The cigarette is heated to 300 deg.C, so that it can be smoked only by heating and can not burn. However, compared with the traditional cigarette, the cigarette which is not burnt after being heated has the problems of small smoke quantity, insufficient aroma and poor sensory perception.
The existing tobacco base material for heating the non-burning cigarette is reconstituted tobacco prepared by a paper-making method. The production process of the reconstituted tobacco prepared by the paper-making method is stable and mature, but compared with the tobacco base material prepared by the thick pulp method and the rolling method, the reconstituted tobacco has the defects of low content of tobacco aroma substances and low density, and the defects of poor sensory quality, small number of suction openings and poor mouth-by-mouth stability are caused. In addition, the reconstituted tobacco prepared by the paper-making method also has the problems of quick moisture absorption, poor strength and the like, and the processing difficulty is increased.
Therefore, how to provide a tobacco base material which is high in tobacco aroma substance content, high in density and good in processability and can not burn cigarettes by heating becomes a technical problem which needs to be solved in the field.
