Wherein, the side 133 is a side close to the head and far away from the shoulder when the neck massager 1 is normally worn. When the neck massager 1 is worn normally, the rocker 300 does not interfere with the human body, and the rocker 300 is convenient to operate.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the free end of the rocker 300 protrudes from the second surface 132 and is located at the center of the second surface 132 in the width direction of the second surface 132, and the rocker 300 is located in the initial position with its axial direction perpendicular to the width direction of the second surface 132. The positive and negative direction that need not distinguish like this neck massage appearance 1, neck massage appearance 1 normally wears or about the opposite wearing, and the user can all conveniently touch rocker 300, and user experience is better.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, handle 130 includes an outer shell 134 and an inner shell 135. The free end of the rocker 300 extends out of the outer shell 134, the inner shell 135 is mounted on one side of the outer shell 134 facing the neck of the human body, and when the neck massager 1 is worn, the rocker 300 is not easy to interfere with the human body and is convenient for a user to operate.
Inner shell 135 is divided along its length into a first section 136 and a second section 137, first section 136 being connected to intermediate bracket 120, and second section 137 being progressively closer to outer shell 134 from first section 136 in a direction away from intermediate bracket 120. The end of second segment 137 remote from intermediate support 120 facilitates placement of fingers other than the finger (e.g., thumb) that operates rocker 300. And when the thumb is operating rocker 300, all the other fingers can be placed in the one end that middle support 120 was kept away from to second section 137, and all the other fingers exert the effort to handle 130 and the thumb exerts the effort opposite to handle 130, and the moment that neck massage appearance 1 wholly received can roughly offset each other, can avoid because operating rocker 300 drives middle support 120 and remove, guarantees that neck massage appearance 1 can continuously laminate with human neck.
Meanwhile, the handles 130 may be two handles connected to two ends of the middle bracket 120, and a splayed opening may be formed at an opening between the two handles 130 (i.e., at a position where the second segment 137 of each handle 130 is far away from one end of the middle bracket 120), and the splayed opening may play a role in guiding the wearing of the neck massager 1, thereby improving the wearing convenience of the neck massager 1.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the first segment 136 gradually moves away from the housing 134 in a direction away from the middle bracket 120, the connection between the first segment 136 and the second segment 137 forms an arch 138, and the rocker 300 corresponds to the arch 138 in a position along the length of the handle 130. The arch 138, where the distance between the outer shell 134 and the inner shell 135 is the largest, may provide a larger installation space for the rocker 300, and facilitate installation of the rocker 300.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the outer circumferential surface of the rocker 300 is spaced apart from the inner circumferential wall of the escape hole 110. This provides the rocker 300 with sufficient movement space and movement stroke, and facilitates the operation of the rocker 300.
Specifically, the interval between the outer circumferential surface of the rocker 300 and the inner circumferential wall of the escape hole 110 is 1mm to 5mm, for example, 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, and 5 mm. The user has less amplitude of swinging the rocker 300 and more comfortable operation.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the outer circumferential surface of the rocker 300 and the inner circumferential wall of the avoiding hole 110 are spaced apart, the outer circumferential surface of the rocker 300 is sleeved with a cushion pad (not shown), and the cushion pad and the inner circumferential wall of the avoiding hole 110 are spaced apart from each other to provide a sufficient swing space for the rocker 300, so as to facilitate the operation of the rocker 300. The buffer pad may contact the inner circumferential wall of the escape hole 110 when the rocker 300 swings, wherein the buffer pad may have an elastic deformation capability, such as a rubber member. The blotter can play the cushioning effect, can reduce the collision noise, can also reduce the probability of rocker 300 because of the damage that the collision produced, extension rocker 300's life.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 5-7, the neck massager 1 further comprises a shielding cover 400. The shielding cover 400 is connected to the rocking bar 300 and the wearing bracket 100, respectively, and the shielding cover 400 shields a gap between the outer circumferential surface of the rocking bar 300 and the inner circumferential wall of the escape hole 110. Through the arrangement of the shielding cover 400, components in the wearing support 100 can be shielded, the wearing support 100 is sealed, and dust is prevented from entering the wearing support 100 through the avoiding hole 110
Further, the shielding cover 400 is disposed outside the wearing bracket 100, an inner peripheral edge of the shielding cover 400 is connected to an outer peripheral surface of the rocking bar 300, and an outer peripheral edge of the shielding cover 400 is connected to the outer side surface 133 of the wearing bracket 100. So, shelter from lid 400 and can cover dodge hole 110 completely from the lateral surface of wearing support 100, not only can avoid dodging hole 110 and advance the ash, improve the cleanliness of dodging hole 110, the user observes the surface continuity of neck massager 1 better moreover, and the outward appearance regularity is high.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, the shield cover 400 is provided inside the wearing bracket 100, the inner peripheral edge of the shield cover 400 is connected to the outer peripheral surface of the rocker 300, and the outer peripheral edge of the shield cover 400 is connected to the inner side surface 133 of the wearing bracket 100. Thus, the shielding cover 400 is not easily interfered with other objects, and the shielding cover 400 is more firmly coupled to the wearing bracket 100 and the rocker 300.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, the inner circumferential edge of the shielding cover 400 is connected to the outer circumferential surface of the rocker 300, and the outer circumferential edge of the shielding cover 400 is connected to the inner circumferential wall of the escape hole 110. Thus, the shielding cover 400 can have both cleanliness and connection stability.
