Background
In gynecological chest examination, a patient needs to change the prone position to match the examination, and generally adopts the prone position and the lateral position. When the patient is in a supine position, the chest of the patient is fully stretched, and can be fully checked, but under the lateral position, one arm of the patient is necessarily positioned below the body, at the moment, the upper arm and the shoulder on one side below the body can squeeze the chest of the patient, so that the chest of the patient cannot be fully stretched, focus positions are not exposed, the breast puncture is affected, the checking is not thorough, and the life and the health of the patient are seriously endangered. In practical examination, a doctor usually enables a patient in a lateral position to rest the arms below the head to avoid the arms from squeezing the chest, but the chest can still be pressed on the bed plate after the arms are raised, so that the problem that the chest is squeezed can not be thoroughly solved, and in addition, the long-time pressing of the arms below the head can cause discomfort of the patient.
In the existing medical bed for the lateral position of a patient, an arm supporting mechanism is arranged on the outer side of a bed body, the height of the arm supporting mechanism is approximately equal to that of the bed body, and when the patient is in the lateral position, the arm below the body can extend forwards out of the bed body and be placed on the arm supporting mechanism, so that the extrusion of the arm to the chest is avoided, but the joint of the upper arm and the shoulder is still positioned between the bed body and the body, and a certain extrusion can be generated on the chest, so that the effect is poor. For solving above-mentioned problem, the medical bed that can let the arm place in the bed body below appears, a neurosurgery that is equipped with lateral position arm placer as disclosed in the chinese patent of application number 201520844851.4 is with operation table, including the bed body and arm placer, arm placer is including the fixed bolster that connects gradually, upper arm bracket and lower arm bracket, the one end of fixed bolster with the bed body is connected, the other end of fixed bolster with the one end of upper arm bracket is connected perpendicularly just the upper arm bracket is vertical form setting in the lower extreme of support, the other end of upper arm bracket is through pivot end vertical connection the lower arm bracket. The arm placing device in the patent is located below the bed body, the upper arm supporting groove and the lower arm supporting groove are mutually perpendicular, a patient can place the lower arm on the arm placing device in a sagging mode when taking a lateral position posture, the upper arm is adapted to the upper arm supporting groove, the lower arm is bent to be adapted to the lower arm supporting groove, the chest is effectively prevented from being extruded by the lower arm, and stretching of the chest is achieved. However, the arm placement device in the patent is located below the edge of the bed body, so that the patient can smoothly place the lower arm on the arm placement device in a sagging manner, the patient must place the arm placement device from the outer side of the edge of the bed body, and the patient himself/herself must lie on the edge of the bed body, so that the patient is very easy to roll down from the bed body, and potential safety hazards are caused. In addition, the shape of the upper arm bracket and the lower arm bracket in the arm placement device, which are mutually perpendicular, cannot be changed in the use process, and the requirements of different patients on comfort cannot be met.

Detailed Description
The following specific examples are intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not intended to be limiting, as modifications of the invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art upon reading the specification without inventive contribution thereto, and are intended to be protected by the patent law within the scope of the appended claims.
In fig. 1, a bed board 1 of an operation table for lateral breast puncture is a long board suitable for a human body, the embodiment defaults to the horizontal setting of the bed board 1, and specifies that one end of the bed board 1 corresponding to a head of the human body is a rear side, one end corresponding to a foot of the human body is a front side, and two sides of the bed board 1 are a left side and a right side. In addition, since the present invention is mainly used for a patient who needs to take a lateral position posture, the arm placement device 2 in the present invention is mainly used for placing the arm under the body in the arms of the lateral position patient, so the arm referred to herein refers specifically to the arm under the body in the arms of the lateral position patient. It is default here that in actual use there is a support member lifting the bed plate 1 in half and there is room under the arm support 2 for the pad 22 to rotate down.
