The skin moisture meter Corneometer CM825 is used for detecting the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum, and the higher the moisture content measurement value of the skin stratum corneum is, the higher the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum is. As can be seen from the data in Table 2, the data differences between the moisture content variation of the horny layer of the inner forearm skin of the group of example 2 and the moisture content variation of the skin before use in 15min, 30min, 1h, 1.5h, and 2h, the data differences between the moisture content variation of the horny layer of the inner forearm skin of the group of example 2 and the moisture content variation of the skin before use all have statistical significance (P <0.05), the moisture content of the whole skin is in an increasing trend, the data differences between the moisture content variation of the horny layer of the inner forearm skin of the group of blank control and the moisture content variation of the skin before use in 15min, 30min, 1h, 1.5h, and 2h, the data differences between the moisture content variation of the horny layer of the inner forearm skin of the group of comparative example 1 and the moisture content variation of the skin before use in 15min, 30min, 1h, 1.5h, and 2h, the values of the measured values of the two groups of the example 2 group and the blank control group are compared with the initial values at 15min, 30min, 1h, 1.5h and 2h, the data have significant difference (P <0.05), and the values of the measured values of the two groups of the example 2 group and the comparative example 1 group are compared with the initial values at 15min, 30min, 1h, 1.5h and 2h, the data have significant difference (P < 0.05). Experimental data show that the difference value between the measured value and the initial value of 15min, 30min, 1h, 1.5h and 2h of the example 2 is obviously improved and the moisturizing effect is obvious compared with a blank control group, the difference value between the measured value and the initial value of 15min, 30min, 1h, 1.5h and 2h of the example 2 is larger than that of the comparative example 2 group, and the moisturizing effect of the example 2 is better, namely, the double-layer mask provided by the invention has the effect of quickly improving the moisture content of the skin in a short period, and particularly when betaine, allantoin and shea butter are used together in a specific proportion and dosage, the skin moisturizing content can be obviously improved.
(2) Long-term moisturization-skin moisture test
After cleaning, the double-layer facial masks of example 2 and comparative example 1 were torn off the aluminum foil paper, stirred and mixed uniformly, and applied to the left and right cheeks of the subject, respectively, and after 15min of static application, the facial masks were washed with clean water, and used 3 times per week for 2 weeks, and the moisture content of the stratum corneum of the cheekbone skin of the left and right cheeks was measured by a skin moisture tester (german CKCorneometer CM825) for 1 week and 2 weeks before use, and the specific results are shown in table 4.
TABLE 4 subjects the facial test area stratum corneum moisture content (x + -s) at various time points
The skin moisture meter Corneometer CM825 is used for detecting the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum, and the higher the moisture content measurement value of the skin stratum corneum is, the higher the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum is. As can be seen from the data in table 4, the data for example 2 compared the facial moisture content at D7, D14 to before use was statistically significant (P <0.05), and for comparative example 1 compared the facial moisture content at D7 to before use, the data was not statistically significant (P > 0.05); comparative example 1 the data was statistically significant (P <0.05) when the facial moisture content of D14 was compared to that before use; the difference between the measured value and the initial value of the two groups of example 2 and comparative example 1 was compared at D7 and D14, and the data were significantly different (P < 0.05).
