The side 133 is a side that is close to the head and far from the shoulder when the neck massager 1 is worn normally. When the neck massager 1 is worn normally, the rocking bar 300 does not interfere with a human body, and the rocking bar 300 is convenient to operate.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the free end of the rocker 300 protrudes from the second face 132 and is located at the center of the second face 132 in the width direction of the second face 132, and the axial direction of the rocker 300 is perpendicular to the width direction of the second face 132 when it is located at the above-mentioned initial position. Thus, the neck massager 1 does not need to distinguish between the front direction and the back direction, the neck massager 1 is worn normally or worn reversely left and right, a user can conveniently touch the rocker 300, and the user experience is better.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the handle 130 includes an outer housing 134 and an inner housing 135. The free end of the rocker 300 extends out of the outer shell 134, the inner shell 135 is mounted on one side of the outer shell 134 facing the neck of the human body, and the rocker 300 is not easy to interfere with the human body and is convenient for the user to operate when the neck massager 1 is worn.
The inner housing 135 is divided into a first section 136 and a second section 137 along its length, the first section 136 being connected to the intermediate bracket 120, the second section 137 being gradually closer to the outer housing 134 from the first section 136 toward a direction away from the intermediate bracket 120. The end of the second segment 137 remote from the intermediate bracket 120 facilitates placement of a finger other than the finger (e.g., thumb) of the operating rocker 300. And when the thumb operates the rocker 300, the rest fingers can be placed at one end of the second section 137 far away from the middle support 120, the rest fingers apply an acting force to the handle 130 opposite to the acting force applied by the thumb to the handle 130, and the moment applied to the whole neck massager 1 can be approximately offset, so that the situation that the middle support 120 is driven to move by operating the rocker 300 can be avoided, and the neck massager 1 can be continuously attached to the neck of a human body.
Meanwhile, the handles 130 may be two handles connected to two ends of the middle support 120, and an opening between the two handles 130 (i.e., a position of the second section 137 of each handle 130 away from one end of the middle support 120) may form a splayed opening, which may play a role in guiding wearing, so as to improve wearing convenience of the neck massager 1.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the first section 136 is gradually moved away from the housing 134 in a direction away from the middle bracket 120, the junction of the first section 136 and the second section 137 forms an arch 138, and the rocker 300 corresponds to the location of the arch 138 in the length direction of the handle 130. The arch 138 is where the distance between the outer shell 134 and the inner shell 135 is maximized, and may provide a larger installation space for the rocker 300, facilitating installation of the rocker 300.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the outer circumferential surface of the rocker 300 is spaced apart from the inner circumferential wall of the escape hole 110. This provides the rocker 300 with sufficient play and travel to facilitate the rocking motion of the rocker 300.
Specifically, the interval between the outer circumferential surface of the rocker 300 and the inner circumferential wall of the escape hole 110 is 1mm to 5mm, for example, 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, and 5mm. The user swings the rocker 300 less in magnitude and operates more comfortably.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the outer peripheral surface of the rocker 300 is spaced from the inner peripheral wall of the avoidance hole 110, and a cushion pad (not shown) is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the rocker 300 and spaced from the inner peripheral wall of the avoidance hole 110, so as to provide sufficient swing space for the rocker 300, thereby facilitating the operation of the rocker 300. The cushion pad may contact the inner circumferential wall of the escape hole 110 when the rocker 300 swings, wherein the cushion pad may have an elastic deformation capability, such as a rubber member. The buffer pad can play a role in buffering, can reduce collision noise, can also reduce the probability of damage of the rocker 300 caused by collision, and prolongs the service life of the rocker 300.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5-7, the neck massager 1 further comprises a shielding cover 400. The shielding cover 400 is connected to the rocker 300 and the wearing bracket 100, respectively, and the shielding cover 400 shields a gap between an outer circumferential surface of the rocker 300 and an inner circumferential wall of the escape hole 110. Through the arrangement of the shielding cover 400, components in the wearing support 100 can be shielded, the wearing support 100 is sealed, and dust is prevented from entering the wearing support 100 through the avoiding holes 110
Further, the shielding cover 400 is provided at the outer side of the wearing bracket 100, the inner circumferential edge of the shielding cover 400 is connected to the outer circumferential surface of the rocker 300, and the outer circumferential edge of the shielding cover 400 is connected to the outer side 133 of the wearing bracket 100. Thus, the shielding cover 400 can completely cover the avoidance hole 110 from the outer side surface of the wearing support 100, so that ash entering into the avoidance hole 110 can be avoided, the cleanliness of the avoidance hole 110 is improved, and moreover, the user observes that the continuity of the outer surface of the neck massage device 1 is better and the appearance uniformity is high.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, the shielding cover 400 is provided on the inner side of the wearing bracket 100, and the inner peripheral edge of the shielding cover 400 is connected to the outer peripheral surface of the rocker 300, and the outer peripheral edge of the shielding cover 400 is connected to the inner side 133 of the wearing bracket 100. Thus, the shielding cover 400 is not easy to interfere with other objects, and the shielding cover 400 is more firmly connected with the wearing bracket 100 and the rocker 300.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, the inner peripheral edge of the shielding cover 400 is connected to the outer peripheral surface of the rocker 300, and the outer peripheral edge of the shielding cover 400 is connected to the inner peripheral wall of the escape hole 110. The shielding cover 400 can thus achieve both cleanliness and connection stability.
