In the internet era, in order to meet the needs of life and work, many network users need to install broadband at home, so the broadband market has great growth potential, and how to accurately locate potential broadband users is taken as a key point for expanding the broadband service market by each large telecom operator.
In the prior art, telecom operators usually adopt modes of advertising, short message pushing, telemarketing and the like to carry out user publicity and promote broadband services.
However, this method can only propagate all users as propaganda objects in a large scale, and cannot accurately locate target users, which consumes a lot of propaganda resources and expenses.
In recent years, with the implementation of the national strategy of "internet +", broadband services enter more and more households, broadband users will continue to grow in the future, and in order to further expand the household broadband market, various large telecom operators are dedicated to publicizing broadband services to users and expanding the household broadband market.
In the prior art, telecom operators usually adopt modes such as advertisement propaganda, short message push, telemarketing and the like, and take all users as propaganda objects to carry out large-scale and omnibearing broadband service push.
However, the method cannot accurately locate the target user, many users without broadband handling conditions are still used as potential users by telecommunication operators, and not only is the broadband service publicizing effect poor, but also a large amount of publicizing resources and expenses are consumed.
In view of these problems, the inventor has found that, by using the user device information in the mobile communication gateway system and the user account information in the broadband account system, the broadband demand of the user can be predicted, the user with higher broadband demand is used as a broadband service propaganda object, the accurate positioning of the target user group is realized, and the broadband popularization information is sent to the target user group, so as to achieve the goal of providing broadband service for the user.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a broadband user positioning method provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 2, the method of this embodiment may include:
s21, acquiring the equipment information of each user equipment accessing the target cell;
in this embodiment, the target cell is a wireless coverage area identified by a base station identity code or a global cell identity code, and the device information is generated when the user accesses the target cell to communicate by using the terminal device.
S22, determining a plurality of candidate user equipment residing in the target cell according to the equipment information;
in this embodiment, the ue residing in the target cell is determined according to the device information, and a user corresponding to the ue residing in the target cell has a higher requirement for broadband use, so as to serve as a candidate ue.
Optionally, S22 specifically includes:
determining the cell residence rate of each user equipment according to the equipment information;
in this embodiment, the number of times that the user equipment corresponding to the device information logs in the target cell mobile base station may be counted according to the device information, and then the cell residence rate of each user equipment is calculated according to the number of times that the device logs in the base station, so as to select the user equipment residing in the target cell.
It should be noted that the user equipment logging in the target cell mobile base station indicates that the user equipment enters the target cell covered by the mobile base station.
Specifically, in a possible implementation, the device information is sampled according to a plurality of preset sampling times to obtain sampled device information; determining whether each user equipment logs in the mobile base station within each preset sampling time according to the sampling equipment information, and counting the total times of logging in the mobile base station within a plurality of preset sampling times of each user equipment; and calculating the ratio of the total times of logging in the mobile base station by each user equipment in a plurality of preset sampling times to the number of the sampling times to obtain the cell residence rate of each user equipment.
For example, the last fifty days are sampled from the device information, the device information in 20:00-21:00 periods each day is used as the sampling device information, the user device 1 is determined to log in the target cell mobile base station in 20:00-21:00 periods of the first day according to the user device 1 corresponding to the sampling device information 1 in the sampling device information of the first day, the number of times that the user device 1 logs in the base station is recorded as 1, if other sampling device information is also corresponding to the user device 1, the number of times that the user device 1 logs in the base station is still recorded as 1, that is, the number of times that one user device logs in the base station per day is recorded as 1 at most, the conditions of logging in the base station in 20:00-21:00 periods of forty days after the user device 1 is further counted, the target cell mobile base station is determined to log in 20:00-21:00 periods of forty days in the last fifty days, the number of times that the ue 1 logs in the base station is recorded as 40, which indicates that the ue 1 has been camped in the target cell for forty days out of the last fifty days, and the cell residence rate of the ue 1 is 40/50-80%.
Determining resident user equipment according to the cell resident rate of each user equipment;
in this embodiment, the user equipment with the cell residence rate reaching the preset threshold is screened from all the user equipment as the resident user equipment.
Specifically, in one possible implementation, the cell residence rate of each ue is compared with a preset residence rate threshold; and if the cell residence rate is greater than or equal to a preset residence rate threshold value, taking the user equipment corresponding to the cell residence rate as resident user equipment.
For example, the cell residence rate of the user equipment 1 is 80%, the cell residence rate of the user equipment 2 is 50%, the preset residence rate threshold is 70%, and since the cell residence rate 80% of the user equipment 1 is greater than the preset residence rate threshold 70%, and the cell residence rate 50% of the user equipment 2 is less than the preset residence rate threshold 70%, it is determined that the user equipment 1 is resident.
After the resident user equipment is determined, because part of the users corresponding to the resident user equipment do not conform to the broadband service handling condition, further selecting a plurality of candidate user equipment conforming to the broadband service handling condition from the resident user equipment by using the broadband accounting data corresponding to the resident user equipment, wherein S22 further includes:
and acquiring broadband financial data corresponding to the resident user equipment, and selecting a plurality of candidate user equipment meeting broadband service handling conditions from the resident user equipment.
In this embodiment, the user equipment meeting the broadband service handling condition is selected from the resident user equipment according to the broadband account data corresponding to the resident user equipment, and the user corresponding to the user equipment meeting the broadband service handling condition is more likely to develop into a broadband user.
