When the electric control system receives a cleaning starting signal, the servo motor is controlled to drive the transmission chain to run, after the rocket wallboard enters the automatic cleaning device, the electric control system controls the first nozzle to pressurize through the first pressurizing system and spray a cleaning agent to the rocket wallboard, and controls the grease detector or other detecting instruments to detect the grease content of the rocket wallboard. And after the oil is detected to be qualified, the electric control system controls the second nozzle to be pressurized through the second pressurization system and spray a rinsing agent to the rocket wallboard with qualified oil content, and finally, residual liquid on the surface of the rocket wallboard is blown off through the high-pressure air gun and the drying system respectively, and the rocket wallboard is dried to ensure that no liquid is left. For example, the electrical control system may set a cleaning schedule, and automatically orchestrate and coordinate the rocket panel cleaning process according to the schedule and the cleaning results.
In order to avoid the phenomenon of liquid splashing generated in the rocket wallboard cleaning process, the first nozzle and the second nozzle can be respectively provided with a brush type anti-splashing device, so that the liquid can be effectively prevented from splashing.
Furthermore, in order to improve the cleaning efficiency of the rocket wallboard, the rocket wallboard automatic cleaning device disclosed by the invention can also comprise a heating system, so that the cleaning agent and the rinsing agent are respectively subjected to heating treatment and then are cleaned and rinsed.
In one embodiment, the rocket panel automatic cleaning device of the present invention further comprises: waste liquid collection railway carriage or compartment, multistage filter, liquid detector and memory. Wherein the waste liquid collecting compartment is used for retrieving the cleaner, filters the cleaner of retrieving through multistage filter. For example, the filtered cleaning agent is detected by a liquid detector, the subsequent steps are carried out according to the detection result, if the detection result meets the standard, the qualified cleaning agent is put into a storage device for storage, and the cleaning agent is secondarily used in the subsequent cleaning work, so that the recycling requirement of the cleaning agent is met. And filtering and detecting the waste liquid which is unqualified in detection again, recycling if the waste liquid is qualified in detection, controlling the multistage filter to filter the filtered liquid again if the detection result is unqualified, and controlling the filtrate to enter a storage device for storage until the detection result is qualified.

According to the automatic cleaning method and the automatic cleaning device for the rocket wallboard, provided by the invention, the operations of automatic cleaning, blowing, drying and the like of the rocket wallboard are realized through automatic control, the manual intervention is reduced, and the labor cost is saved. Meanwhile, the invention adopts a mode of synchronously cleaning and detecting the plurality of nozzles, so that the cleaning efficiency of the rocket wallboard is effectively improved, and the invention can simultaneously give consideration to both the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning degree. The invention selects the water-based cleaning agent which is not easy to volatilize, effectively avoids the harm of solvent volatilization to human bodies, and the cleaning agent can be filtered and recycled for multiple times, thereby reducing the pollution of the emission of the cleaning agent to the environment.

Claims (9)

1. A rocket wallboard automatic cleaning method fixes a rocket wallboard to an automatic cleaning device, and is characterized in that the rocket wallboard enters the automatic cleaning device along with a transmission chain to be automatically cleaned under the control of a servo motor, and the method at least comprises the following steps:
spraying a cleaning agent to the first surface of the rocket wallboard to clean oil stains on the rocket wallboard;
blowing off the cleaning agent remained on the first surface of the rocket wallboard by using a high-pressure air gun;
detecting the cleanliness of the first surface of the rocket wallboard, and executing subsequent steps according to the cleanliness detection result;
if the cleanliness is detected to be qualified, spraying a rinsing agent to the first surface of the rocket wallboard, and rinsing the rocket wallboard;
blowing off the residual rinsing agent on the first surface of the rocket wallboard by using a high-pressure air gun;
drying the rocket wallboard through a drying system to ensure that no residual liquid exists on the first surface of the rocket wallboard;
driving a transmission chain through a servo motor to automatically clean the second surface of the rocket wallboard in the automatic cleaning device;
wherein the step of cleaning the second surface of the rocket plate is at least partially the same as the step of cleaning the first surface.
2. A rocket panel automatic cleaning method according to claim 1, wherein said cleanliness of said first surface of the rocket panel is detected, and the following steps are performed according to the cleanliness detection result:
detecting the content of grease on the first surface of the rocket wallboard by using a grease detector, and entering a rinsing link if the content of the grease reaches a required value; and if the required value cannot be reached, the steps of cleaning by using the cleaning agent, blowing by using a high-pressure air gun and detecting the grease are carried out again.
3. The rocket wallboard automatic cleaning method according to claim 2, wherein after cleaning agent cleaning, high pressure air gun blowing and grease detection are carried out again, if the grease detection can not reach the required value, cleaning agent cleaning, high pressure air gun blowing and grease detection are carried out for the third time;
if the third grease detection still cannot reach the required value, stopping the machine and alarming to check whether the machine is in failure.
4. A rocket panel automatic cleaning method according to claim 1, wherein said method of cleaning the rocket panel by spraying a cleaning agent on the first surface of the rocket panel comprises:
heating the high-efficiency water-based cleaning agent to a proper temperature;
the heated cleaning agent is sprayed out of the first surface of the rocket wallboard from the first nozzles arranged at different angles in multiple groups, so that oil stains on the first surface of the rocket wallboard are quickly cleaned.
5. A rocket wallboard automatic cleaning method according to claim 4, wherein the first nozzles are arranged in a matrix type, and move up and down along the direction approximately parallel to the first surface in the process of spraying cleaning agent to the first surface of the rocket wallboard, so that dead corners of the first surface are fully cleaned.
6. A rocket plate automatic cleaning method according to claim 1, wherein said method for blowing off the cleaning agent remained on the first surface of the rocket plate by using a high pressure air gun comprises:
the blowing direction of the high-pressure air gun is controlled from top to bottom so as to avoid splashing of liquid drops.
7. A rocket plate automatic cleaning method according to claim 2, wherein said method of spraying a rinsing agent on the first surface of the rocket plate qualified by the grease content test comprises:
heating the pure water rinsing agent to a proper temperature;
spraying the heated pure water rinsing agent to the first surface of the rocket wallboard from a plurality of groups of second nozzles arranged at different angles, and quickly rinsing the cleaning agent remained on the first surface of the rocket wallboard;
wherein the second nozzles are distributed in a matrix form.
8. A rocket panel automatic cleaning method according to claim 7, wherein said second nozzle and said first nozzle are swung side to side while moving up and down in a direction substantially parallel to the first surface, to further enhance the cleaning effect.
9. A rocket wallboard automatic cleaning device for implementing the rocket wallboard automatic cleaning method of any one of claims 1-8, wherein the rocket wallboard is movable through a clamping tool and a transmission chain.