The above three shielding cover 400 arrangement schemes provide more selection schemes, which can be selected according to the use requirement and the use environment, so that the applicability of the neck massager 1 is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the shielding cover 400 is an elastic member with elastic restoring capability, that is, after the user operates the rocker 300, the shielding cover 400 can restore the rocker 300 to the initial position, so that the user can operate the rocker 300 next time, and the shielding cover 400 is integrated with the shielding function and the restoring function, so that the number of parts of the neck massager 1 can be reduced without adding parts of the restoring rocker 300, and the assembly steps are reduced.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5-7, the shielding cover 400 is pleated or spherical. In this way, the shielding cover 400 has a sufficient deformation margin, and the shielding cover 400 is stably connected with the rocker 300 and the wearing bracket 100 while the shielding cover 400 is deformed along with the swing of the rocker 300. In addition, the pleated cover 400 has the ability to be more easily deformed, and the pleated cover 400 has small swinging resistance to the rocker 300, thereby facilitating the operation of the rocker 300. The spherical shielding cover 400 has better fitting effect with the wearing bracket 100 when the rocker 400 swings, and the spherical shielding cover 400 is not easy to accumulate dust and has higher cleanliness.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the reset element 500 is connected to the wearing bracket 100 and the rocker 300, respectively, and the connection position of the reset element 500 and the rocker 300 is adjacent to the free end of the rocker 300, that is, the distance between the reset element 500 and the free end of the rocker 300 is smaller than the distance between the reset element 500 and the other axial end of the rocker 300.
It will be appreciated that the free end is the end that the user touches when operating the joystick 300. Therefore, the moment applied by the reset piece 500 to the rocker 300 is increased, when the rocker 300 swings, the swing resistance generated by the reset piece 500 enables feedback to a user to be clearer, the user has stronger touch feeling when the rocker 300 swings, and user experience is improved.
Still further, the reset element 500 is at least one of a reset spring plate and a reset spring. This can facilitate the reset function of the reset member 500 to the rocker 300 and the production cost is low.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-3, the rocker 300 is a universal rocker 310, and the free end of the universal rocker 310 can be offset in any direction along its circumference with respect to the initial position. Alternatively, the rocker 300 is a bi-directional rocker 320, the free end of the bi-directional rocker 320 being capable of being offset in a first direction in opposite directions relative to the initial position. Alternatively, the rocker 300 is a four-way rocker, the free end of which can be displaced in two opposite directions relative to the initial position in a first direction and in two opposite directions relative to the initial position in a second direction, the first direction being perpendicular to the second direction. The setting of neck massage appearance 1 is more various like this, and the neck massage appearance 1 that is convenient for select to have suitable rocker 300 according to user demand and use hobby has improved the suitability of neck massage appearance 1.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the rocker 300 is a bidirectional rocker 320 or a four-way rocker, and the avoidance hole 110 extends along the first direction, and the first direction is consistent with the encircling direction of the wearing bracket 100 or the first direction is consistent with the axial direction of the encircling direction of the wearing bracket 100.