The three shielding covers 400 provide more selection schemes, and can be selected according to the use requirements and the use environment, so that the applicability of the neck massager 1 is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the shielding cover 400 is an elastic member having an elastic restoring capability, that is, after the user operates the rocker 300, the shielding cover 400 can restore the rocker 300 to the initial position, which is convenient for the user to operate the rocker 300 next time, and the shielding cover 400 integrates a shielding function and a restoring function, so that there is no need to add a part for restoring the rocker 300, the number of parts of the neck massager 1 can be reduced, and the assembly steps can be reduced.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5-7, the cover 400 is pleated or spherical. In this way, the shielding cover 400 has a sufficient deformation margin, and the shielding cover 400 is stably connected to the swing lever 300 and the wearing bracket 100 while the shielding cover 400 is deformed as the swing lever 300 swings. In addition, the corrugated shield cover 400 has an easier deformation ability, and the corrugated shield cover 400 has a small swing resistance to the rocker 300, thereby facilitating the operation of the rocker 300. The spherical shielding cover 400 has a better attaching effect with the wearing support 100 when the rocker 400 swings, and the spherical shielding cover 400 is not easy to accumulate dust, so that the cleanness is higher.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the reset member 500 is connected to the wearing bracket 100 and the rocking bar 300, respectively, and the connection position of the reset member 500 and the rocking bar 300 is adjacent to the free end of the rocking bar 300, that is, the distance between the reset member 500 and the free end of the rocking bar 300 is smaller than the distance between the reset member 500 and the other axial end of the rocking bar 300.
It is understood that the free end is an end touched by a user when operating the joystick 300. From this increased the moment that resets 500 and applied force to rocker 300, when rocker 300 swung, the swing resistance that resets 500 and produce was more clear for user's feedback, and the sense of touch when the user swung rocker 300 was stronger, improved user experience.
Further, the reset piece 500 is at least one of a reset spring and a reset spring. Therefore, the reset function of the reset piece 500 to the rocker 300 can be realized conveniently, and the production cost is low.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-3, rocker 300 is a universal rocker 310, and the free end of universal rocker 310 can be offset in any direction along its circumference with respect to the initial position. Alternatively, rocker 300 is a two-way rocker 320, the free end of two-way rocker 320 being capable of being biased in a first direction in opposite directions relative to the initial position. Alternatively, the rocker 300 is a four-way rocker having a free end capable of being biased in a first direction in two opposite directions relative to the initial position and capable of being biased in a second direction in two opposite directions relative to the initial position, the first direction being perpendicular to the second direction. Neck massager 1's setting is more various like this, is convenient for select the neck massager 1 that has suitable rocker 300 according to user demand and use hobby, has improved neck massager 1's suitability.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the rocking bar 300 is a two-way rocking bar 320 or a four-way rocking bar, and the avoiding hole 110 extends along the first direction, which is consistent with the surrounding direction of the wearing frame 100 or the first direction is consistent with the axial direction of the surrounding direction of the wearing frame 100.
