Abstract

Background
The mica tape has good fireproof performance, so that the mica tape is generally applied to the manufacture of a fireproof wrapping layer of a cable. Because the mica tape is made of mica paper as a base material, the mechanical property of the mica tape cannot meet the requirement of manufacturing a cable wrapping layer, so that the single side or double sides of the mica tape are bonded with glass fiber cloth for structure reinforcement, the existing equipment cannot be integrally produced, the production efficiency is low, and the labor cost is higher.

the conveying roller 2 is connected with a fixed frame 3 through a rotating shaft 5, a motor 4 is arranged on the fixed frame 3, and the motor 4 is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft 5; tensioning roller 6 is established on mount 3, and is located the top of transfer roller 2, thereby transfer roller 2 rotates through motor 4 and drives pivot 5 and drive transfer roller 2, and tensioning roller 6 mainly plays and compresses tightly mica paper to tightly laminate mica paper at transfer roller 2, carry the backup pad 7 that dusting device 8 below set up through transfer roller 2.

a heating roller 12 is arranged between the bonding roller 13 and the adjusting mechanism 11; the non-woven fabric roller 14 is arranged above the laminating roller 13, the height of the mica paper is adjusted to be consistent with that of the heating roller 12 through the adjusting mechanism 11, the mica paper is prevented from being torn, the heating roller 12 further plays a role in heating, and the mica paper is conveniently laminated with non-woven fabrics or glass fiber cloth.
The laminated mica tape is wound through a leveling device and a winding wheel 18; the leveling device comprises an air cylinder 15, a receiving roller 16 and a leveling roller 17;
leveling roller 17 is connected to the output of cylinder 15, receiving roll 16 is located leveling roller 17 under, and cylinder 15 passes through the fixed bolster installation, and wherein the output is connected with leveling roller 17, through leveling roller 17 and receiving roll 16 contact, prevents that non-woven fabrics or glass fiber cloth and mica paper laminating are not in place.
In the present embodiment, drying box 9 includes heating lamps 91 and a baffle 92; the guide plates 92 are provided with a plurality of groups, and each guide plate 92 is provided with a plurality of guide holes 93; the guide plate 92 is made of wood, the heat dissipation of the guide plate 92 made of wood is slow, the heat preservation effect is good, and the heating efficiency is improved.
In the present embodiment, the adjusting mechanism 11 includes an adjusting bracket 111 and a bracket 112; a pin shaft 113 is arranged on the support 112, a clamping sleeve 114 is arranged on the adjusting frame 111, and the clamping sleeve 114 is connected with the pin shaft 113 through a pin 115;
the adjusting frame 111 is rotated to a proper height by loosening the pins 115, and then the pins 115 are locked for fixing, so that the adjusting frame 111 is in a quadrilateral shape.