For example, when the rocker 300 is the bidirectional rocker 320, the avoidance hole 110 may be a bar-shaped hole extending along the surrounding direction of the wearing bracket 100, the initial position of the rocker 300 may be located at the center of the length direction of the bar-shaped avoidance hole 110, and the rocker 300 may swing along the length direction of the bar-shaped avoidance hole 110. Therefore, the device can effectively guide the user to operate, reduce the area of the avoidance holes 110, improve the structural strength of the wearing support 100, and reduce the probability that impurities such as dust enter the wearing support 100 through the avoidance holes 110.
Alternatively, when the rocker 300 is a four-way rocker, the avoidance hole 110 is formed by two perpendicular bar-shaped holes, wherein one of the two bar-shaped holes extends along the circumferential direction of the wearing support 100 and the other extends along the axial direction of the circumferential direction of the wearing support 100, that is, one of the first direction and the second direction coincides with the circumferential direction of the wearing support 100 and the other coincides with the axial direction of the circumferential direction of the wearing support 100, and at this time, the avoidance hole 110 may be configured as a cross-shaped hole. In this way, the function of guiding the user operation can be effectively performed, and the control signals output by the swing of the four-way rocker in different directions are not affected by the surrounding direction of the wearing bracket 100.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the rocker 300 is a bidirectional rocker 320, the neck massage apparatus 1 further includes a first button 600 and a second button 700, the first button 600 and the second button 700 are located at two sides of the rocker 300 in the above direction, that is, the first button 600 and the second button 700 are located at two sides of the rocker 300 in the swinging direction, and the first button 600 and the second button 700 are respectively connected to the circuit board 200, in other words, the first button 600 and the second button 700 are respectively located at two sides of the avoidance hole 110 in the length direction. The first key 600 may be a volume key, and the second key 700 may be a heat key.
Thus, by adding the first key 600 and the second key 700, the operational functions of the neck massage device 1 can be diversified, the user can quickly and accurately find the first key 600 and the second key 700 after touching the rocker 300, and the user can quickly distinguish the first key 600 and the second key 700 according to the position relation between the first key 600 and the second key 700 and the rocker 300 respectively, so that the operation is simple.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the joystick 300 is a universal joystick 310 that outputs the same control signal to the circuit board 200 when it swings in all directions. By the arrangement, the rocker 300 is a 'fool button', so that a user can operate at will, and the operation is easier.
Alternatively, the rocker 300 is a universal rocker 310, and at least two swing areas are divided in a 360 ° swing range, so that control signals corresponding to the swing areas are output to the circuit board 200 in different swing areas. In other words, the circumferential swingable range of the rocker 300 is divided into at least two swing areas, each swing area corresponds to a different operation signal, and when the rocker 300 enters one of the swing areas, the circuit board 20 outputs a control signal corresponding to the swing area.
When the function of the neck massager 1 is adjusted by the swinging rocker 300, the rocker 300 does not need to swing in a specific direction, but can output corresponding control signals by swinging the rocker 300 to an angle range in any direction, so that the user can not need to hold the wearing support 100 by purposely swinging the rocker 300 in a certain direction when operating the rocker 300, and the blind operation is facilitated by poking the rocker 300 by one hand to enter the certain angle range in the direction.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the distance between the first key 600 and the rocker 300 and the distance between the second key 700 and the rocker 300 are both greater than the displacement of the free end when the rocker 300 swings to the limit position.
It is understood that the swinging of the rocker 300 to the extreme position refers to the position where the rocker 300 is located when the angle between the rocker 300 and the central axis of the avoidance hole 110 is the largest. Because the free end of the rocker 300 approaches to the direction of the first button 600 or the second button 700 when the rocker 300 swings, the distance between the first button 600 and the second button 700 and the rocker 300 is increased, interference between the rocker 300 and the first button 600 and between the rocker 700 and the second button 700 can be avoided, misoperation is prevented, the structure of the neck massager 1 is more reasonable, and the reliability is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the position of the wearing support 100 corresponding to the shoulder of the human body is raised along the axial direction of the neck of the human body toward the head of the human body, and the raised position can play a role in avoiding the shoulder, so that the neck massager 1 is more fit to the human body, more comfortable to wear and less prone to falling off. Alternatively, the end of the wearing bracket 100 is inclined in the axial direction of the neck of the human body in a direction away from the head of the human body.
