Abstract
一种用于轴承可动部件的空间运动的参数采集及跟踪系统、用于轴承可动部件的空间运动的参数采集及跟踪方法及轴承,跟踪系统在轴承可动部件(1)设置有基于微机电系统的参数采集模块(12)和参数发送模块(14)。这样,一方面能够通过参数采集模块(12)实时采集轴承可动部件的预定位置处的空间运动参数,另一方面还能够通过参数发送模块(14)将该空间运动参数优选实时发送到指定设备,进而借助于指定设备基于这些空间运动参数获得轴承可动部件的空间运动状态,从而能够对轴承可动部件的运动特性进行总结和分析。