For example, when the rocker 300 is the two-way rocker 320, the avoiding hole 110 may be a strip-shaped hole extending along the surrounding direction of the wearing support 100, the initial position of the rocker 300 may be located at the center of the strip-shaped avoiding hole 110 in the length direction, and the rocker 300 may swing along the length direction of the strip-shaped avoiding hole 110. Therefore, the function of guiding the operation of the user can be effectively achieved, the area of the avoiding hole 110 is reduced, the structural strength of the wearing support 100 is improved, and the probability that impurities such as dust enter the wearing support 100 through the avoiding hole 110 is reduced.
Or, when the rocker 300 is a four-way rocker, the avoiding hole 110 is composed of two strip-shaped holes perpendicular to each other, wherein one of the two strip-shaped holes extends along the surrounding direction of the wearing bracket 100 and the other extends along the axial direction of the surrounding direction of the wearing bracket 100, that is, one of the first direction and the second direction is consistent with the surrounding direction of the wearing bracket 100 and the other is consistent with the axial direction of the surrounding direction of the wearing bracket 100, and at this time, the avoiding hole 110 may be configured as a cross-shaped hole. This also effectively guides the operation of the user, and the control signal outputted by the four-way rocker swinging in different directions is not affected by the surrounding direction of the wearing support 100.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the joystick 300 is a two-way joystick 320, the neck massager 1 further includes a first button 600 and a second button 700, the first button 600 and the second button 700 are located on two sides of the joystick 300 in the above-mentioned direction, that is, the first button 600 and the second button 700 are located on two sides of the joystick 300 in the swinging direction, and the first button 600 and the second button 700 are respectively connected to the circuit board 200, in other words, the first button 600 and the second button 700 are respectively located on two sides of the avoidance hole 110 in the length direction. The first button 600 may be a volume button, and the second button 700 may be a heat button.
By additionally arranging the first key 600 and the second key 700, the operational functions of the neck massager 1 can be diversified, and a user can quickly and accurately find the first key 600 and the second key 700 after touching the rocker 300, and can quickly distinguish the first key 600 and the second key 700 from the position relationship of the rocker 300 respectively, so that the operation is simple.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, rocker 300 is a gimbal 310, which outputs the same control signal to circuit board 200 when it is gimbal. The arrangement makes the rocker 300 become a 'fool key', and the user can operate the rocker at will and operate the rocker more easily.
Alternatively, the rocker 300 is a universal rocker 310, and at least two swing regions are divided within a 360 ° swing range, so as to output control signals corresponding to the swing regions to the circuit board 200 in different swing regions. In other words, the circumferential swingable range of the rocker 300 is divided into at least two swing regions, each swing region corresponds to a different operation signal, and when the rocker 300 enters one of the swing regions, the circuit board 20 outputs a control signal corresponding to the swing region.
With such arrangement, when the rocking bar 300 is used for adjusting the function of the neck massager 1, the rocking bar 300 does not need to swing towards a specific direction, but the rocking bar 300 swings to an angle range in any direction, so that a control signal corresponding to the ground can be output, and further, when the rocking bar 300 is operated, the support 100 is not worn by holding by hand due to the fact that the rocking bar 300 is specially swung towards a certain direction, and the user can dial the rocking bar 300 by one hand to enter the certain angle range in the direction, so that blind operation is facilitated.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the distance between the first button 600 and the joystick 300 and the distance between the second button 700 and the joystick 300 are both greater than the displacement of the free end when the joystick 300 swings to the extreme position.
It is understood that the swinging of the rocker 300 to the extreme position is the position of the rocker 300 when the angle between the rocker 300 and the central axis of the avoiding hole 110 is the largest. Because the free end of the rocker 300 is close to the first button 600 or the second button 700 when swinging, the distance between the first button 600 and the second button 700 and the rocker 300 is increased, the rocker 300 can be prevented from interfering with the first button 600 and the second button 700, misoperation is prevented, the structure of the neck massager 1 is more reasonable, and the reliability is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the position of the wearing support 100 corresponding to the shoulders of the human body is raised along the axial direction of the neck of the human body toward the head of the human body, and the raised portion can serve as a position-avoiding function for the shoulders, so that the neck massager 1 is more fit to the human body, is more comfortable to wear, and is less prone to fall off. Alternatively, the end of the wearable brace 100 is inclined in the axial direction of the human neck away from the human head.
