The spacing support 161 is further provided with a push plate cylinder 164, the push plate cylinder 164 is fixedly connected with the push plate 162 to adjust the width of the spacing gap 163, at the initial stage of processing, when the sheet end moves to the upper end preheating part 100, the push plate cylinder 164 controls the push plate 162 to move, the width of the spacing gap 163 is enlarged, the sheet is convenient to enter, then the width of the spacing gap 163 can be reduced, the opening and closing angle of the folded sheet is limited, and the preheating is convenient.
In addition, the limiting assembly 160 further comprises a guide wheel 165 rotatably mounted on the limiting support 161, the guide wheel 165 is located below the limiting gap and used for supporting and guiding the sheet, the guide wheel 165 is in a V shape, the bottom of the sheet is located in the middle of the guide wheel 165 during transmission, and the guide wheel 165 can rotate along with the transmission of the sheet, so that the sheet can be supported and guided, and the movement of the sheet cannot be affected.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, in another embodiment of the present invention, a first round pin 2248 is rotatably installed on the first link 2242, the first link 2242 abuts against the circumference of the first cam 2231 through the first round pin 2248, a second round pin 2249 is rotatably installed at the end of the second link 2243, and the second link 2243 abuts against the circumference of the second cam 2232 through the second round pin 2249.
The first cam 2231 pushes the first round pin 2248 to swing the first link 2242, the second cam 2232 pushes the second round pin 2249 to swing the second link 2243, the first round pin 2248 and the second round pin 2249 can rotate, when the cam mechanism 223 drives, the first round pin 2248 can rotate along with the first cam 2231, and the second round pin 2249 can rotate along with the second cam 2232, so that friction force during driving can be reduced, abrasion can be reduced, and heat generated by friction can be reduced.

the clamping device 210 includes a plurality of clamping arms 211, the clamping arms 211 have a clamping state and a releasing state, when the clamping arms 211 are in the clamping state, the cam transmission device 220 controls the clamping arms 211 to move forward (forward movement refers to the transmission direction of the folded sheet to the upper end preheating component 100), when the clamping arms 211 are in the releasing state, the cam transmission device 220 controls the clamping arms 211 to reset, the clamping arms 211 include a fixing seat 212, clamping blocks 213 and clamping cylinders 214 for controlling the clamping blocks 213 to clamp or release articles are arranged on the fixing seat 212, the clamping device 210 provides clamping force for the clamping blocks 213 through the clamping cylinders 214, the pushing force of the cylinders is not great, therefore, products clamped by the clamping blocks 213 cannot be damaged due to large clamping force, the reaction speed of the cylinders is high, rapid clamping and rapid releasing can be realized, the reciprocating movement can be realized by matching with the cam transmission device 220, and the products cannot be driven to move in the resetting process.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the present invention also discloses a device for producing a stick-shaped food, comprising a frame 300 and the above-mentioned device for preheating the upper end of a folded sheet, wherein the frame 300 is provided with a device 310 for folding the sheet at the end, the device for preheating the upper end of the folded sheet is provided on the frame 300, the sheet is folded into a folded sheet by the device 310 for folding the sheet, and then the folded sheet is transferred to the upper preheating part 100 for preheating operation under the action of the horizontal dragging part 200.

In the operation process, after passing through the sheet doubling device 310, the sheet is clamped by the clamping device 210, the doubled sheet is sent to the upper preheating part 100 for treatment through the cam transmission device 220, after the preheating treatment is finished, the part of the doubled sheet after the preheating is removed from the upper preheating part 100 through the clamping device 210, and the folded sheet is conveyed to the upper and lower treatment devices of the frame 300.

Claims (7)

1. The upper end preheating device for the folded sheet is characterized by comprising an upper end preheating part and a horizontal dragging part, wherein the upper end preheating part is used for preheating the upper part of the folded sheet, the horizontal dragging part is used for dragging the folded sheet to move, the upper end preheating part comprises a preheating base and a supporting baffle plate arranged on the preheating base, a metal plate fixing frame is arranged at the upper end of the supporting baffle plate, a metal baffle plate is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the metal plate fixing frame, two folded sheets are respectively positioned at two sides of the metal baffle plate when the folded sheet is conveyed, a first heating clamping plate and a second heating clamping plate are respectively arranged at two sides of the metal baffle plate, the upper end preheating part further comprises a driving part, the driving part is in transmission connection with the first heating clamping plate and the second heating clamping plate and drives the first heating clamping plate and the second heating clamping plate to be close to or far away from the metal baffle plate, and the horizontal dragging part comprises a clamping device used for clamping the folded sheet and a cam transmission device in transmission connection with the clamping device to realize reciprocating motion of the clamping device; the cam transmission device comprises at least two guide rods arranged along the horizontal direction and a driving seat slidably mounted on the at least two guide rods, the clamping device is in transmission connection with the driving seat, the cam transmission device further comprises a cam mechanism and a connecting rod mechanism in transmission fit with the cam mechanism, the connecting rod mechanism comprises a rotating shaft rotatably mounted on a mounting bracket, and a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, the first connecting rod is connected with the driving seat, an included angle between the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod is 80-100 degrees, and the cam mechanism controls the first connecting rod to swing in the horizontal direction and the second connecting rod to swing in the vertical direction so as to realize reciprocating motion of the clamping device;
the length of the second connecting rod is smaller than that of the first connecting rod, the cam mechanism comprises a first cam and a second cam which are coaxially arranged, one end of the first connecting rod is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, the other end of the first connecting rod is connected with the driving seat, the first connecting rod is positioned at the side part of the first cam and is kept against the periphery of the first cam, the second connecting rod is positioned at the upper part of the second cam, one end of the second connecting rod is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, and the other end of the second connecting rod is kept against the periphery of the second cam; the clamping device comprises a clamping arm, the clamping arm is in a clamping state and a loosening state, when the clamping arm is in the clamping state, the cam transmission device controls the clamping arm to move forwards, and when the clamping arm is in the loosening state, the cam transmission device controls the clamping arm to reset;
the driving seat is connected with the first connecting rod through a third connecting rod, a rod body fixing seat is arranged on the first connecting rod, at least two guide connecting rods are fixedly connected on the rod body fixing seat, at least two guide connecting rods extend in the length direction of the first connecting rod, connecting rod sliding blocks are slidably installed on the at least two guide connecting rods, one end of the third connecting rod is hinged with the connecting rod sliding blocks, the other end of the third connecting rod is fixedly connected with the driving seat, the at least two guide connecting rods can limit rotation of the connecting rod sliding blocks, the connecting rod sliding blocks only slide along the guide connecting rods, and the guide connecting rods can swing synchronously along with the first connecting rods under the action of the rod body fixing seat.
