with the third crushing shaft (305).
3. The contaminated soil treatment remediation device of claim 2, wherein said first (301), second (303) and third (305) crushing shafts each comprise:
a crushing shaft body (307);
a crushing tooth (308) provided on the crushing shaft body (307).
4. The contaminated soil treatment restoration device according to claim 1, wherein said soil gathering plate (5) is a frustum-shaped soil gathering plate with an upper opening and a lower opening.
5. The contaminated soil remediation device of claim 1, wherein said liquid spraying means comprises:
the infusion pipeline (8) is arranged in the soil gathering plate (5);
and the spray head (9) is arranged on the soil gathering plate (5) and is communicated with the infusion pipeline (8).
6. Contaminated soil treatment remediation device according to claim 5, wherein said spray head (9) comprises:
one end of the fixed cylinder (901) is arranged on the soil gathering plate (5) and is communicated with the infusion pipeline (8);
a slide groove (902) provided in the fixed cylinder (901);
the sliding cylinder (903) comprises a spring seat (9031), a sliding cylinder body (9032), a water spraying hole (9033) and a flow guide cover (9034), the spring seat (9031) is arranged in the sliding groove (902), one end of the sliding cylinder body (9032) is connected with the spring seat (9031), the sliding cylinder body (9032) is provided with the water spraying hole (9033), and the other end of the sliding cylinder body (9032) is connected with the flow guide cover (9034);
the spring (904) is arranged on the outer side of the sliding cylinder (9032) and matched with the spring seat (9031);
and the bottom cover (905) is connected with the other end of the fixed cylinder (901) and matched with the sliding cylinder (903).
7. The contaminated soil treatment and remediation device of claim 6, wherein a conical flow guide block (9035) is provided on a side of the flow guide cover (9034) facing the inside of the sliding barrel (9032).
8. The contaminated soil treatment remediation device of claim 1, further comprising:
a lifting rail comprising a first rail (10) and a second rail (11);
a lifting guide wheel (12) connected with the lifting track;
the soil transporting bucket (13) comprises a bucket body (1301) and a fixing ring (1302) arranged on the bucket body (1301);
a connecting rope (14) with one end connected with the fixed ring (1302) by bypassing the lifting guide wheel (12);
the rope winding device is arranged on the bin body (1) and comprises a rope winding drum (15) and a rope winding motor connected with the rope winding drum (15), and the rope winding drum (15) is connected with the other end of the connecting rope (14).
9. The contaminated soil treatment remediation device of claim 8, further comprising:
the sealing plate comprises a first sealing plate (16), a second sealing plate (17) and a third sealing plate (18) which are arranged on the bin body (1), the first sealing plate (16), the second sealing plate (17) and the third sealing plate (18) enclose a door-shaped sealing opening with an upper part, a lower part and one side opened, and the lower part of the door-shaped sealing opening is communicated with the soil inlet (2);
the sealing door comprises a door body (19), a sealing connecting plate (20) and a sealing guide wheel (21), one end of the door body (19) is connected with the first sealing plate (16), the other end of the door body (19) is connected with the sealing connecting plate (20), the sealing connecting plate (20) is connected with the sealing guide wheel (21), and the sealing guide wheel (21) is matched with the soil transporting hopper (13).

adding the polluted soil from the soil inlet (2) to make the polluted soil fall on the crushing shaft (3) of the crushing device;
the crushing shaft (3) is driven by the crushing motor (4) to rotate, so that the polluted soil is crushed to a preset particle size;
the polluted soil crushed by the crushing shaft (3) is gathered by the soil gathering plate (5) and then discharged;
the soil discharged by the soil gathering plate (5) is sprinkled on the stirring device (6), the liquid is sprinkled by the liquid spraying device while the polluted soil is sprinkled, and the stirring device (6) is used for stirring;
the polluted soil which is uniformly stirred by the stirring device (6) is discharged through the soil outlet (7).
