Abstract

一种轧钢工业上使用的用激光处理轧辊表面的方法,首先将需处理的轧辊安装在工作台面上,在需处理的轧辊表面涂上吸光涂料,其特征在于:将激光发生器发出的激光束通过导光系统传输到需处理的轧辊表面,并将激光束的光斑调整到1-32mm之间,用本方法处理轧辊与用传统工艺生产的轧辊相比,以70Mn2材质的轧辊为例,提高钢材轧制量70-100%,具有极大的推广价值和巨大的社会效益。

一种用激光处理轧辊表面的方法
一种轧钢工业上使用的用激光处理轧辊表面的方法。
以前,轧钢轧辊表面不作处理,传统的提高轧辊寿命的方法,通常是在材质选择上做工作。用传统工艺加工出的轧辊,由于表面不做任何处理,所以使用寿命比较短,出钢数量少。以用传统工艺加工的70Mn2材质的轧辊为例,在初轧机架上每套孔形每毫米损耗仅可轧280—350吨钢,从而影响轧钢的经济性。
本发明的目的,是在设计一种用激光处理轧辊表面的方法。使用本方法处理的轧辊,可通过改变轧辊表面金属结构的方法较大程度地提高轧辊表面的硬度和抗磨损性,从而实现较好的经济性。
本发明的方法如下:首先将需处理的轧辊安装在工作台面上,在需处理的轧辊表面涂上吸光涂料,将激光发生器发出的激光束通过导光系统传输到需处理的轧辊表面,并将激光束的光斑调整到1-32mm之间,将激光束的输出功率调整到500-10000W之间,将需处理的轧辊表面旋转的线速度调整到0.5m-2m/分钟之间,将光斑搭接量调整为0-5mm之间,在上述工艺条件下,光斑依次通过轧辊需处理的表面,即可完成轧辊表面的优化处理。
用本发明处理轧辊表面,与用传统工艺生产的轧辊相比,以70Mn2材质的轧辊为例,在初轧机架上,轧辊每套孔形每毫米损耗可轧500-600吨钢,提高钢材轧制量70-100%,从而大幅度地提高了轧钢的经济指标,具有极大的推广价值和巨大的社会效益。
实施例:
以70Mn2材质的轧辊为例,将轧辊表面涂覆一层氧化钛吸光涂料,激光束的光斑为4×6mm长方形状,激光束的输出功率为1550W,需处理轧辊表面旋转的线速度为1.2m/分,光斑搭接量为1.5mm。在上述条件下即可完成70Mn2材质的轧辊表面优化处理。

  1. 一种轧钢工业上使用的用激光处理轧辊表面的方法,首先将需处理的轧辊安装在工作台面上,在需处理的轧辊表面涂上吸光涂料,其特征在于:将激光发生器发出的激光束通过导光系统传输到需处理的轧辊表面,并将激光束的光斑调整到1-32mm之间,将激光束的输出功率调整到500-10000W之间,将需处理的轧辊表面旋转的线速度调整到0.5-2m/分钟之间,将光斑搭接量调整为0-5mm之间,在上述工艺条件下,光斑依次通过轧辊需处理的表面,即可完成需处理轧辊表面的优化处理。
