Preferably, an arc-shaped guide chute 1a opposite to the blanking hole 2a is arranged on the frame 1 of the bagging station. The lower extreme of first pull rod 4c is located the downside of second pull rod 4g lower extreme, and during the bag of propping, two first pull rods 4c are located wrapping bag opening respectively along width direction's both ends, and two second pull rods 4g are located wrapping bag opening respectively along width direction's middle part both sides.
When the pomelo enters the packaging bag from the discharge end of the pomelo conveying device 7 through the blanking hole 2a at the bagging station, the pomelo drives the packaging bag to fall into the arc-shaped guide chute 1a, and meanwhile, the opening part of the packaging bag keeps continuous contact with the first pull rod 4c and is separated from the second pull rod 4 g; when the turntable 2 rotates, the first pull rod 4c drives the packaging bag filled with pomelos to enter a welding port station along the arc-shaped guide sliding groove 1 a.
Preferably, the grapefruit conveying device 7 comprises a second conveying support 7a, a conveying belt 7b is arranged on the second conveying support 7a, and a second servo motor 7c linked with the conveying belt 7b is arranged on the second conveying support 7 a; and guide side plates 7d with adjustable width are arranged on the second conveying supports on the two sides of the upper end surface of the conveying belt along the conveying direction. The two guide side plates are connected with a connecting column welded on the second conveying bracket through two horizontal adjusting rods on the outer side surface. The leveling rod penetrates through the adjusting hole in the upper end portion of the connecting column, a locking screw is arranged on the connecting column corresponding to the adjusting hole, and after the position of the guide side plate is adjusted, the leveling rod is fixed through the locking screw.

The thermal welding knife is composed of a heating tube, a welding blade and the like, is a conventional structure in the field, is contacted with the plastic packaging bag by heating the welding blade and utilizing the welding blade, and is used for carrying out hot melting sealing on the plastic packaging bag at high temperature. When a packaging bag containing pomelos is dragged to a horizontal tray from an arc-shaped guide sliding groove under the matching of a rotary disc and a first pull rod, a first lifting double-rod cylinder descends by a preset height to enable the opening part of the packaging bag to be located at a heat seal welding knife, then a welding opening cylinder extends out, the heat seal welding knife is matched with a welding knife seat to extrude the packaging bag for a preset time, and the welding opening cylinder drives the heat seal welding knife to be separated from the welding knife seat to finish welding openings.
Preferably, the packaging bag horizontal conveying device 6 comprises a first conveying bracket 6a, two ends of the upper end of the first conveying bracket 6a along the length direction are respectively provided with a roller 6b, wherein the roller 6b at one end is connected with a first servo motor 6c through a belt pulley and a belt;
a plurality of annular positioning grooves which correspond one to one are distributed on the two rollers 6b at intervals along the length direction, and conveying rubber bands 6d are wound in the corresponding annular positioning grooves.
A bag storage frame 6e which is used for stacking and storing the packaging bags and has a hollow structure at the bottom is arranged on the first conveying support 6a above the conveying rubber band 6d, a lifting type negative pressure bag suction mechanism 10 corresponding to the bag storage frame 6e is arranged on the first conveying support 6a below the conveying rubber band 6d, and the packaging bag positioned at the bottom of the bag storage frame 6e is sucked and pulled to the conveying rubber band 6d through the lifting type negative pressure bag suction mechanism 10 to be output.
The conveying rubber band arranged at intervals is adopted, so that the packing bag can be prevented from shifting by using the adhesive force of the rubber band, and the formed gap can facilitate the lifting type negative pressure bag sucking mechanism below to lift and suck the packing bag.
Further preferably, the bag storage frame 6e comprises four upright posts 6f, and the four upright posts 6f are arranged on the first conveying supports 6a on two sides of the conveying rubber band 6d in a pairwise opposite manner; the adjusting rods 6g are respectively arranged on the upper proximal end portions of the two upright columns 6f on the same side of the conveying rubber band 6d in a penetrating mode, and the adjusting rods are locked and fixed through locking screws at the upper ends of the upright columns. An L-shaped bearing plate 6h is connected between the two adjusting rods 6g at the same side, and the bearing plates 6h at the two sides of the conveying rubber band 6d are arranged oppositely. The adjusting rod can adjust the distance between the two supporting plates so as to adapt to packaging bags with different specifications.
