(3) And (3) manufacturing the tobacco leaf pulp obtained in the step (1), the modified tobacco stem pulp obtained in the step (2) and the mixed external fiber pulp by a papermaking method manufacturing technology to obtain a substrate, wherein the water content of the substrate is 30%.
(4) And (4) carrying out low-temperature vacuum freeze drying treatment on the substrate in the step (3), wherein the temperature of a freeze dryer is minus 40 ℃ to minus 30 ℃, the vacuum degree is 0-10 pa, and the vacuum is continuously pumped for 10 hours.
(5) Placing the substrates in the step (4) in a laminated manner, and coating uniformly mixed powder consisting of 90g of smoke powder, 7g of chondroitin sulfate adhesive and 4g of silicon carbide inert heat conduction material in an interlayer by using a vibrating screen, wherein the coating weight is 8g/m2。
(6) And (3) spraying an atomizing agent on the substrate lamination in the step (5), wherein the atomizing agent consists of a mixture of 90g of glycerol, 40g of propylene glycol, 15g of ethanol, 12g of tobacco extract and 8g of essence and flavor.
(7) And (4) carrying out vacuum balance treatment on the substrate in the step (6) after rolling, wherein the vacuum degree is 10-20 pa, and the balance time is 3 hours. After balancing treatment, shredding to obtain the special slice for heating cigarettes by the paper making method.
Example 3
The embodiment 3 of the invention provides a preparation method of a special sheet for heating cigarettes by a papermaking method, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 1000g of raw material tobacco leaves, extracting with hot water of 60 ℃ for 60min, independently pulping the tobacco leaves to obtain tobacco leaf pulp, wherein the pulping degree is 55 DEG SR.
(2) Weighing 800g of raw material tobacco stems and 400g of raw material mixed external fibers (including 220g of softwood external fibers, 140g of hardwood external fibers and 40g of flax fibers), extracting for 90min by using hot water at 60 ℃, pulping the raw material tobacco stems and the raw material mixed external fibers to obtain raw material tobacco stem pulp and raw material mixed external fiber pulp, wherein the pulping degree is 55 DEG SR, and filtering water by using double-layer gauze after pulping is finished. Adding the filter cake into 10% potassium hydroxide solution, performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment for 10min, stirring at low speed for 20min, maintaining the temperature at 30 deg.C, and removing potassium hydroxide solution with squeezer. Putting the materials into 0.1mol/L monochloroacetic acid solution, heating, stirring and refluxing for 55min, wherein the heating temperature is 90 ℃. And after the fiber slurry is treated, repeatedly cleaning the fiber slurry by using clear water until the pH value is neutral, and finishing the modification treatment after the tobacco stems and the added mixed fibers are pulped.
(3) And (3) manufacturing the tobacco leaf pulp obtained in the step (1), the modified tobacco stem pulp obtained in the step (2) and the mixed external fiber pulp by a papermaking method manufacturing technology to obtain a substrate, wherein the water content of the substrate is 25%.
(4) And (4) carrying out low-temperature vacuum freeze drying treatment on the substrate in the step (3), wherein the temperature of a freeze dryer is minus 40 ℃ to minus 30 ℃, the vacuum is continuously pumped for 16 hours, and the vacuum degree is 0-10 pa.
(5) Placing the substrates in the step (4) in a laminated manner, and coating uniformly mixed powder consisting of 100g of smoke powder, 6g of CMC adhesive and 4g of graphene inert heat conduction material in an interlayer by using a vibrating screen, wherein the coating weight is 10g/m2。
(6) And (3) spraying an atomizing agent on the substrate lamination in the step (5), wherein the atomizing agent is composed of a mixture of 100g of glycerol, 50g of propylene glycol, 20g of ethanol, 15g of tobacco extract and 10g of essence and flavor.
(7) And (4) carrying out vacuum balance treatment on the substrate in the step (6) after rolling, wherein the vacuum degree is 10-20 pa, and the balance time is 2 hours. After balancing treatment, shredding to obtain the special slice for heating cigarettes by the paper making method.
