In the embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a massage machine core 100 of the present utility model; fig. 2 is a structural exploded view of an embodiment of the massage machine 100 of the present utility model.
The massage machine core 100 includes: a housing 10, the housing 10 being provided with a mounting portion 11; a massage member 20, the massage member 20 being swingably mounted to the mounting portion 11; the periphery of the mounting portion 11 is provided with a limiting portion 12, one end of the massage member 20 facing the mounting portion 11 is provided with a flange portion 23, the flange portion 23 is provided with a notch 21 corresponding to the limiting portion 12, the limiting portion 12 is matched with the notch 21, and the limiting portion 12 is used for abutting against the groove wall of the notch 21 along the direction opposite to the swinging direction of the massage member 20 so as to limit the swinging amplitude of the massage member 20.
In the present embodiment, the housing 10 serves as a mounting carrier for the massage member 20, for providing a mounting base for the massage member 20, and the specific structure thereof is not limited. The number of the mounting parts 11 may be two or more, and at least two mounting parts 11 are spaced apart along the length direction of the housing 10, and the number and positions of the massage members 20 correspond to the number and positions of the mounting parts 11, so that the massage sites to the wearer may be increased.
The massage device 20 may swing back and forth along a fan-shaped region, or may swing circumferentially about an axis, without limitation. In the process of swinging the massage member 20, the limiting portion 12 may be always located in the notch 21, or may relatively enter or exit the notch 21 along with the swinging of the massage member 20.
The limiting portion 12 may be provided protruding from an outer peripheral wall or an inner peripheral wall of the housing 10 at the mounting portion 11, or protruding from a port of the mounting portion 11. The end of the massage member 20 near the mounting portion 11 may be cylindrical, and the notch 21 is formed at a port of the massage member 20 near the end of the mounting portion 11. When the limiting part 12 is positioned in the notch 21, the side wall of the limiting part 12 is opposite to the groove wall of the notch 21 along the swinging direction of the massaging element 20. When the massaging element 20 swings to a preset amplitude along a certain direction, the limiting part 12 is abutted against the side wall of the notch 21 along the direction opposite to the swinging direction of the massaging element 20, so that the massaging element 20 can be limited to continue to advance along the direction, and the swinging amplitude of the massaging element 20 can be controlled within a preset range, so that the massaging area of the massaging element 20 on the neck of a user can be reasonably controlled.
The limiting part 12 and the notch 21 are only required to be arranged at the position close to the mounting part 11 and the massaging element 20 as limiting structures, and compared with the prior art that the limiting structures are arranged inside the massaging machine core 100, the mode of limiting the swinging amplitude of the massaging element 20 is simpler, so that the internal structure of the massaging machine core 100 can be simplified, and the miniaturization of the neck massaging instrument can be realized.
Specifically, the mounting portion 11 is disposed in an opening shape, and the limiting portion 12 is convexly disposed on an inner wall surface of the mounting portion 11, so that a part of the limiting portion 12 can be hidden and protected, and structural stability of the limiting portion 12 is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, the massage machine 100 further includes a driver, the driver is mounted in the housing 10, the driver has an output shaft 30, one end of the output shaft 30 extends out of the mounting portion 11 to drive the massage member 20, and the limiting portion 12 extends along the length direction of the output shaft 30, so that the connection area between the limiting portion 12 and the housing 10 can be increased, the structural strength of the limiting portion 12 can be improved, and the limiting portion 12 can be prevented from being damaged easily.
In practical application, the limiting portion 12 and the housing 10 are integrally formed, that is, the limiting portion 12 and the housing 10 are integrally injection molded, so that the processing procedure of the limiting portion 12 and the connection mode with the housing 10 can be simplified. Of course, in other embodiments, the limiting portion 12 may be separately formed and then connected to the housing 10.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, fig. 3 is a structural exploded view of another embodiment of the massage machine core 100 of the present utility model; fig. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the massage machine 100 of fig. 3.