One end of each of the two opposite support plates 6h along the length direction is integrally formed with a horizontal connecting plate 6i, a movable support plate 6j is erected between the two horizontal connecting plates 6i, and the horizontal connecting plates 6i and the movable support plate 6j are provided with matched connecting long holes respectively; the horizontal connecting plate 6i and the two supporting plates 6h are matched to support the packaging bag. Through the cooperation of the horizontal connecting plate and the movable carrier plate, the position of the movable carrier plate can be adjusted according to packaging bags of different specifications, three-side supporting of the packaging bags is guaranteed, the packaging bags are prevented from falling, contact friction between the packaging bags and the bag storage frame is reduced, and the packaging bags are conveniently pulled down by the lifting type negative pressure bag suction mechanism.
Further preferably, the lifting type negative pressure bag sucking mechanism 10 comprises a second lifting double-rod cylinder 10a vertically fixed on the first conveying support 6a, and a second mounting frame 10b is connected to the free end of a piston rod of the second lifting double-rod cylinder 10 a.
The second mounting rack 10b is composed of a horizontal supporting part 10c connected with the free end of the piston rod of the second lifting double-rod cylinder 10a, vertical supporting parts 10d arranged along the conveying direction of the conveying rubber band 6d and arranged at two opposite ends of the horizontal supporting part 10c, and mounting plates 10e arranged at the upper ends of the vertical supporting parts 10d along the horizontal direction; each mounting plate 10e is opposite to the gap between two adjacent conveying rubber bands 6 d; a plurality of second negative pressure suction cups 10f opposite to the packaging bags on the bag storage frame 6e are arranged on each mounting plate 10e at intervals along the length direction, and each second negative pressure suction cup 10f is connected with an external compressed air source pipeline.
The second mounting bracket is selected for use according to the size and specification of wrapping bag, can accurately pass when guaranteeing to rise and carry the rubber band clearance and adsorb the wrapping bag and drop-down, does not influence the transport of wrapping bag after the decline.
The packaging bag bending mechanism 11 is arranged on the first conveying support 6a at the output end of the conveying rubber band 6d, and the front part of the packaging bag horizontally conveyed by the conveying rubber band 6d is bent upwards through the packaging bag bending mechanism 11 and enters the feeding end of the vertical conveying bag opening mechanism 5.
Preferably, wrapping bag turn round mechanism 11 is including setting up the turn support 11a at first conveying support 6a output side, is connected with horizontal rotating shaft 11b through the bearing rotation on the turn support 11a of carrying 6d output upside of rubber band, is provided with the swivel mount 11c with the inner fixed connection of horizontal rotating shaft 11b above carrying 6d output, is provided with the third negative-pressure suction cup 11d with wrapping bag matched with on swivel mount 11 c.
A rotating rod 11e is fixedly connected to the outer end of the horizontal rotating shaft 11b, a bending driving cylinder 11f is hinged between the rotating rod 11e and the bending support 11a, and each third negative pressure suction cup 11d and the bending driving cylinder 11f are respectively connected with an external compressed air source pipeline.
The front end of the packaging bag which is horizontally conveyed is changed into a vertical state by 90 degrees through the packaging bag bending mechanism, so that the vertical conveying bag opening mechanism can conveniently adsorb and vertically convey the packaging bag.
The turning mode of the bag turning mechanism is not limited to the above-described mode of engaging the air cylinder with the rotary frame. And the air cylinder can be used for jacking from the bottom of the packaging bag. Similar equivalents will occur to those skilled in the art upon a review of the disclosure.
During operation, the second lifting double-rod cylinder drives the second mounting rack to move upwards to pass through a gap between conveying rubber bands, so that the second negative pressure sucker is in contact with and adsorbs a bottommost packaging bag of the bag storage frame, then the second lifting double-rod cylinder is controlled to move downwards, the packaging bag is pulled downwards to be separated from the bag storage frame and falls onto the conveying rubber bands, and the conveying rubber bands drive the packaging bag to convey forwards. After the front end is located at a preset position, the rotating frame drives the third negative sucker to rotate and adsorb the front end of the packaging bag, the rotating frame is driven by the bending driving cylinder to rotate and reset to a vertical state, the front end of the packaging bag is in the vertical state and just located at the feeding end of the vertical conveying bag opening mechanism, and the vertical conveying bag opening mechanism is convenient to convey the packaging bag vertically upwards and perform bag opening operation.
