Referring to fig. 1 to 9, an embodiment of the present invention provides a packaged food production system and a working method thereof, including a conveyor belt 1, a bag feeding mechanism 2, a conveyor frame 11, a working frame 12, a clamping mechanism 3, a bag opening mechanism 4, a filling mechanism 5, a quantity control mechanism 6 and a packaging mechanism 7, wherein the conveyor belt 1 is disposed on the ground, the bag feeding mechanism 2 is disposed on the conveyor belt 1, the conveyor frame 11 is disposed beside the conveyor belt 1, the working frame 12 is disposed on the top of the conveyor frame 11, the working frame 12 is provided with two sets of first screw rod sliding tables 15, the clamping mechanism 3 is disposed at the bottoms of the two sets of first screw rod sliding tables 15, the bag feeding mechanism 4 is disposed on the working frame 12, the clamping mechanism 3 is disposed on the working frame 12, the filling mechanism 5 is disposed on the working frame 12, the quantity control mechanism 6 is disposed at the top of the filling mechanism 5, the packaging mechanism 7 is arranged on a conveying frame 11, a discharging end of the conveying frame 11 is provided with a discharging plate 13, and the bottom of the discharging plate 13 is provided with a discharging box 14; the conveying belt 1 conveys food bags, the conveying frame 11 conveys and supports the packaged food belts, and the two first screw rod sliding tables 15 drive the clamping mechanism 3 to move on the working frame 12; the bag feeding mechanism 2 moves the food bags from the conveying belt 1 to the clamping mechanism 3, the clamping mechanism 3 drives the food bags to move below the bag opening mechanism 4 through two groups of first screw rod sliding tables 15, the bag opening of the food bags is opened by the bag opening mechanism 4 under the fixation and support of the clamping mechanism 3, then the opened food bags continue to move below the filling mechanism 5 along with the clamping mechanism 3, the filling mechanism 5 is lifted to the bag opening, the quantity control mechanism 6 is matched with the filling mechanism 5 under the fixation of the clamping mechanism 3 on the food bags, food is quantitatively and accurately filled into the food bags, then the clamping mechanism 3 continues to drive the filled food bags to move to the packaging mechanism 7, the packaging mechanism 7 packages the food bags under the fixation of the clamping mechanism 3, then the clamping mechanism 3 loosens the food bags to return to the original positions, the food bags fall onto the conveying frame 11, the carriage 11 moves the food bags into a lower bin 14.
The bag feeding mechanism 2 comprises a bag feeding device 21 and a flattening device 22, the bag feeding device 21 comprises a bag feeding frame 211, a bag feeding motor 212, a moving groove plate 213, a moving wheel 214, a bag feeding moving plate 215, a bag feeding connecting rod 216, a bag feeding rotating plate 217, a bag feeding support rod 218, an adsorption plate 219, a telescopic electric cylinder 23 and an arc-shaped groove plate 24, the bag feeding frame 211 is arranged at the side of the conveyer belt 1, the moving groove plate 213 is arranged on the side wall of the bag feeding frame 211, the moving wheel 214 is arranged in the moving groove plate 213 and is in sliding fit, one end of the bag feeding moving plate 215 is connected to the moving wheel 214, one end of the bag feeding connecting rod 216 is arranged on the bag feeding moving plate 215, one end of the bag feeding rotating plate 217 is rotationally connected to the bag feeding frame 211, the bag feeding motor 212 is arranged on the side wall of the bag feeding frame 211, and a main shaft penetrates through the bag feeding frame 211 and is connected to one end of the bag feeding rotating plate 217, the other end of the bag feeding motor 212 is sleeved on the bag feeding connecting rod 216 and is in running fit with the bag feeding connecting rod 216, the bag feeding supporting rod 218 is arranged at the other end of the bag feeding connecting rod 216, the adsorption plate 219 is arranged at the top of the bag feeding supporting rod 218, the flattening device 22 comprises a flattening frame 221, a flattening wheel 222 and a flattening motor 223, the flattening frame 221 is arranged on the conveying belt 1, the flattening wheel 222 is in running connection with the flattening frame 221, the flattening motor 223 is arranged on the side wall of the conveying belt 1, and the main shaft penetrates through the flattening frame 221 and is connected with the flattening wheel 222; before the work begins, the food bags are put on the conveyer belt 1 one by one, the conveyer belt 1 begins to transport the food bags, then the flattening motor 223 begins to operate to drive the flattening wheel 222 to rotate, the food bags are flattened to prevent the folding phenomenon, when the food bags are conveyed to a position below the adsorption plate 219, the adsorption plate 219 adsorbs the food bags, the bag feeding motor 212 begins to operate to drive the bag feeding rotating plate 217 to rotate, the bag feeding rotating plate 217 drives the bag feeding connecting rod 216 and the bag feeding supporting rod 218 to move, the bag feeding supporting plate drives the adsorption plate 219 to start moving, the telescopic electric cylinder 23 begins to operate to drive the bag feeding plate 215 to move, the moving wheel 214 moves in the moving groove plate 213, when the moving wheel 214 moves to the end moving plate, the telescopic electric cylinder 23 begins to push the bag feeding 215 to rotate around the moving wheel 214, the bag feeding plate 215 drives the bag feeding connecting rod 216 to rotate, then go up bag bracing piece 218 and rotate and drive adsorption plate 219 and rotate, move the food bag that adsorbs to press from both sides and get mechanism 3, prevent that the food bag from taking place the adhesion at the material loading in-process, a plurality of food bags, the interference is got and is got mechanism 3 and press from both sides and get.