Fig. 1 shows that the operation table for lateral position breast puncture of the invention comprises a bed board 1 and an arm placement device 2, wherein the arm placement device 2 is positioned in the whole frame range of the bed board 1, but is not directly arranged on the left and right side edges of the bed board 1 to enable the operation table to integrally protrude out of the bed board 1, thereby saving the space resources required to be occupied by the whole medical bed, and simultaneously effectively reducing the inconvenience of doctors and patients caused by the arm placement device 2. In order to enable the arm placement device 2 to be within the whole frame range of the bed board 1, in this embodiment, a containing groove 11 for containing the arm placement device 2 is provided on the left side and/or the right side of the bed board 1, and if arm placement in a left side lying position or a right side lying position needs to be satisfied, the containing groove 11 is provided on the left side or the right side of the bed board 1; if the arm placement in the left lying position and the right lying position is required to be satisfied simultaneously, the accommodating grooves 11 are provided on both the left side and the right side of the bed board 1. The accommodating groove 11 is located within the whole frame range of the bed board 1, and the accommodating groove 11 can be reserved at a corresponding position when the bed board 1 is manufactured. Since the pad 22 in the arm rest 2 occupies most of the space in the receiving groove 11, the position of the receiving groove 11 mainly corresponds to the position of the pad 22, and the pad 22 is a member directly supporting the arm of the patient, which should substantially cover a range from the shoulder to the waist of the human body in the front-rear direction, and therefore the receiving groove 11 should also substantially extend from the shoulder to the waist of the human body in the front-rear direction; the width of the pad 1 in the left-right direction is not excessively limited, but in this embodiment, the width is preferably 1-3 times the width of the arm of the human body, and the width of the receiving groove 11 in the left-right direction corresponds to the pad. Of course, since the pad 22 needs to rotate in the up-down direction, although the shape and size of the receiving groove 11 corresponds to the pad 22, the size of the receiving groove 11 needs to be slightly larger than the size of the pad 22, so that a certain gap exists between the pad 22 and the bed board 1, and the pad 22 is prevented from being blocked from rotating downward due to too tight contact between the pad 22 and the bed board. The range covered by the accommodating groove 11 in the front-rear direction extends from the shoulder to the waist of the human body, so that when the cushion plate 22 rotates below the bed plate 1, the arms of the patient in the lateral position are sagged and placed on the cushion plate 22, the parts from the shoulder to the waist of the patient are all positioned above the accommodating groove 11, and the head and the waist of the patient are still supported by the bed plate 1. Compared with the prior art that the patient needs to lie on the side at the edge of the bed board 1 so as to drop the arms from the outer side of the bed board 1 to the arm supporting device 2, in the embodiment, the patient can naturally drop the arms to the cushion board 22 after lying on the side without falling from the outer side of the bed board 1, so that the comfort of the patient in placing the arms is ensured, the patient does not need to lie on the side at the edge of the bed board 1, the hidden trouble that the patient rolls down from the bed board 1 is eliminated, and the safety of the patient during lying on the side is ensured.
The rotating portion 21 of the pad 22 may be mounted at the front end of the accommodating groove 11 in the front-rear direction, or may be mounted at the rear end of the accommodating groove 11, that is, the pad 22 may have two modes of supporting the arm of the patient, one is that the front end of the pad 22 rotates downward around the rear end, and the other is that the rear end of the pad 22 rotates downward around the front end. If the first mode is selected, the whole arm of the patient placed on the pad 22 is attached to the pad 22 in an inclined shape, and the upper arm and the shoulder are close to the rotating part 21, so that the upper arm cannot realize natural sagging, and the chest cannot be stretched well. If the second mode is selected, the pad 22 and the bed board 1 are opened at an angle, and the distance between each part of the pad 22 and the bed board 1 is gradually reduced from the rear end to the front end of the pad 22, the shoulder of the patient approximately corresponds to the rear end of the pad 22, the upper arm of the patient can naturally droop from the position, then the elbow joint is bent to enable the lower arm to be placed on the pad 22, the upper arm is approximately vertical in the naturally drooping state, the body of the patient is approximately horizontal under the support of the bed board 1, so that the upper arm is approximately vertical to the body, the upper arm protruding outwards from the body is prevented from extruding the chest, and the upper arm further pulls the shoulder outwards from the body, so that the extrusion of the shoulder to the chest is effectively reduced, and the chest is fully stretched. Therefore, the second mode described above, in which the rotating portion 21 is mounted on the front end of the accommodating groove 11, is preferable in this embodiment.
In a further improvement, in this embodiment, an extending groove 12 is further provided on the bed board 1 adjacent to the rear portion of the accommodating groove 11, the extending groove 12 is communicated with the accommodating groove 11, an integral L-shape formed by the two communicating parts, and the extending groove 12 approximately corresponds to the position of the shoulder of the patient. In the prior art, the size of the receiving groove 11 in the front-rear direction is large, the shoulder to waist part of the patient cannot be supported, and in practice, the arm placed on the arm support device 2 may be required to apply pressure to the pad 22 to obtain a reaction force to increase the support of the body of the patient, which puts a higher requirement on the strength of the support structure 23, and tends to increase the cost of the support structure 23. In this embodiment, after the extending groove 12 is preferably provided, the lateral position of the patient can be moved from above the accommodating groove 11 to above the extending groove 12 in the left-right direction, so that the patient is further away from the edge of the bed board 1, and the potential hazard that the patient rolls over from the bed board 1 is further reduced. Meanwhile, since the size of the extending groove 12 in the front-rear direction is much smaller than the size of the accommodating groove 11 in the front-rear direction, when the lateral position of the patient moves, the suspended area below the patient's body is changed from the accommodating groove 11 to the extending groove 12, and the suspended area is greatly reduced, in other words, the supporting area of the bed board 1 on the patient's body is greatly increased, so that the patient can feel more comfortable when lying on the side, and the pressure is not required to be applied to the cushion board 22 by the arm to increase the support on the patient's body, thereby reducing the physical effort of the patient and the strength requirement of the supporting structure 23. When the patient lies on his side on the bed plate provided with the extension groove 12, the shoulder is positioned substantially above the extension groove 12, and the upper arm can be extended from the extension groove 12 to the lower part of the bed plate 1, and then the arm is placed on the pad 22 with a slight outward inclination.