Correspondingly, the vertical conveying bag-opening mechanism 5 preferably comprises a rodless cylinder 5a vertically arranged on the frame 1, two second horizontal double-rod cylinders 5b are arranged on the slide block of the rodless cylinder 5a in a stacking mode along the horizontal direction, piston rods of the two second horizontal double-rod cylinders 5b face to the opposite direction, the free end of the piston rod of each second horizontal double-rod cylinder 5b is fixedly connected with a first mounting rack 5c which is vertically arranged and is in an inverted L shape, the two first mounting racks 5c are oppositely arranged, the opposite end surfaces of the two first mounting frames 5c are respectively provided with a first negative pressure sucker 5d, the first negative pressure suckers 5d positioned on the two first mounting frames 5c are matched with each other to clamp and convey the packaging bag, after the packaging bag reaches a preset position, the two second horizontal double-rod cylinders 5b respectively extend out, and the corresponding first negative pressure suckers 5d drive the bag bodies on the two sides of the packaging bag to be separated so that the bag opening of the packaging bag is in an open state.
The control terminal of the embodiment is controlled by a PLC or a singlechip or other conventional control systems in the field. The control mode is not the technical point to be protected by the invention. And will not be described in detail herein. Connection control of cylinders, motors, etc. is also a conventional technical means in the field. And will not be described in detail.
When the bag opening device works, firstly, the heights, the intervals and the like of the parts such as the bag storage frame, the bag opening mechanism, the vertical conveying bag opening mechanism and the like are adjusted according to the size specification of the selected packaging bag.
The bag is then placed on the bag storage frame and the apparatus is started. The air supply lifting cylinder drives the air supply joint to descend to be in contact with the air guide sleeve seat at the output station for air supply, each bag opening cylinder of the bag opening mechanism at the output station extends out, and the bag opening mechanism is in a folded state and is ready for bag opening; then the turntable is placed, the lifting type air supply mechanism rotates along with the turntable, and the bag opening mechanism which is positioned at the output station and is in a folded state rotates to a bag opening station; at the moment, the packaging bags are sequentially conveyed by the packaging bag horizontal conveying device and the vertical conveying bag opening mechanism, and the bag openings of the packaging bags are sleeved on the bag opening mechanism in the folded state.
After the vertical conveying bag opening mechanism is in place, the control terminal controls the air supply lifting cylinder to ascend, each air cylinder of the bag opening mechanism resets under the action of the corresponding reset spring, and the first pull rod and the second pull rod are matched to open the bag opening of the packaging bag.
Air feed lift cylinder rises the back, resets under the third reset spring effect, and the carousel rotates 90 degrees again simultaneously, and the wrapping bag that has strutted the sack gets into the cover bag station, and the flexible cylinder of the level on the shaddock conveyor contracts, and the shaddock on the baffle falls into the wrapping bag through the blanking hole.
The rotary table continues to rotate, and the packaging bag is conveyed to the welding opening at the welding opening station and then is output from the output station through the rotation of the rotary table. During output, the lifting type air supply mechanism descends, compressed air is supplied to the pneumatic bag opening mechanism of the output station to enable the air cylinder to extend out, the first pull rod and the second pull rod are in a mutually folded state, and the packaging bag falls off. The lifting type air supply mechanism is kept still, the turntable drives the lifting type air supply mechanism to rotate together, and therefore the packaging bags can be conveniently sleeved, and after the bagging is completed. The lifting type air supply mechanism rises, and the pneumatic bag opening mechanism is in an automatic bag opening state under the action of the corresponding return spring. Namely, the process of automatically bagging and packaging pomelo fruits by a packaging bag is completed. Meanwhile, the lifting air supply mechanism is reset to be opposite to the air guide sleeve seat of the output station under the action of a third reset spring to prepare for air supply. And continuously operating four stations on the rotary table, and repeating the steps to complete the automatic bagging welded junction packaging of the pomelos.

