技术领域
本发明涉及燃料喷射器,尤其涉及用于燃料喷射器的极片。本发明还涉及一种将极片插入并固定到喷射器主体的燃料通道中的方法。
背景技术
通常,燃料喷射器的极片被压配合到喷射器主体中的凹部(提供燃料通道)中。改进(例如汽油发动机)燃料喷射器性能的一种发展途径是增加燃料喷射器中的系统压力。这需要喷射器压力容器的高结构阻力以及用于保持通过压配合维持在适当位置的极片的结构完整性。
这种压配合随着内部压力的增加而减小。由于插入力和材料强度极限是有限的,因此压配合的干涉区域不能增加更多。必须限制极片插入喷射器主体中的插入力,并且必须在压力下用具有较弱机械性能但具有较高磁性能的材料确保极片保持。
将极片组装到上壳体的任何焊接工艺都产生喷射器关于内部压力的最弱点。
本发明的目的是提供一种极片保持的设计和方法,其允许施加增加的压力,并且其还克服了上述问题。
发明内容

喷射器外壳1包含喷射器主体2。喷射器主体为大致中空的圆柱形壳体的形式,具有大致封闭的上端并包含极片。极片3包括大致圆柱形的主体,并且沿着其纵向中心轴线形成有燃料流动通道,即内部燃料通道。电连接器片4提供电连接和端子。上壳体5装配到所示的装置上。
在极片被压配合之后,在喷射器主体的底部(轮缘)部分和顶部处/周围执行焊接6。

套筒的内径(ID)必须尽可能地接近外径(OD)以防止面积的高差异。唇部长度L必须足以允许在组装部件之间的“平滑刚度过渡”。
该装置提供了组件在压力下的应力的减小,同时确保通过焊接保持极片。