The clamping mechanism 3 comprises a clamping frame 31 and two clamping assemblies 32, the clamping frame 31 is arranged at the bottoms of the sliding tables of the two first screw rod sliding tables 15, each of the two clamping assemblies 32 comprises a clamping electric cylinder 321, two clamping folding plates 322 and two clamping hinging rods 323, the clamping electric cylinder 321 is arranged at the top of the clamping frame 31, the telescopic ends of the clamping electric cylinder 321 penetrate through the clamping frame 31, one ends of the two clamping folding plates 322 are hinged to the clamping frame 31, one ends of the two clamping hinging rods 323 are hinged to the telescopic ends of the clamping electric cylinder 321, and the other ends of the two clamping hinging rods 323 are hinged to the two clamping folding plates 322 respectively; when the food bag moves to the clamping frame 31 below along with the adsorption plate 219, the two clamping electric cylinders 321 start to operate, the four clamping hinge rods 323 start to move, the four clamping hinge rods 323 move to push the four clamping folded plates 322 to start rotating so as to clamp and loosen food, then the sliding tables on the two first lead screw sliding tables 15 drive the clamping frame 31 to move, the clamping frame 31 moves to drive the four clamping folded plates 322 to move, the food bag is driven to move, and the food bag clamping frame is convenient to further work.
The bag supporting mechanism 4 comprises a bag supporting frame 41, a bag supporting motor 42, a bag supporting threaded rod 43, a bag supporting sleeve rod 44, a bag supporting limiting plate 45, a bag supporting plate 46, a bag electric cylinder 47, a bag supporting block 471, four bag supporting hinged rods 472, four bag supporting folded plates 473 and four bag supporting springs 474, wherein the bag supporting frame 41 is arranged at the top of the working frame 12, the bag supporting motor 42 is arranged at the top of the bag supporting frame 41, a main shaft penetrates through the bag supporting frame 41, the bag supporting threaded rod 43 is arranged on the main shaft of the bag supporting motor 42, the bag supporting sleeve rod 44 is sleeved on the bag supporting threaded rod 43 and is in threaded fit, the bag supporting limiting plate 45 is arranged on the working frame 12 and is sleeved on the bag supporting sleeve rod 44, the bag supporting plate 46 is arranged at the bottom of the bag supporting sleeve rod 44, the bag electric cylinder 47 is arranged at the bottom of the bag supporting plate 46, the bag block is arranged at the telescopic end of the bag electric cylinder 47, one end of each of the four bag opening hinge rods 472 is hinged to the bag opening support plate 46, one end of each of the four bag opening folding plates 473 is hinged to the other end of each of the four bag opening hinge rods 472, and each of the four bag opening springs 474 is connected between each of the four bag opening hinge rods 472 and each of the four bag opening folding plates 473; when the food bag moves to the position below the four bag opening folding plates 473 along with the four clamping folding plates 322, the bag opening motor 42 starts to operate to drive the bag opening threaded rod 43 to rotate, then the bag opening sleeve rod 44 starts to move on the bag opening threaded rod 43, the bag opening sleeve rod 44 drives the bag opening supporting plate 46 to move, the bag opening supporting plate 46 drives the bag opening electric cylinder 47 to start to move, when the food bag moves to the position below the four bag opening hinging rods 472, the bag opening electric cylinder 47 starts to operate to push the bag opening block 471 to move, the bag opening block 471 moves to start to push the four bag opening folding plates 473, then the four bag opening folding plates 473 start to open, the bag opening electric cylinder 47 retracts, the four bag opening folding plates 473 contract under the action of the four bag opening springs 474, the bag opening motor 42 rotates reversely to drive the four bag opening supporting plates 46 to retract, the bag opening of the food bag is opened by the device, and the material is prevented from being injected, too small a mouth results in food splattering.
