2. the soil unloading opening 33 is arranged at the rear side of the vehicle body 1, the conveying belt 4 comprises a first conveying belt 35, a second conveying belt 36 and a third conveying belt 37, the soil to be repaired can be fully mixed with the soil repairing liquid by arranging a plurality of sections and a plurality of layers of conveying belts, the soil unloading plate 34 is adjustably arranged at the rear side of the vehicle body 1 to adjust the falling angle of the soil to be repaired when the soil flies out from the soil unloading opening 33, the upper end of the soil unloading plate 34 can be rotationally connected with the vehicle body 1 through a soil unloading rotating shaft 38, of course, the upper end of the soil unloading plate can also be rotationally connected with the vehicle body 1 through a supporting telescopic rod, and the lower end of the soil unloading plate 34 can be rotationally connected with the vehicle body 1 through a supporting telescopic rod 39.
The supporting telescopic rod can be a pneumatic telescopic rod or a hydraulic telescopic rod; the invention does not limit the concrete position and structure of the soil discharging port 33 and the soil discharging plate 34, as long as the efficient and accurate soil discharging can be realized.
Wherein, the excavating device may further include:
and a scraper 40 provided in the excavation cylinder 5.
Specifically, the scraper 40 may be connected to the shaft sleeve 47, or may be connected to other components, which is not limited in the present invention, as long as the scraper 40 can realize a relative motion with the excavating cylinder 5 to scrape the soil to be restored into the soil discharge opening 8.
According to the efficient soil remediation device, the soil scraping plate 40 is arranged, so that the soil to be remediated can be prevented from blocking the soil discharge port 8, the soil to be remediated can be discharged from the soil discharge port 8 more quickly, and the working efficiency is improved.

the drain port 41 is provided below the vehicle body 1.
The efficient soil remediation device can spray the soil remediation liquid which permeates into the soil to be remediated on the conveyor belt 4 or is redundant to the soil, and the soil is sprayed onto the soil below the vehicle body 1 through the liquid outlet 41, so that the remediation effect is further ensured, and meanwhile, the soil to be remediated, which falls from the conveyor belt 4, can be prevented from being accumulated in the vehicle body 1.
A method for repairing a high efficiency soil remediation device as described above, comprising the steps of:
covering the ground straw mixture on the soil to be repaired;
starting a rotary poking wheel 3, a conveying belt 4 and an excavating cylinder 5, enabling a flat inclined shovel 2 to be inserted into soil to be restored obliquely downwards, enabling the soil to be restored, which is shoveled by the flat inclined shovel 2, and the soil to be restored, which is rotationally excavated by the excavating cylinder 5, to enter the flat inclined shovel 2, and poking the soil to be restored, which enters the flat inclined shovel 2, onto the conveying belt 4 by the rotary poking wheel 3;
starting a spraying device, and spraying a preset soil remediation liquid into the soil to be remediated on the conveyor belt 4 by the spraying device;
the conveyer belt 4 discharges the soil to be restored after being mixed with the soil restoration liquid.
Wherein, the step of covering the straw crushing mixture on the soil to be repaired specifically comprises the following steps:
cleaning crop straws, and then drying at high temperature;
crushing crop straws in a closed space, wherein the grains of the crop straws are 0.5-1.5 cm during crushing so as to reduce the waste of floating dust and raw materials;
adding 0.8 per mill of composite microbial inoculum and 1.1 per mill of leaven into the crushed crop straws, uniformly mixing, and stacking and fermenting at normal temperature for 6-8 days;
mixing fermented crop straws, nitrogen phosphorus potassium particles and fly ash according to a weight ratio of 10: 1: 1, stirring and mixing in a stirrer to uniformly disperse the NPK particles and the fly ash in crop straws, and judging whether the NPK particles and the fly ash are uniformly mixed or not by observing the specific forms of the NPK particles and the fly ash during mixing;
the composite microbial inoculum comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40% pseudomonas, 30% bacillus megaterium, 30% trichoderma; the content of the viable microorganism of the composite microbial inoculum is more than or equal to 3 hundred million/ml.
The pseudomonas has obvious effect on repairing soil polluted by organic matters such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon and the like; the bacillus megaterium can be used for decomposing phosphorus and solid potassium fertilizer and has good effect of degrading organic phosphorus in soil; the trichoderma can generate various bioactive substances with antagonistic action on plant pathogenic fungi, bacteria and insects, and can improve the stress resistance of crops, promote the growth of plants and improve the yield of agricultural products; the composite microbial inoculum can be rapidly propagated into dominant flora in soil to form soil mainly containing beneficial bacteria and a benign micro-ecological environment of rhizosphere, so that crops have high yield and high quality, and the soil can be continuously and efficiently cultivated.
The leavening agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2.5 parts of humic acid, 0.1 part of zinc sulfate, 0.05 part of ferrous sulfate, 0.2 part of magnesium silicate, 0.04 part of zinc oxide, 1.5 parts of calcium oxide, 2 parts of attapulgite and 0.1 part of polyacrylamide.
The attapulgite has the characteristics of large specific surface area, high porosity and high activity and adsorption performance, can effectively reduce the proportion of soluble heavy metal in soil, achieves the effect of passivating the heavy metal in the soil and repairs the heavy metal pollution of the soil; after the polyacrylamide is applied to soil, heavy metal ions can be adsorbed, the toxic action of heavy metals on plants is reduced, the physical and chemical properties of the soil are improved, and meanwhile, the biological effectiveness of the heavy metals can be inhibited through the adsorption, chelation, complexation and other actions, so that the growth conditions of the restored plants are improved.
The method comprises the steps of regularly detecting the content of heavy metals in soil and the changes of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and organic matters in the soil in the repairing process, and accounting the crop yield, wherein the whole repairing period is 6 months, the soil fertilization balancing period is 1 month, the crop planting period is 6 months, and the dry land soil and the crop yield and quality change before and after repairing is as follows:

The efficient soil remediation device remediation method is non-toxic, does not generate secondary pollution, can be used for remediating various pollutants, is simple in process and low in cost, can be used for remediating polluted farmland soil efficiently, can realize resource utilization of agricultural wastes, and has great development potential in farmland soil improvement application.

the conveying device comprises a flat inclined shovel (2), a rotary poking wheel (3) and a conveying belt (4), wherein the flat inclined shovel (2) is arranged on the front side of the vehicle body (1), the rotary poking wheel (3) is arranged in the flat inclined shovel (2), and the conveying belt (4) is arranged in the vehicle body (1);
the spraying device is arranged in the vehicle body (1) and matched with the conveying belt (4);
the excavating device comprises an excavating cylinder (5), a soil shoveling opening (6), a transmission device (7) and a soil discharging opening (8), wherein the excavating cylinder (5) is arranged on the front side of the vehicle body (1) and above the flat inclined shovel (2), the soil shoveling opening (6) is arranged on the excavating cylinder (5), the transmission device (7) is connected with the excavating cylinder (5), and the soil discharging opening (8) is arranged on the bottom surface of the excavating cylinder (5);
an operation device provided in the vehicle body (1);
a traveling device (9) provided below the vehicle body (1);
wherein the spinning wheel (3) comprises:
the wheel body (17) is connected with the flat inclined shovel (2);
the rotary dialing motor is arranged in the wheel body (17);
the wheel plate (18) is connected with the wheel body (17), and the wheel plate (18) is an L-shaped wheel plate;
the conveying device further comprises:
the soil-discharging angle adjusting device (19) comprises a rotary supporting shaft (20), an adjusting frame (21), a sliding hole (22), a locking shaft and locking wheels (23), wherein the rotary supporting shaft (20) is connected with the vehicle body (1), one end of the adjusting frame (21) is arranged on the rotary supporting shaft (20), the sliding hole (22) is formed in the adjusting frame (21), the other end of the adjusting frame (21) is arranged on the locking shaft, and the locking wheels (23) are arranged at two ends of the locking shaft;
the excavating cylinder (5) comprises a first excavating cylinder (26) and a second excavating cylinder (27), the opening directions of the shovel openings (6) on the first excavating cylinder (26) and the second excavating cylinder (27) are mirror-symmetrical, and the rotating direction of the first excavating cylinder (26) is opposite to the rotating direction of the second excavating cylinder (27).
2. The efficient soil remediation device of claim 1, wherein said flatwise shovel (2) comprises:
a shovel body (10) provided on the front side of the vehicle body (1);
the front inclined plate comprises a first front inclined plate (11) arranged on one side of the shovel body (10) and a second front inclined plate (12) arranged on the other side of the shovel body (10);
a rear inclined plate comprising a first rear inclined plate (13) and a second rear inclined plate (14) which are arranged at the rear side of the shovel body (10);
the first front inclined plate (11), the second front inclined plate (12), the first rear inclined plate (13) and the second rear inclined plate (14) are enclosed to form a soil inlet (15) and a soil outlet (16), and the width of the soil inlet (15) is greater than that of the soil outlet (16).
3. The efficient soil remediation device of claim 1, wherein said spray device comprises:
the liquid storage tank is arranged in the vehicle body (1);
the conveying pipe (24) is arranged in the vehicle body (1) and is connected with the liquid storage tank;
and the spraying head (25) is arranged on the conveying pipe (24) and matched with the conveying belt (4).
4. The efficient soil remediation device of claim 1, wherein said operation device comprises:
the transparent protective shell (28) is connected with the vehicle body (1) and encloses to form an operation space;
a seat (29) disposed within the operating space;
an operation table (30) provided in front of the seat (29);
an operation lever (31) provided on the operation table (30);
and the display screen (32) is arranged on the operating table (30).
5. The efficient soil remediation device of claim 1, wherein the running gear (9) is a crawler running gear.
6. The high efficiency soil remediation device of claim 1 further comprising:
a soil discharge opening (33) provided in the vehicle body (1);
and the soil unloading plate (34) is arranged on the vehicle body (1) and is matched with the soil unloading opening (33).
7. A method for repairing a high efficiency soil remediation device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 including the steps of:
covering the ground straw mixture on the soil to be repaired;
starting a rotary stirring wheel (3), a conveying belt (4) and an excavating cylinder (5), inserting the flat inclined shovel (2) into the soil to be repaired in an inclined mode, enabling the soil to be repaired, which is shoveled by the flat inclined shovel (2), and the soil to be repaired, which is rotationally excavated by the excavating cylinder (5), to enter the flat inclined shovel (2), and stirring the soil to be repaired, which enters the flat inclined shovel (2), onto the conveying belt (4) by the rotary stirring wheel (3);
starting the spraying device, and spraying a preset soil remediation liquid into the soil to be remediated on the conveyor belt (4);
and the conveying belt (4) discharges the soil to be repaired after being mixed with the soil repairing liquid.