1. An automatic bag opening, bagging, sealing and packaging device for pomelos comprises a rack (1) and is characterized in that a turntable (2) is arranged at the upper part of the rack (1), and the turntable (2) is connected with a rotary driving mechanism (3);
a bag opening station, a bag sleeving station, a weld crater station and an output station are sequentially and uniformly distributed on the frame (1) below the turntable (2) at intervals along the rotating direction of the turntable (2);
four blanking holes (2a) corresponding to each station are uniformly distributed on the rotary table (2) along the circumferential direction, and a bag opening mechanism (4) is arranged at each blanking hole (2 a);
a vertical conveying bag opening mechanism (5) is arranged on the frame (1) at the bag opening station, and a horizontal conveying device (6) for the packaging bags is arranged at the side edge of the vertical conveying bag opening mechanism (5) and matched with the vertical conveying bag opening mechanism;
a grapefruit conveying device (7) is arranged on the side edge of the bagging station, and the discharge end of the grapefruit conveying device (7) is opposite to the blanking hole (2a) at the bagging station; a crater mechanism (8) is arranged on the frame (1) at the crater station;
the packaging bags are conveyed to a bag opening station by the cooperation of a packaging bag horizontal conveying device (6) and a vertical conveying bag opening mechanism (5) and are opened by a bag opening mechanism, and then are sequentially sleeved with pomelos through a bag sleeving station under the driving of a turntable (2), and are output at an output station after being sealed by a welding port mechanism (8);
the bag opening mechanism (4) comprises a first bag opening component and a second bag opening component which are distributed along the circumferential direction of the blanking hole (2a) and are matched with each other;
the first bag supporting assembly consists of a first horizontal bag supporting cylinder (4a), a first connecting seat (4b) arranged at the free end of a piston rod of the first horizontal bag supporting cylinder (4a), a first pull rod (4c) vertically arranged on the first connecting seat (4b) and a first reset spring (4d) connected between the first connecting seat (4b) and the rotary table (2);
the second bag supporting assembly consists of a second horizontal bag supporting cylinder (4e), a second connecting seat (4f) arranged at the free end of a piston rod of the second horizontal bag supporting cylinder (4e), a second pull rod (4g) vertically arranged on the second connecting seat (4f) and a second reset spring (4h) connected between the second connecting seat (4f) and the rotary table (2);
air guide sleeve seats (2b) are correspondingly arranged on the turntables (2) at the side edges of the blanking holes (2a) one by one, and the air guide sleeve seats (2b) are communicated and connected with first horizontal bag supporting cylinders (4a) and second horizontal bag supporting cylinders (4e) on the bag supporting mechanisms (4) at the corresponding blanking holes (2a) through air supply pipes; a lifting type air supply mechanism (9) is arranged on the frame (1) above the air guide sleeve seat (2 b);
in the initial state, the bag opening mechanism (4) is in a bag opening state, and the first horizontal bag opening cylinder (4a) and the second horizontal bag opening cylinder (4e) are in a contraction state;
when the blanking hole (2a) rotates to an output station, the lifting type air supply mechanism (9) descends to supply compressed air into the air guide sleeve seat (2b), the first horizontal bag opening cylinder (4a) and the second horizontal bag opening cylinder (4e) respectively extend out, and the first pull rod (4c) and the second pull rod (4g) are close to each other and are folded; when the blanking hole (2a) rotates to a bag opening station and the vertical conveying bag opening mechanism (5) sends the packaging bag to the bag opening station, the lifting type air supply mechanism (9) rises, and the bag opening mechanism (4) is in a bag opening state under the action of the first return spring (4d) and the second return spring (4 h);
an arc-shaped guide chute (1a) opposite to the blanking hole (2a) is arranged on the frame (1) of the bagging station;
the lower ends of the first pull rods (4c) are positioned at the lower sides of the lower ends of the second pull rods (4g), when the bag is propped, the two first pull rods (4c) are respectively positioned at the two ends of the opening part of the packaging bag along the width direction, and the two second pull rods (4g) are respectively positioned at the two sides of the middle part of the opening part of the packaging bag along the width direction;
when pomelo fruits enter the packaging bag from the discharge end of the pomelo conveying device (7) through the blanking hole (2a) at the bagging station, the pomelo fruits drive the packaging bag to fall into the arc-shaped guide sliding groove (1a), and meanwhile, the opening part of the packaging bag keeps continuous contact with the first pull rod (4c) and is separated from the second pull rod (4 g); when the turntable (2) rotates, the first pull rod (4c) drives the packaging bag filled with pomelos to enter a welding port station along the arc-shaped guide sliding groove (1 a).