The filling mechanism 5 comprises a filling frame 51, a filling hose 52, a filling cylinder 53, four filling motors 54 and four filling threaded rods 55, wherein the filling frame 51 is arranged at the top of the working frame 12, a feeding hole is formed in the top of the filling frame 51, the four filling motors 54 are all arranged at the top of the filling frame 51, main shafts of the four filling motors 54 all penetrate through the filling frame 51, the four filling threaded rods 55 are rotatably arranged at the bottom of the filling frame 51 and are respectively connected with the main shafts of the four filling motors 54, the filling cylinder 53 is arranged on the four filling threaded rods 55 and is in threaded fit, and two ends of the filling hose 52 are respectively communicated with the filling frame 51 and the filling cylinder 53; when the sack was strutted, when the food bag removed to filling section of thick bamboo 53 below along with first lead screw slip table 15, four filling motor 54 began to operate, drove four filling threaded rod 55 and rotates, and filling section of thick bamboo 53 began to remove under four filling threaded rod 55's effect, and filling hose 52 began to stretch out and draw back simultaneously, and when filling section of thick bamboo 53 removed to sack department, four filling motor 54 stopped working, fixed filling section of thick bamboo 53 to sack department, when preventing to annotate the material, filling section of thick bamboo 53 was too high and lead to food to splash.
The quantity control mechanism 6 comprises a quantity control base 61, a rotating circular plate 62, a feeding cylinder 63, a quantity control motor 64, a quantity control gear 65 and six quantity control arc-shaped plates 66, wherein the quantity control base 61 is arranged at the top of a feeding hole and communicated with the feeding hole, the rotating circular plate 62 is rotatably arranged at the top of the quantity control base 61, six grooves are formed in the rotating circular plate 62, a plurality of gear teeth are arranged on the rotating circular plate 62, the six quantity control arc-shaped plates 66 are respectively hinged in the quantity control base 61 and the grooves, the quantity control motor 64 is arranged at the top of the filling frame 51, and the quantity control gear 65 is arranged on a main shaft of the quantity control motor 64 and meshed with the gear teeth on the rotating circular plate 62; when the filling cylinder 53 moves to the bag opening, the quantity control motor 64 starts to operate to drive the quantity control gear 65 to rotate, the quantity control gear 65 rotates to drive the rotating circular plate 62 to rotate, the rotating circular plate 62 rotates to drive the six quantity control arc-shaped plates 66 to start to rotate, the feeding hole is opened, when a sufficient quantity is reached, the quantity control motor 64 rotates reversely to control the six quantity control arc-shaped plates 66 to be closed so as to avoid the injection of excessive food and cause the overflow of the food.
The packaging mechanism 7 comprises a packaging gear 71, a packaging toothed bar 72, a packaging slice 73, a packaging rod 74, a packaging motor 75, a bidirectional screw rod sliding table 76, a packaging concave plate 77, two packaging clamping plates 78, two packaging pore plates 781 and two packaging springs 79, wherein the packaging gear 71 is rotatably arranged on the conveying frame 11, the packaging motor 75 is arranged at the top of the packaging gear 71, the main shaft of the packaging motor is connected to the packaging gear 71, the packaging rod 74 is arranged on the conveying frame 11, the packaging toothed bar 72 is sleeved on the packaging rod 74 and is in sliding fit, the packaging slice 73 is arranged at one end of the packaging toothed bar 72, the bidirectional screw rod sliding table 76 is arranged on the conveying frame 11, one ends of the packaging clamping plates 78 are respectively hinged to the two sliding tables of the bidirectional screw rod sliding table 76, two openings are arranged on the packaging pore plates 781, and the openings of the packaging pore plates 781 are connected with the other ends of the two packaging clamping plates 78 and are in sliding fit, the packaging concave plate 77 is arranged on the two packaging pore plates 781, and the two packaging springs 79 are sleeved on the packaging pore plates 781 and are positioned between the packaging concave plate 77 and the packaging clamping plate 78; after food pours into the food bag into, encapsulation motor 75 begins the function, it rotates to drive encapsulation gear 71, encapsulation gear 71 drives encapsulation ratch 72 and moves on encapsulation pole 74, encapsulation ratch 72 drives encapsulation section 73 and begins to move, two-way lead screw slip table 76 begins the function simultaneously, drive two encapsulation splint 78 and begin to move, two encapsulation splint 78 move in the opening of two encapsulation orifice plates 781, promote the removal of encapsulation orifice plates 781 simultaneously, encapsulation section 73 extrudees the encapsulation to the food bag with encapsulation notch plate 77, prevent that the gas leakage phenomenon from appearing in the food bag, lead to damaging in the food.
