Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及燃料喷射器,尤其涉及用于燃料喷射器的极片。本发明还涉及一种将极片插入并固定到喷射器主体的燃料通道中的方法。
背景技术
通常,燃料喷射器的极片被压配合到喷射器主体中的凹部(提供燃料通道)中。改进(例如汽油发动机)燃料喷射器性能的一种发展途径是增加燃料喷射器中的系统压力。这需要喷射器压力容器的高结构阻力以及用于保持通过压配合维持在适当位置的极片的结构完整性。
这种压配合随着内部压力的增加而减小。由于插入力和材料强度极限是有限的,因此压配合的干涉区域不能增加更多。必须限制极片插入喷射器主体中的插入力,并且必须在压力下用具有较弱机械性能但具有较高磁性能的材料确保极片保持。
将极片组装到上壳体的任何焊接工艺都产生喷射器关于内部压力的最弱点。
本发明的目的是提供一种极片保持的设计和方法,其允许施加增加的压力,并且其还克服了上述问题。
发明内容
在一个方面,提供了一种燃料喷射器,所述燃料喷射器包括适于容纳螺线管致动器的极片的喷射器主体,其中,所述喷射器主体的顶部部分包括以圆柱形形成的大致端部开口的凹入部分(a cylindrically formed generally open-ended recessed portion),所述凹入部分容纳大致圆柱形的极片,其中,所述极片包括沿中心轴线定位的孔以提供燃料流动路径,并且所述极片的所述顶部部分包括以圆柱形形成的凹部以形成套筒或唇部部分。

喷射器外壳1包含喷射器主体2。喷射器主体为大致中空的圆柱形壳体的形式,具有大致封闭的上端并包含极片。极片3包括大致圆柱形的主体,并且沿着其纵向中心轴线形成有燃料流动通道,即内部燃料通道。电连接器片4提供电连接和端子。上壳体5装配到所示的装置上。
在极片被压配合之后,在喷射器主体的底部(轮缘)部分和顶部处/周围执行焊接6。
图2示出了根据一个方面的装置,其示出了极片/上壳体/喷射器主体组件。相同的部件具有如图1大体相同的部件。这里,喷射器主体22形成为在顶部处为端部开口。将极片3装配即插入到该开口端中。焊接部分具有附图标记10。

焊接通过上壳体和喷射器主体并且部分地通过极片来执行,从而将三个部件维持在紧密的组件中。焊接部分用附图标记10表示。
套筒的内径(ID)必须尽可能地接近外径(OD)以防止面积的高差异。唇部长度L必须足以允许在组装部件之间的“平滑刚度过渡”。
该装置提供了组件在压力下的应力的减小,同时确保通过焊接保持极片。
优选地,参数的范围可以定义如下:

Claims (5)
1.一种燃料喷射器,所述燃料喷射器包括上壳体和适于容纳螺线管致动器的极片的喷射器主体,其中,所述喷射器主体的顶部部分包括以圆柱形形成的大致端部开口的凹入部分,所述凹入部分容纳大致圆柱形的极片,其中,所述极片包括沿中心轴线定位的孔以提供燃料流动路径,并且所述极片的顶部部分包括以圆柱形形成的凹部以形成套筒部分或唇部部分;其特征在于,所述燃料喷射器包括焊接部,所述焊接部形成在以下三者的接合处:所述上壳体的远端、所述喷射器主体的上端、所述唇部部分或套筒部分的远侧部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃料喷射器,其中,所述唇部部分或套筒部分的远侧部分从所述喷射器主体的顶端突出。
3.根据权利要求1所述的燃料喷射器,其中,所述上壳体的所述远端与所述喷射器主体的所述上端和所述唇部部分或套筒部分的远侧部分接触。