Still further, the pad 22 further has a protrusion 221 correspondingly disposed in the protruding groove 12, and the protrusion 221 is in a shape corresponding to the protruding groove 12, and has a size slightly smaller than the protruding groove 12, so that a certain gap exists between itself and the bed plate to prevent the close contact between the two from obstructing the protrusion 221 from leaving the protruding groove 12. The pad 22 with the protruding portion 221 is also L-shaped, in actual use, the pad 22 without the protruding portion 221 can already meet the requirement of arm placement of a patient, but in this embodiment, the rotation of the pad 22 needs to be manually pushed, and the arm supporting device 2 further includes a supporting structure 23 for maintaining the position of the pad 22, when the pad 22 is manually pushed to rotate, the supporting structure 23 needs to overcome to apply work to the pad when the pad 22 is manually pushed to rotate, the pushing force required to be applied is usually larger, and the pad 22 has a simple structure without a suitable stress point thereon, if the pad 22 has the protruding portion with the L-shaped overall, the protruding portion 221 can serve as a handle for manually applying force to the pad 22, so that the manual force application is facilitated, and the physical strength of the force applying person is saved. In addition, when the pad 22 is in the receiving groove 11, the whole medical bed can be used as a normal medical bed for a patient, at this time, the extending groove 12 is hollow up and down, the body part corresponding to the extending groove 12 can not be supported when the patient lies flat, which may cause inconvenience for the normal use of the patient, and also may affect the beauty, and the protruding part 221 can fill the extending groove 12 to remedy the above-mentioned deficiency.
The rotation of the pad 22 relative to the bed board 1 is achieved through the rotation part 21, the rotation part 21 can adopt a common hinging structure, when the pad 22 rotates to a proper position, a supporting mechanism 23 is needed to maintain the position of the pad 22, and the supporting force of the supporting mechanism 23 on the pad 22 can resist the sum of the gravity of the pad 22 and the pressure of the arm of the patient on the pad 22. If the supporting force of the supporting structure 23 on the pad 22 is extremely large, the requirement must be met, but considering that the supporting force may need to be overcome when the pad 22 is manually pushed to rotate, the supporting force needs to be overcome by a single person, so that the supporting force needs to meet two conditions at the same time, and the analysis is specifically performed according to the characteristics of the supporting structure. In this embodiment, the support structure 23 is preferably a first damping shaft 24 installed in the rotating portion 21, when the bed board 1 adopts the scheme with the protruding groove 12, the bed board 1 supports the body of the patient well, the patient only places the arm on the pad 22, and the force is not required to be applied to the pad 22 in normal use, so that the support force required by the pad 22 is small, the resistance generated by the first damping shaft 24 on the rotating portion 21 is enough to enable the pad 22 to be maintained at a certain position and can be overcome easily when a single person applies the force to the pad 22. The first damping shaft 24 is adopted to facilitate the arm placement device 2, so long as the user applies force to the pad 22 to push the rear end to rotate downwards to any desired position, and in actual use, the rear end can rotate within the range of 0-90 degrees downwards. The second embodiment of the supporting structure 23 includes a supporting element 231 with one end rotatably mounted on the inward side of the pad 22 and a plurality of fixing posts 232 arranged along the front-rear direction and disposed on the bed board 1 and facing the side of the pad 22, the other end of the supporting element 231 is provided with a positioning sleeve 233 through which the fixing posts 232 can pass, and the front end of the supporting element 231 and the pad 22 are rotatably mounted while the rear end has the positioning sleeve 233. When the pad 22 is at the initial position, the front end and the rear end of the supporting element 231 are kept horizontal, and the positioning sleeve 233 is matched with the positioning post 232 at the rearmost end, one end of the supporting element 231 pulls the fixing post 232 at the rearmost end, and the other end pulls the hinge joint of the supporting element and the pad 22, so that the level of the pad 22 is maintained; when the pad 22 needs to be rotated downwards, the positioning sleeve 233 is separated from the fixing post 232, and after the pad 22 is rotated to a certain position, the positioning sleeve 233 on the supporting element 231 is matched with the positioning post 232 at a corresponding position, so that the supporting structure is stable, and the pad 22 can be effectively prevented from being rotated downwards only by ensuring enough strength of materials, but the position of the supporting element 231 needs to be manually adjusted in use, which is complicated. In combination with the above two embodiments, a third embodiment of the supporting structure 23 may be designed, that is, in the second embodiment, the matching between the positioning sleeve 233 and the fixing post 232 is changed to the matching between a sliding block and a sliding rail, the sliding rail is disposed at a position where the fixing post 232 is arranged in the original scheme, the sliding block is disposed at a position where the positioning sleeve 233 is arranged in the original scheme, the sliding block is in rotational connection with the supporting element 231, the whole body of the sliding block is disposed on the sliding rail, and the sliding block is in sliding connection with damping. When the pad 22 rotates downward, the end of the support member 231 connected to the pad is driven to move downward, so as to generate a force pulling forward on the other end of the support member 231, the other end of the support member 231 is moved in the sliding rail by the slider to change the position, and the damping between the slider and the sliding rail can maintain the position relationship.