A bagged food packaging production system and a working method thereof comprise the following working methods:
the first step is as follows: before the work begins, the food bags are put on the conveyer belt 1 one by one, the conveyer belt 1 begins to transport the food bags, then the flattening motor 223 begins to operate to drive the flattening wheel 222 to rotate, the food bags are flattened to prevent the folding phenomenon, when the food bags are conveyed to a position below the adsorption plate 219, the adsorption plate 219 adsorbs the food bags, the bag feeding motor 212 begins to operate to drive the bag feeding rotating plate 217 to rotate, the bag feeding rotating plate 217 drives the bag feeding connecting rod 216 and the bag feeding supporting rod 218 to move, the bag feeding supporting plate drives the adsorption plate 219 to start moving, the telescopic electric cylinder 23 begins to operate to drive the bag feeding plate 215 to move, the moving wheel 214 moves in the moving groove plate 213, when the moving wheel 214 moves to the end moving plate, the telescopic electric cylinder 23 begins to push the bag feeding 215 to rotate around the moving wheel 214, the bag feeding plate 215 drives the bag feeding connecting rod 216 to rotate, then the upper bag support rod 218 rotates to drive the adsorption plate 219 to rotate, so that the adsorbed food bags are moved to the clamping mechanism 3, and the food bags are prevented from being adhered to interfere with the clamping of the clamping mechanism 3 in the feeding process;

thirdly, when the food bag moves to the position below the four bag opening folding plates 473 along with the four clamping folding plates 322, the bag opening motor 42 starts to operate to drive the bag opening threaded rod 43 to rotate, then the bag opening sleeve rod 44 starts to move on the bag opening threaded rod 43, the bag opening sleeve rod 44 drives the bag opening supporting plate 46 to move, the bag opening supporting plate 46 drives the bag opening electric cylinder 47 to start to move, when the food bag moves to the position below the four bag opening hinging rods 472, the bag opening electric cylinder 47 starts to operate to push the bag opening block 471 to move, the bag opening block 471 moves to start to push the four bag opening folding plates 473, then the four bag opening folding plates 473 start to open, the bag opening electric cylinder 47 retracts, the four bag opening folding plates retract under the action of the four bag opening springs 474, the bag opening motor 42 rotates reversely to drive the four bag opening supporting plates 46 to retract, and the mouth of the food bag is opened by the device, the splashing of food caused by the excessively small bag opening during the material injection is prevented;
fourthly, when the bag mouth is opened, the food bag moves to the lower part of the filling cylinder 53 along with the first screw rod sliding table 15, the four filling motors 54 start to operate to drive the four filling threaded rods 55 to rotate, the filling cylinder 53 starts to move under the action of the four filling threaded rods 55, meanwhile, the filling hose 52 starts to stretch, when the filling cylinder 53 is moved to the bag mouth, the four filling motors 54 stop operating, the filling cylinder 53 is fixed to the bag mouth, and the phenomenon that food splashes due to the fact that the filling cylinder 53 is too high when materials are injected is prevented;
fifthly, when the filling cylinder 53 moves to the bag opening, the quantity control motor 64 starts to operate to drive the quantity control gear 65 to rotate, the quantity control gear 65 rotates to drive the rotating circular plate 62 to rotate, the rotating circular plate 62 rotates to drive the six quantity control arc-shaped plates 66 to start to rotate, a feeding opening is opened, and when a sufficient quantity is reached, the quantity control motor 64 rotates reversely to control the six quantity control arc-shaped plates 66 to be closed so as to prevent excessive food from being injected and causing food overflow;
sixthly, after food is injected into the food bags, the packaging motor 75 starts to operate to drive the packaging gear 71 to rotate, the packaging gear 71 drives the packaging rack bar 72 to move on the packaging rod 74, the packaging rack bar 72 drives the packaging slice 73 to move, meanwhile, the bidirectional screw rod sliding table 76 starts to operate to drive the two packaging clamping plates 78 to move, the two packaging clamping plates 78 move in the openings of the two packaging hole plates 781 and simultaneously push the packaging hole plates 781 to move, the packaging slice 73 and the packaging concave plate 77 extrude and package the food bags, the food bags are prevented from leaking air, and damage in the food is caused, then the food bags fall off from the four clamping folding plates 322 to the conveying frame 11, the conveying frame 11 conveys the food bags to the blanking plate 13, and the blanking plate 13 conveys the food bags to the blanking box 14.
