Abstract

479,677. Spray producers. BOSCH AKT.-GES., R. Oct. 13, 1937, No. 27793. Convention date, Oct. 13, 1936. [Class 69 (iii)] A nozzle for spraying paints &c., in a flat jet comprises an interchangeable flat plate 4 having a thinned centre part in which is formed a spherical bulge 4a having a saw cut 4c. The cut may be formed by a circular saw in which case cuts 4b are also formed in the thick part of the plate. The spray head may comprise a body 1 to which the plate is clamped by a nut 2 and provided with a spring-pressed conical valve 3 which is opened on the pressure of the liquid reaching a predetermined amount.