Therefore, the fool-proof function can be achieved, the wearing mode of the neck massage device 1 is limited, the neck massage device 1 can be guided to be worn correctly by a user, the accuracy of the operation of the rocker 300 by the user is improved, and the probability of misoperation is effectively reduced.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4-6, the neck massager 1 further comprises a sensor 800, such as a direction sensor or a gravity sensor.
The sensor 800 is electrically connected to the circuit board 20, for example, the sensor 800 is mounted on the circuit board 200, the sensor 800 sends out a detection signal according to the wearing direction of the wearing bracket 100, and the circuit board 200 adjusts a control signal correspondingly output when the rocker 300 swings according to the detection signal, so that the control signals output when the rocker 300 swings in the same direction in different wearing directions of the wearing bracket 100 are the same.
It will be appreciated that different wearing directions means that the neck massage apparatus 1 can be worn in both forward and reverse directions, and the intermediate support 120 has a first edge and a second edge in its width direction. Wherein, when the neck massager 1 is worn in the forward direction, the first edge is positioned above the second edge; the first edge is located below the second edge when the neck massager 1 is worn in the reverse direction. Also, the sensor 800 may detect that the wearing bracket 100 is being worn in the forward direction or in the reverse direction.
For example, when the sensor 800 detects that the user is wearing the neck massager 1, the rocking lever 300 swings to the upper side of the human body to perform vibration massage, the rocking lever 300 swings to the lower side of the human body to perform beating massage, the rocking lever 300 swings to the left side of the human body to perform increasing gear, and the rocking lever 300 swings to the right side of the human body to perform decreasing gear; when the sensor 800 detects that the user wears the neck massager 1 reversely, the swing of the rocker 300 to the upper side of the human body is still switched to vibration massage, the swing of the rocker 300 to the lower side of the human body is still switched to beating massage, the swing of the rocker 300 to the left side of the human body is still switched to increasing gear, and the swing of the rocker 300 to the right side of the human body is still reduced gear. Therefore, even if the user wears the neck massager 1 reversely, misoperation can not occur, the operation mode of the neck massager 1 is simpler, misoperation is further avoided, and the user experience is better.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the rocker 300 is capable of moving in its axial direction to feed back a signal to the circuit board 200.
For example, the rocker 300 may output a control signal to the circuit board 200 when it is axially moved toward the circuit board 200 (i.e., pressed). The control signal output when the rocker 300 moves in the axial direction thereof is different from the control signal output when the rocker 300 swings in the circumferential direction thereof. For example, the control signal output when the rocker 300 moves along the axial direction thereof can be used for turning on and off the neck massage apparatus 1 or switching different modes of the same massage function; the control signal output when the rocker 300 swings along the circumferential direction thereof can be an adjustment gear or can be used for switching different massage functions.
In addition, different control signals can be output through different axial movement time periods of the rocker 300, for example, the start-up or the shutdown can be controlled when the rocker 300 is pressed for a long time, and different massage modes of the same massage function can be switched when the rocker 300 is pressed for a short time, for example, when the massage function is electric stimulation massage, the massage modes can be a beating mode, a kneading mode, a comprehensive mode or a scraping mode. In this way, the rocker 300 can integrate more control signals, thereby not only further facilitating the control of the neck massager 1 by the user, but also further reducing the parts of the neck massager 1 and simplifying the structure of the neck massager 1.
It will be appreciated that the reset member 500 may simultaneously reset the axial movement of the rocker 300.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the free end of the rocker 300 still extends out of the wearing bracket 100 when the rocker 300 moves to the extreme position in the axial direction of the rocker toward the wearing bracket 100. On the one hand, the probability of interference between the fingers of the user and the wearing bracket 100 can be reduced, and the rocker 300 is easier to operate by the user; on the other hand, the rocker 300 is prevented from being abutted against the shell of the wearing support 100 after moving into the wearing support 100, so that the overall structure of the neck massager 1 is more reasonable, and the reliability of the neck massager 1 is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5-8, the neck massager 1 further comprises a potentiometer 900.
The potentiometer 900 is mounted on the circuit board 200, the rocker 300 is connected with the circuit board 200 through the potentiometer 900, and the resistance of the potentiometer 900 is changed through the rocker 300 to output a control signal to the circuit board 200.