Can play the fool-proof effect like this, restrict the wearing mode of neck massage appearance 1, be favorable to guiding the user and correctly wearing neck massage appearance 1, improve the degree of accuracy that the user operated rocker 300, effectively reduce the probability of maloperation.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 4-6, the neck massager 1 further comprises a sensor 800, such as a direction sensor or a gravity sensor.
The sensor 800 is electrically connected to the circuit board 20, for example, the sensor 800 is mounted on the circuit board 200, the sensor 800 sends a detection signal according to the wearing direction of the wearing support 100, and the circuit board 200 adjusts the control signal correspondingly output when the rocking bar 300 swings according to the detection signal, so that the control signals output when the rocking bar 300 swings to the same direction in different wearing directions of the wearing support 100 are the same.
It is understood that the different wearing directions mean that the neck massage apparatus 1 can have both wearing manners of forward wearing and backward wearing, and the middle bracket 120 has a first edge and a second edge in the width direction thereof. When the neck massager 1 is worn in the forward direction, the first edge is positioned above the second edge; when the neck massager 1 is worn reversely, the first edge is positioned below the second edge. Also, the sensor 800 may detect that the wearing stand 100 is worn in the forward direction or in the reverse direction.
For example, when the sensor 800 detects that the user is wearing the neck massager 1 in the forward direction, the rocking bar 300 swings towards the upper side of the human body and is switched to vibration massage, the rocking bar 300 swings towards the lower side of the human body and is switched to tapping massage, the rocking bar 300 swings towards the left side of the human body and is switched to an increasing gear, and the rocking bar 300 swings towards the right side of the human body and is switched to a decreasing gear; when the sensor 800 detects that the user wears the neck massager 1 in the reverse direction, the swinging of the rocker 300 to the upper side of the human body is still switched to vibration massage, the swinging of the rocker 300 to the lower side of the human body is still switched to tapping massage, the swinging of the rocker 300 to the left side of the human body is still switched to increase gears, and the swinging of the rocker 300 to the right side of the human body is still reduced gears. Like this even the user is reverse to be worn neck massage appearance 1 and the condition of maloperation can not appear yet, makes neck massage appearance 1's operation mode simpler, further avoids the condition of maloperation to take place, and user experience is better.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the rocker 300 can move along its axial direction to feed back a signal to the circuit board 200.
For example, the rocker 300 may output a control signal to the circuit board 200 when the rocker is moved in a direction approaching the circuit board 200 along the axial direction (i.e., when the rocker is pressed). The control signal output when the rocker 300 moves in its axial direction is different from the control signal output when the rocker 300 swings in its circumferential direction. For example, the control signal output when the rocker 300 moves along the axial direction thereof can perform the turning on and off of the neck massager 1, or perform different mode switching of the same massage function; the control signal outputted when the rocker 300 swings along the circumference thereof may be to adjust the gear or switch different massage functions.
In addition, different control signals can be output through different lengths of time of the rocker 300 moving along the axial direction, for example, the rocker 300 can be controlled to be turned on or turned off when being pressed for a long time, and different massage modes with the same massage function can be switched when being pressed for a short time, for example, when the massage function is electrical stimulation massage, the massage mode can be a tapping mode, a kneading mode, a comprehensive mode or a scraping mode. Thus, the rocker 300 can be integrated with more control signals, which not only further facilitates the control of the neck massager 1 by the user, but also can further reduce the parts of the neck massager 1 and simplify the structure of the neck massager 1.
It is understood that the reset member 500 can simultaneously reset the axial movement of the rocker 300.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, when the rocker 300 moves axially toward the wearing support 100 to the limit position, the free end of the rocker 300 still extends out of the wearing support 100. On one hand, the probability of interference between the fingers of the user and the wearing bracket 100 can be reduced, and the user can operate the rocker 300 more easily; on the other hand, the rocker 300 is prevented from being reset after moving into the wearing support 100 and abutting against the shell of the wearing support 100, so that the whole structure of the neck massager 1 is more reasonable, and the reliability of the neck massager 1 is improved.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 5-8, the neck massager 1 further comprises a potentiometer 900.
The potentiometer 900 is mounted on the circuit board 200, the rocker 300 is connected to the circuit board 200 through the potentiometer 900, and the rocker 300 changes the resistance of the potentiometer 900 to output a control signal to the circuit board 200.
