when the carriage body is braked by the anti-falling device, personnel can enter a triangular area formed by the side front upright post and the wall body through the safe access door; the movable cross bar of the side front upright post can be opened and closed, a path for personnel to enter a triangular area is provided when the movable cross bar is opened, and an additional force point and back protection for the personnel to climb on the fixed cross bar are provided when the movable cross bar is closed; if a fire disaster happens to the stairs or the doorway, the safe escape ladder stand also provides an escape passage for residents.
The spring weighing and contact sensor at the bottom of the carriage body can detect whether the carriage body is overweight;
when the elevator for the transformation of the multi-storey residential building is not used, the carriage body can press the isolation cover to be submerged into the foundation pit until the top of the carriage body disappears out of the visual field of the first-storey residents. In the process, the elastic water pipe is firstly propped by the drainage groove to generate elastic deformation; as the isolation cover continues to descend, the elastic water pipe is separated from the drainage groove; when the elevator returns to the normal running state, the isolation cover is dragged by the isolation cover counterweight to rise; when the isolation cover rises to the pit opening of the foundation pit, the elastic water pipe is restored to the original state due to the elasticity of the elastic water pipe, namely, the elastic water pipe enters the drainage groove.