The automatic bagging, sealing and packaging device for the pomelos as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotary driving mechanism (3) comprises a cantilever (3a) horizontally arranged at the top of the rack (1), a mounting seat (3b) is arranged at the free end of the cantilever (3a), an upper shaft sleeve (3c) is arranged on the mounting seat (3b), the upper shaft sleeve (3c) is rotatably connected with a vertically arranged rotating shaft (3d) through an upper bearing, and the rotary disc (2) is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft (3 d); a fixed frame (3e) is arranged at the bottom of the rack (1), a lower shaft sleeve (3f) matched with the rotating shaft (3d) is arranged on the fixed frame (3e), and the lower shaft sleeve (3f) is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft (3d) through a lower bearing; a speed reducing motor (3g) which is fixedly connected and linked with the lower end of the rotating shaft (3d) is arranged on the fixed frame (3 e).

The automatic bagging, sealing and packaging equipment for the pomelos according to claim 1, wherein the lifting type air supply mechanism (9) comprises an air supply support (9a), and the air supply support (9a) is movably connected with a rotating shaft of the rotating disc (2) through a bearing; an air supply lifting cylinder (9b) is arranged on the air supply support (9a) along the vertical direction, the free end of a piston rod of the air supply lifting cylinder (9b) is connected with an air supply joint (9c) matched with the air guide sleeve seat (2b), and the air supply joint (9c) is connected with an external compressed air source pipeline;
a third return spring (9d) is connected between the air supply bracket (9a) and the rotating shaft mounting seat of the turntable (2); a matched limiting column is arranged on a rotating shaft mounting seat of the turntable (2) at the side of the air supply bracket (9 a);
when the air supply support (9a) is in contact with the limiting column, the third reset spring (9d) is in a micro-tensioning state, the air supply connector (9c) is opposite to and in contact with the air guide sleeve seat (2b) on the side edge of the output station, when the blanking hole (2a) in the output station rotates to the bag opening station, the air supply connector (9c) is separated from the air guide sleeve seat (2b), and the third reset spring (9d) drives the air supply support (9a) to reset.

The automatic bag opening, bagging, sealing and packaging equipment for the pomelos according to claim 1, wherein the welding port mechanism (8) comprises a first lifting double-rod air cylinder (8a) which is vertically arranged on the rack (1), a horizontal tray (8b) is connected to the free end of a piston rod of the first lifting double-rod air cylinder (8a), a welding port air cylinder (8c) is arranged on the rack (1) above the horizontal tray (8b) in the horizontal direction, a heat seal welding knife (8d) is connected to the free end of the piston rod of the welding port air cylinder (8c), and a welding knife seat (8e) matched with the heat seal welding knife (8d) is arranged on the rack (1); in an initial state, the horizontal tray (8b) is level with the arc-shaped guide chute (1 a);
when carousel (2) drive the rotatory weld seam station that gets into of wrapping bag that is equipped with the shaddock, the wrapping bag is located horizontal tray (8b) and heat seal welding sword (8d) are located between two first pull rods (4c), and first lift double-pole cylinder (8a) drive the wrapping bag decline preset height that is equipped with the shaddock, and wrapping bag opening proximal end portion reachs heat seal welding sword (8d) position, and weld seam cylinder (8c) stretch out, and heat seal welding sword (8d) and weld blade holder (8e) cooperation completion weld seam.

The automatic bag opening, bagging, sealing and packaging equipment for the pomelos as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vertical conveying and bag opening mechanism (5) comprises a rodless cylinder (5a) vertically arranged on the rack (1), two second horizontal double-rod cylinders (5b) are arranged on a slide block of the rodless cylinder (5a) in a stacking mode along the horizontal direction, piston rods of the two second horizontal double-rod cylinders (5b) face opposite directions, a first mounting frame (5c) which is vertically arranged and is in an inverted L shape is fixedly connected with a free end of a piston rod of each second horizontal double-rod cylinder (5b), the two first mounting frames (5c) are oppositely arranged, first negative pressure suckers (5d) are respectively arranged on opposite end faces of the two first mounting frames (5c), and the first negative pressure suckers (5d) on the two first mounting frames (5c) are matched with each other to clamp conveying and packaging bags, after the packaging bag reaches a preset position, the two second horizontal double-rod cylinders (5b) respectively extend out, and the corresponding first negative pressure suction cups (5d) drive the bag bodies on the two sides of the packaging bag to be separated so that the bag opening of the packaging bag is in an open state.