Example 4
The embodiment 4 of the invention provides a preparation method of a special sheet for heating cigarettes by a papermaking method, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 1000g of raw material tobacco leaves, 800g of raw material tobacco stems and 400g of raw material mixed external fibers (including 220g of needle wood external fibers, 140g of broadleaf wood external fibers and 40g of flax fibers), extracting for 80min by using hot water at 70 ℃, pulping the raw material tobacco leaves, the raw material tobacco stems and the raw material mixed external fibers to obtain raw material tobacco leaf pulp, raw material tobacco stem pulp and raw material mixed external fiber pulp, wherein the pulping degree is 60 DEG SR, and filtering water by using double-layer gauze after pulping is finished. Adding the filter cake into 10% potassium hydroxide solution, performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment for 20min, stirring at low speed for 30min, maintaining the temperature at 30 deg.C, and removing the potassium hydroxide solution with squeezer. Putting the materials into 0.05mol/L monochloroacetic acid solution, heating, stirring and refluxing for 60min, wherein the heating temperature is 95 ℃. And after the fiber pulp is treated, repeatedly cleaning the pulp by using clear water until the pH value is neutral, and finishing the modification treatment after pulping the tobacco leaves, the tobacco stems and the added mixed fibers.
(2) And (2) manufacturing the modified tobacco leaf pulp, tobacco stem pulp and mixed external fiber pulp in the step (1) into a substrate by a papermaking method manufacturing technology, wherein the water content of the substrate is 35%.
(3) And (3) carrying out low-temperature vacuum freeze drying treatment on the substrate in the step (2), wherein the temperature of a freeze dryer is minus 40 ℃ to minus 30 ℃, the vacuum degree is 0-10 pa, and the vacuum is continuously pumped for 10 hours.
(4) Placing the substrates in the step (3) in a laminated manner, and coating uniformly mixed powder consisting of 100g of tobacco powder, 6g of sodium alginate adhesive and 4g of silica inert heat conduction material in an interlayer by using a vibrating screen, wherein the coating weight is 10g/m2。
(5) And (4) spraying an atomizing agent on the substrate lamination in the step (4), wherein the atomizing agent is composed of a mixture of 100g of glycerol, 40g of propylene glycol, 15g of ethanol, 12g of tobacco extract and 8g of essence and flavor.
(6) And (4) carrying out vacuum balance treatment on the substrate in the step (5) after rolling, wherein the vacuum degree is 10-20 pa, and the balance time is 3 hours. After balancing treatment, shredding to obtain the special slice for heating cigarettes by the paper making method.
Comparative example 1
Compared with the example 1, the special sheet for heating cigarettes by the paper-making method is prepared by the steps of mixing the raw material tobacco stems with the raw material external fibers without modification treatment and the rest steps are the same as the example 1.
Comparative example 2
Comparative example 2 compared with example 1, the substrate was dried in a forced air drying oven at 80 ℃ for 6 hours without low-temperature freeze-drying treatment, and the rest of the steps were the same as example 1, thereby obtaining a sheet dedicated to papermaking-process heated cigarettes.
Comparative example 3
In comparative example 3, compared with example 1, the mixed powder coated by the vibrating screen in the laminated substrate is not added with inert heat conduction materials, and the rest steps are the same as those in example 1, so that the special sheet for heating cigarettes by the paper-making method is prepared.
The appearance uniformity, tensile strength, thermal conductivity and atomization effect of the paper-making process heating cigarette special sheets prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 3 are shown in table 1, and the sensory evaluation is shown in table 2.
As shown in tables 1 and 2, in examples 1 to 4, the amount of the tobacco powder sprayed on the interlayer and the content of the atomizing agent are increased, so that the atomizing effect and the sensory evaluation of the special sheet are both positively improved, but the appearance uniformity, the tensile strength and the heat conductivity of the special sheet for heating cigarettes by a paper making method are not greatly different due to the change of the raw material formula, the change of the modification process and the change of the heat conductive material. The comparison between the comparative example 1 and the example 1 shows that the special thin sheet has poor appearance uniformity and obviously reduced tensile strength because the raw material tobacco stems and the raw material mixed external fibers are not subjected to modification treatment. Comparative example 2 in comparison with example 1 shows that the substrate is not subjected to the low-temperature freeze-drying process, and a space structure filled with voids cannot be formed inside the substrate. The filling of the mixed powder such as tobacco powder and the adsorption effect of the atomizing agent are deteriorated, and the negative effect of the sensory evaluation is large. Comparison of comparative example 3 with example 1 shows that the addition of an inert heat conducting material to the mixed powder results in a significantly lower thermal conductivity of the specialized flakes and a lower atomization effect and smoke emission and strength.