When the patient uses the medical bed normally, the arms of the patient are placed on the cushion plate 22, so that the arms of the patient do not exert force as much as possible, and the patient is supported by the bed plate 1. When the bed board 1 does not have the extending grooves 12, the shoulders to the waist of the patient body are suspended and the head, the neck and the lower part of the waist are supported by the bed board 1; when the bed plate 1 is provided with the extending grooves 12, the shoulders of the patient are suspended and the head, neck and the lower parts of the shoulders are supported by the bed plate 1. In both cases, the head and neck of the patient is subjected to a large supporting force, and in particular in the first case, the head and neck of the patient is subjected to a large pressure, which causes discomfort to the patient, and thus it is necessary to provide good support for the patient so that the patient can maintain a good posture. In this embodiment, a headrest device 3 specially used for supporting the head and the neck of a patient is preferably arranged at the rear side of the bed plate 1, and comprises a pillow 31 and a height adjusting mechanism 32 for adjusting the height of the pillow 31, wherein the pillow 31 can be adjusted to a required height to meet the requirements of patients with different body types in actual use, and in order to keep the head and neck in a good posture to bear pressure and keep the neck in a horizontal state, the pillow 31 can be adjusted to a height capable of supporting the head to the neck level in normal use. In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the height adjusting mechanism 32 preferably comprises two substantially parallel supporting plates 321, one end of each supporting plate 321 is rotatably connected to the rear side of the corresponding cushion plate 22, and the other end of each supporting plate 321 is rotatably connected to the corresponding pillow 31, so that the height of the pillow 31 can be adjusted by rotating the corresponding supporting plate 321; the two support plates 321 are respectively provided with a mounting hole 322 at the corresponding position in the vertical direction, a nut 324 with a pressing plate 323 is placed in one mounting hole 322, the pressing plate 323 is tightly attached to the support plate 321, a bolt 325 matched with the nut 324 is inserted into the other mounting hole 322, the bolt 325 is tightly screwed with the nut 324, the head of the bolt 325 is tightly attached to one support plate 321, the pressing plate 323 of the nut 324 is tightly attached to the other support plate 321, and the two support plates 321 are tightly locked in the vertical direction, so that the positions of the two support plates are fixed.
When the arm supporting devices 2 are disposed on both the left and right sides of the medical bed, the patient can adopt a left-side lying position or a right-side lying position as required, but in this case, the width of the bed board 1 is often larger, and the width of the pillow 31 is required to be adapted to the width of the bed board 1, so that, in order to save cost, the headrest device 3 preferably further includes a moving mechanism 33 for driving the pillow 31 to move in the left-right direction, and only a pillow with a smaller size is required to be correspondingly disposed. When the patient is lying on his left side, the pillow 31 is moved to the left side area; when the patient lies on the right side, the pillow 31 is moved to the right side area, so that the cost of the pillow 31 is effectively saved. In this embodiment, the moving mechanism 33 preferably includes a support 331 and at least two sliding rods 334 fixed below the pillow 31, the two sliding rods 334 are parallel to each other and all extend along the left-right direction, support plates 332 are disposed on the left and right sides of the support 331, a limiting hole 333 through which the sliding rods 334 pass is disposed on the support plates 332, and the pillow 31 is erected on the support plates 332 through the sliding rods 334 and can move along the left-right direction in the limiting hole 333. After adding the moving mechanism 33, the height adjusting mechanism 32 is changed from the original mode of directly and rotatably connecting with the pillow 31 to the mode of indirectly and rotatably connecting with the pillow 31 through the rotary connection with the support 331.
In use, the lateral position of the patient is difficult to maintain for a long time, and usually needs to be maintained by an external force, and the present embodiment shown in fig. 2 is preferably provided with a support rod 25 rotatably mounted on the outer side of the pad 22 through a second damping rotation shaft 26, and the support rod 25 can rotate in the up-down direction.