The massage machine core 100 further comprises a driver and an eccentric transmission shaft 40, the driver is arranged in the shell 10, the eccentric transmission shaft 40 is movably arranged in the installation part 11, the eccentric transmission shaft 40 comprises a matching part 41 and a transmission part 42, the length direction of the transmission part 42 is arranged at an included angle with the rotation axis of the matching part 41, and an output shaft 30 of the driver is connected with the matching part 41 to drive the matching part 41 to rotate;
the massage device 20 is sleeved on the transmission part 42, and the transmission part 42 is used for applying deflection force to the massage device 20 when the matching part 41 rotates so as to enable the massage device 20 to deflect towards different directions relative to the rotation axis; the limiting portion 12 is used for entering or exiting the notch 21 along with the deflection of the massaging element 20, and is abutted against the groove wall of the notch 21 when entering the notch 21.
The driving member may be a motor or other structure capable of driving the eccentric transmission shaft 40 to rotate. The driver provides rotational power to the eccentric drive shaft 40, i.e. the driver is adapted to drive the eccentric drive shaft 40 in rotation about the axis of rotation of the mating portion 41. Because the transmission part 42 is arranged at an included angle with the rotation axis of the matching part 41, when the matching part 41 rotates around the rotation axis of the transmission part, the inclination direction of the transmission part 42 relative to the rotation axis of the matching part 41 is also changed, and then the massage part 20 matched with the transmission part 42 swings towards different directions under the drive of the transmission part 42, thereby achieving the effect of kneading and massaging and improving the massage comfort level.
Taking the example that the limiting part 12 is convexly arranged at the peripheral edge of the mounting part 11 and the notch 21 is arranged on the massage piece 20. The limiting part 12 is fixed, the notch 21 is arranged on the massaging element 20, and the notch can move along with the massaging element 20, namely, the relative positions of the limiting part 2 and the notch 21 can be changed. The "plurality" means that the number of the stopper 12 and the notch 21 is 3 or more. The number of the limiting parts 12 and the notches 21 are correspondingly set to be a plurality, so that each limiting part 12 can enter the corresponding notch 21 in turn along with the deflection of the massage part 20, thereby ensuring that no matter which position of the massage part 20 is close to the mounting part 11 in the deflection process, at least one limiting part 12 is positioned in the notch 21 to limit the deflection amplitude of the massage part 20.
In practical application, as shown in fig. 3, the number of the limiting portions 12 is 4, the 4 limiting portions 12 are equally spaced in the circumferential direction of the mounting portion 11, and the number and positions of the notches 21 correspond to those of the limiting portions 12. During the deflection of the massage member 20, at least 2 adjacent limiting portions 12 are located in two corresponding adjacent notches 21, so that the position of the massage member 20 subjected to resistance can be increased, thereby further ensuring the deflection stability of the massage member 20.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, the notch of the notch 21 is provided in a flared shape, and the notch width of the notch 21 tapers from the port of the massaging member 20 toward a direction away from the limiting portion 12. The flaring shape can play a guiding role in the process that the limiting part 12 enters the notch 21, so that the limiting part 12 can smoothly enter the notch 21 when the massage part 20 is close to the mounting part 11, and the limiting part 12 and the notch 21 can stably play a limiting function.
Specifically, the part of the limiting part 12 facing the bottom of the notch 21 is arranged in a convex arc shape, and the convex arc shape can play a guiding role in the process that the limiting part 12 enters the notch 21, so that the limiting part 12 can smoothly enter the notch 21 when the massage part 20 is close to the mounting part 11, and the limiting part 12 and the notch 21 can stably play a limiting function. In addition, the convex arc-shaped arrangement can also be used for smoothly transiting the limiting part 12 and the notch 21 when the limiting part 12 is abutted against the notch 21, so that the relative sliding friction force of the limiting part 12 and the notch 21 is reduced, the resistance influence on the deflection of the massage piece 20 can be reduced, and the abrasion caused by mutual friction after the limiting part 12 is abutted against the notch 21 for many times is avoided, so that the stability of the positioning effect of the limiting part 12 and the notch 21 is ensured.