The protective scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and it is apparent that various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention. It is intended that the present invention cover the modifications and variations of this invention provided they come within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (10)
1. A preparation method of a special sheet for heating cigarettes by a paper making method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
preparing a substrate from a mixed slurry containing tobacco leaf slurry, tobacco stem slurry and mixed external fiber slurry by a papermaking method papermaking technology, wherein the tobacco stem slurry and the mixed external fiber slurry are modified slurries; the modification treatment process comprises the following steps: sequentially placing raw material tobacco stalk pulp and raw material mixed outer fiber pulp into a sodium hydroxide solution and a monochloroacetic acid solution for treatment, and then washing the mixture to be neutral by using ethanol and clear water; the concentration of the sodium hydroxide solution is 5-8%;
carrying out vacuum freeze drying treatment on the substrate to obtain a freeze-dried substrate;
placing the freeze-dried substrates in a laminated manner, coating mixed powder and an atomizing agent in an interlayer by a vibrating screen to obtain a coated substrate, wherein the mixed powder and the atomizing agent are coated separately, and the mixed powder contains smoke powder, an adhesive and an inert heat conduction material;
and rolling the coated substrate, carrying out vacuum balance treatment and shredding to obtain the special sheet for heating cigarettes by the papermaking method.
2. The method for preparing the special sheet for the cigarette heated by the papermaking method according to claim 1, wherein the tobacco leaf pulp is pulp subjected to the modification treatment, and the modification treatment process comprises the following steps: the raw material tobacco pulp is sequentially placed in a sodium hydroxide solution and a monochloroacetic acid solution for treatment, and then washed to be neutral by ethanol and clear water.
3. The preparation method of the special sheet for heating cigarettes by the papermaking method according to claim 1, wherein the modification treatment process comprises the following steps: soaking raw material tobacco stems and raw material mixed external fibers in water at 50-70 ℃ for 60-90 min, pulping, wherein the pulping degree is 40-60 DEG SR, and filtering to obtain raw material tobacco stem pulp and raw material mixed external fiber pulp; adding the raw material tobacco stalk pulp and the raw material mixed outer fiber pulp into a 5-8% sodium hydroxide solution, performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment for 10-20 min, then stirring at 15-30 ℃ for 20-30 min, and removing the sodium hydroxide solution by using a squeezer; then adding the materials into 0.05-0.1 mol/L monochloroacetic acid solution, and carrying out stirring reflux treatment at 85-95 ℃ for 50-60 min; then repeatedly washing with ethanol and clear water until the pH value is neutral.
4. The preparation method of the special sheet for heating cigarettes by the paper making method according to claim 1, wherein the inert heat conduction material is at least one of silicon dioxide, silicon carbide, silicon nitride and graphene.
5. The method for preparing the special sheet for heating cigarettes by the paper making method according to claim 1, wherein the atomizing agent is a mixture of glycerol, propylene glycol, ethanol, a tobacco extract and flavors and fragrances.
6. The preparation method of the special sheet for heating cigarettes by the paper making method according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the tobacco powder, the adhesive and the inert heat conduction material in the mixed powder is (80-100): (5-8): (3-5).
7. The method for preparing the special slice for heating cigarettes by the papermaking method according to claim 1, wherein the mixed external fiber pulp is a mixture of softwood fiber pulp, hardwood fiber pulp and flax fiber pulp.
8. The preparation method of the sheet special for the papermaking-method heated cigarette, according to claim 1, is characterized in that the temperature of the vacuum freeze drying treatment is-40 ℃ to-30 ℃, the vacuum degree is 0 to 10pa, and the vacuumizing time is 12 to 16 hours.
9. The preparation method of the special sheet for the paper-making process heating cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the vacuum degree of the vacuum balance treatment is 10-20 pa, and the balance time is 2-3 h.
10. The preparation method of the special slice for heating cigarettes by the paper making method according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the adhesive is at least one of CMC, sodium alginate, gelatin and chondroitin sulfate.