Wherein, the rocker 300 can change the resistance value of the potentiometer 900 when swinging along the circumference direction and moving along the axial direction, thereby changing the output current value and the output voltage value, so the circuit board 200 can output different control signals to control the neck massage apparatus 1. In addition, the reset piece 500 can be arranged between the rocker 300 and the potentiometer 900, and the reset piece 500 can be at least one of a reset elastic sheet and a reset spring, so that the rocker 300 can be reset in a swinging mode and reset in a pressing mode, namely, the reset piece 500 can enable the rocker 300 to be restored to an initial state, and the rocker 300 can be conveniently operated next time.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5-7, the joystick 300 includes a shaft 330 and a cap 340.
The rod 330 is connected to the circuit board 200 and passes through the avoiding hole 110, the cap 340 is located outside the wearing bracket 100 and connected to the rod 330, and the cross-sectional area of the cap 340 is larger than that of the rod 330. Therefore, on one hand, the cross-sectional area of the rod body 330 is smaller, the aperture of the avoiding hole 110 can be reduced, the structural strength of the wearing support 100 is guaranteed, the probability that dust, insects, liquid and the like enter the inside of the wearing support 100 from the avoiding hole 110 is also reduced, on the other hand, the cross-sectional area of the cap body 340 is larger, when a user moves (for example, presses and swings) the rocker 300, the contact area between the finger of the user and the cap body 340 is larger, so that the local pressure of the finger of the user is smaller, namely the overall stress of the finger of the user is more uniform, and the comfort of moving the rocker 300 is improved.
Further, the maximum cross-sectional area of the cap body 340 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the avoidance hole 110.
Specifically, the maximum cross-sectional area of the cap body 340 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the avoidance hole 110, i.e., the cross-sectional area of the portion where the cap body 340 may exist is not larger than the cross-sectional area of the avoidance hole 110. The cap body 340 can shelter from the dodging hole 110, further avoid dust, insects, liquid and the like to enter the inside of wearing the support 100 from the dodging hole 110, improve the overall cleanness of the neck massager 1, prevent the impurities from increasing the corrosion speed of the parts of the neck massager 1, and further increase the service life of the neck massager 1.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, an end of the rod body 330 facing the cap body 340 is configured as a mounting portion 331, the cap body 340 has a mounting hole 342 to be fitted with the mounting portion 331, and the cross-section of the mounting portion 331 and the cross-section of the mounting hole 342 are non-circular, such as rectangular and oval, adapted to each other. Therefore, the rod body 330 and the cap body 340 can be prevented from rotating relatively, the connection is more reliable, and the structure of the rocker 300 is more stable.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the surface of the cap 340 facing away from the rod 330 is configured as a curved surface, and the curved surface is convex facing away from the rod 330. Like this when the user is removing rocker 300, the finger contact in above-mentioned cambered surface, the travelling comfort is higher, and user experience is better.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the surface of the cap body 340 facing away from the rod body 330 is provided with a plurality of anti-slip protrusions 341 arranged at intervals, and it is understood that each anti-slip protrusion 341 protrudes away from the rod body 330. Through the setting of anti-skidding bump 341, can increase the frictional force between user's finger and the cap body 340, the user can more easily swing rocker 300, increases the simple operation nature.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the cap 340 is a flexible member, for example, the cap 340 may be a silicone member, the cap 340 has an elastic deformation capability, and the cap 340 contacts the inner peripheral wall of the avoiding hole 110 when the rocker 300 swings to the limit position. Therefore, the contact between the cap body 340 and the inner peripheral wall of the avoiding hole 110 is flexible, that is, the cap body 340 can play a role in buffering through elastic deformation, which not only can prevent the rocker 300 and the inner peripheral wall of the avoiding hole 110 from being damaged, but also can reduce the collision noise between the cap body 340 and the inner peripheral wall of the avoiding hole 110.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the outer surface of the wearing support 100 is provided with a rib 140 extending in a circumferential direction thereof, and the escape hole 110 interrupts the rib 140 in a length direction of the rib 140, i.e., the free end of the rocker 300 interrupts the rib 140 in the length direction of the rib 140.
For example, the free end of the rocker 300 extends out of the second surface 132 to wear the stand 100, and the rib 140 can be disposed on the second surface 132, so that the user can quickly find the position of the rocker 300 along the rib 140 after touching the rib 140, and the operation is more convenient and faster.