The resistance value of the potentiometer 900 can be changed when the rocker 300 swings along the circumferential direction and moves along the axial direction, so that the output current value and the output voltage value are changed, and thus the circuit board 200 can output different control signals to control the neck massage machine 1. In addition, a reset piece 500 may be disposed between the rocker 300 and the potentiometer 900, where the reset piece 500 may be at least one of a reset spring and a reset spring, so that after the rocker 300 can implement swing reset and push reset, the reset piece 500 may enable the rocker 300 to return to an initial state, so that the rocker 300 performs the next operation.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5-7, rocker 300 includes a lever 330 and a cap 340.
The rod body 330 is connected with the circuit board 200 and passes through the avoidance hole 110, the cap 340 is positioned outside the wearing bracket 100 and connected with the rod body 330, and the cross-sectional area of the cap 340 is larger than that of the rod body 330. Therefore, on the one hand, the cross-sectional area of the rod body 330 is smaller, the aperture of the avoidance hole 110 can be reduced along with the cross-sectional area, the structural strength of the wearing support 100 is ensured, the probability that dust, insects, liquid and the like enter the wearing support 100 from the avoidance hole 110 is also reduced, on the other hand, the cross-sectional area of the cap body 340 is larger, and when the user moves (e.g. presses and swings) the rocker 300, the contact area between the user finger and the cap body 340 is larger, so that the local pressure of the user finger is smaller, that is, the overall stress of the user finger is more uniform, and the comfort of moving the rocker 300 is improved.
Further, the maximum cross-sectional area of the cap 340 is greater than the cross-sectional area of the relief hole 110.
Specifically, the maximum cross-sectional area of the cap 340 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the escape hole 110, i.e., the cross-sectional area of the portion where the cap 340 exists is not larger than the cross-sectional area of the escape hole 110. Like this, the cap 340 can shelter from dodging hole 110, further avoids dust, insect and liquid etc. to get into the inside of wearing support 100 from dodging hole 110, improves neck massage appearance 1 holistic cleanliness, prevents that above-mentioned impurity from increasing the corrosion rate of the part of neck massage appearance 1, and then increases neck massage appearance 1's life.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, an end of the rod 330 facing the cap 340 is configured as a mounting portion 331, the cap 340 has a mounting hole 342 mated with the mounting portion 331, and the cross section of the mounting portion 331 and the cross section of the mounting hole 342 are non-circular, such as rectangular and elliptical, which are adapted to each other. Thus, the relative rotation between the rod 330 and the cap 340 can be prevented, the connection is more reliable, and the structure of the rocker 300 is more stable.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the surface of the cap 340 facing away from the rod 330 is configured as a curved surface, which is convex facing away from the rod 330. Thus, when the user moves the rocker 300, the finger contacts the cambered surface, so that the comfort is higher and the user experience is better.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, a surface of the cap 340 facing away from the rod 330 is provided with a plurality of anti-slip bumps 341 arranged at intervals, and it is understood that each anti-slip bump 341 protrudes facing away from the rod 330. Through the arrangement of the anti-skid convex points 341, the friction force between the fingers of the user and the cap 340 can be increased, the user can swing the rocker 300 more easily, and the operation convenience is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the cap 340 is a flexible member, for example, the cap 340 may be a silicone member, the cap 340 has elastic deformation capability, and the cap 340 contacts the inner peripheral wall of the escape hole 110 when the rocker 300 swings to the limit position. Therefore, the contact between the cap 340 and the inner circumferential wall of the avoidance hole 110 is flexible, i.e. the cap 340 can play a role in buffering through elastic deformation, so that the damage of the rocker 300 and the inner circumferential wall of the avoidance hole 110 can be avoided, and the collision noise between the cap 340 and the inner circumferential wall of the avoidance hole 110 can be reduced.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the outer surface of the wearing bracket 100 is provided with a rib 140 extending along the circumferential direction thereof, and the dodge hole 110 breaks the rib 140 in the length direction of the rib 140, i.e., the free end of the rocker 300 breaks the rib 140 in the length direction of the rib 140.
For example, the free end of the rocker 300 extends from the second surface 132 to wear the bracket 100, and the rib 140 can be disposed on the second surface 132, so that the user can quickly find the position of the rocker 300 along the rib 140 after touching the rib 140, and the operation is more convenient and quick.
