starting a first motor 21 to drive a connecting gear 22 to rotate, driving a second chain 17 to rotate after the connecting gear 22 rotates, synchronously driving a first chain 15 to rotate through a connecting rod 18 after the second chain 17 rotates, rotating a connector 19 loaded with an aluminum alloy section away from the lower side of an opening of the electrostatic spraying box 4, and rotating the other group of connectors 19 to the lower side of the opening of the electrostatic spraying box 4;
installing the aluminum alloy section on the other connectors 19, starting the first motor 21, wherein the first motor 21 drives the second chain 17, the connecting rod 18, the first chain 15 and the connectors 19 to rotate around the first supporting wheel 14 and the second supporting wheel 16, and when the connectors 19 rotate, the fixed gear 193 at the bottom end of the internal rotating column 192 rotates with the track plate 20 to drive the aluminum alloy section outside the connectors 19 to rotate;
starting the spray gun 13, spraying the aluminum alloy section, moving all the connectors 19 to the lower side of the separator 6 after rotating for 3 circles along the working path, and moving the aluminum alloy section to the inside of the drying box 10 by the separator 6 through the second electric telescopic rod 40, the third electric telescopic rod 41 and the second clamping manipulator 45 inside the separator;
on the other hand, after the aluminum alloy section enters the drying box 10 through the feeding hole of the drying box 10, the aluminum alloy section can slide along the uppermost connecting frame 28 and roll down to the lower connecting frame 28, the heating box 31 and the fan 33 are started, the fan 33 heats the outside air through the heating box 31 and then enters the drying box 10, and the outside air is discharged from the communicating box 32, when the air flows, the air can pass through the rotating rollers 29 in the connecting frame 28, the aluminum alloy section is dried, the reset spring 30 is used for buffering and damping when the aluminum alloy section falls onto the connecting frame 28, and through the rotating rollers 29, the friction force generated when the aluminum alloy section moves can be reduced, and the damage to the outer surface of the aluminum alloy section is prevented.

step three: conveying the aluminum alloy section to one side of spraying equipment through a conveying device, starting the spraying equipment, and performing electrostatic spraying on the aluminum alloy section;
the application method of the spraying equipment comprises the following steps:
s1: starting a third motor (34), driving a screw rod (35) to rotate, driving a sliding block (36) to move to the upper side of a conveying device loaded with the aluminum alloy section along a sliding groove (38), starting a first electric telescopic rod (37) and a first clamping mechanical arm (39), clamping the aluminum alloy section, starting the first electric telescopic rod (37) and the first clamping mechanical arm (39), taking the aluminum alloy section down from the conveying device, starting the third motor (34) again, moving the aluminum alloy section to the upper side of an opening in the upper surface of an electrostatic spraying box (4), starting the first electric telescopic rod (37), sleeving the aluminum alloy section to the outer side of a connector (19), starting the first clamping mechanical arm (39), and loosening the aluminum alloy section;
s2: starting a first motor (21), driving a connecting gear (22) to rotate, driving a second chain (17) to rotate after the connecting gear (22) rotates, synchronously driving a first chain (15) to rotate through a connecting rod (18) after the second chain (17) rotates, rotating a connector (19) for loading aluminum alloy sections from the lower side of an opening of an electrostatic spraying box (4), and rotating the other group of connectors (19) to the lower side of the opening of the electrostatic spraying box (4);
s3: repeating the step in S1, mounting the aluminum alloy section on the other connectors (19), starting the first motor (21), wherein the first motor (21) drives the second chain (17), the connecting rod (18), the first chain (15) and the connectors (19) to rotate around the first supporting wheel (14) and the second supporting wheel (16), and when the connectors (19) rotate, the fixed gear (193) at the bottom end of the internal rotating column (192) rotates with the track plate (20) to drive the aluminum alloy section on the outer side of the connectors (19) to rotate;
s4: starting a spray gun (13), spraying the aluminum alloy section, and moving all the connectors (19) to the lower side of the separator (6) after rotating for 3-4 circles along the working path;
