In order to make the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure better understood and make the above objects, features and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more obvious and understandable to those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In this embodiment, the operator may be a provider providing network services, for example, a provider providing communication services such as a fixed-line phone, a mobile phone, and an internet access, and accordingly, the operator may set a flag to launch services such as a broadband service, a mobile phone service, and a fixed-line phone service, and in order to launch the services smoothly, the operator generally combines online and offline modes to promote and advertise, so that the user can know information related to the services and transact related services. However, the current operators have the problem of lack of effective access channels whether on-line or off-line channels are developed.
In view of at least the above problems, an embodiment of the present specification first provides a service information pushing method, and specifically, referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a service information pushing method shown in an exemplary embodiment of the present specification, where the method includes the following steps:
s101, acquiring transaction information of a target user from the transaction server, and acquiring a service area of an operator from the operator server;
s102, acquiring a resident address of the target user based on the transaction information;
and S103, under the condition that the resident address is within the service area range, pushing the service information of the first service of the operator to the target user.
The method can be applied to a push server which is respectively in communication connection with a transaction server and an operator server. When a client of the same payment platform initiates a payment process, the transaction server can receive a payment request sent by the client, and execute a related instruction in response to the payment request to complete the payment process initiated by the user at the client, and further can record transaction information of the user. The operator server may be a server in the operator system, and the operator server may record information related to operator services, such as a service area of the operator, which may be a geographic location area where the operator provides home services, for example, a location area of a residential cell of a user. The push server is a server which can be in communication connection with the transaction server and the operator server respectively, and can perform information interaction with the transaction server and the operator server respectively, so that linkage between the payment platform and the operator can be realized, and the payment platform can be used as a reach channel for online business development of the operator. Specifically, a user on the payment platform can be used as a target user for pushing service information by an operator, the pushing server acquires transaction information of the target user from the transaction server, determines a resident address of the target user according to the transaction information, and simultaneously acquires a service area of the operator from the operator server, so that if the resident address of the target user is within the service area range of the operator, that is, the operator can provide services for the target user, the service information of the service of the operator can be pushed to the target user, and the payment platform and the operator are linked to push the service information.
The target user may be one or more than one user on the payment platform, the push server may obtain the target user and information thereof from the transaction server in advance, the transaction information of the target user may be related information generated when the target user performs a transaction on the payment platform, and it should be noted that, for obtaining the related information of the user, the obtaining is performed under the condition that the user agrees to authorize. The transaction information of the target user may carry information related to the user's resident address, so that the information related to the target user's resident address may be extracted through the transaction information of the target user to obtain the user's resident address. The resident address can be understood as an address where the user lives for a long time, for example, the resident address can be a home address of the user, and the home address can be a cell where the user lives in; or may be an address where the user works for a long time, such as an address of a physical store operated by the user, which is not limited in this regard. The first service in S103 may be any service under the operator' S flag, for example, a service such as a broadband service, a mobile phone service, and a fixed telephone service, and is not limited thereto. The service information of the first service may be related information of a service product corresponding to the first service, for example, in a case that the first service is a broadband, the service information may be information of each broadband package released by an operator.
The business information pushing method provided by the embodiment of the specification is characterized in that the pushing server is respectively in communication connection with the transaction server of the payment platform and the operator server of the operator system, on the basis of information interaction between the pushing server and the transaction server as well as the operator server, the pushing server can acquire the transaction information of a target user from the transaction server to acquire a resident address of the target user and acquire a service area of the operator from the operator server, and under the condition that the resident address of the target user is located within the service area of the operator, the business information of a first business of the operator is pushed to the target user, so that the linkage between the payment platform and the operator is realized through the pushing server, the payment platform can be used as a reach channel for business development on the operator line, and the pushing server is used for pushing the business information to the target user on the payment platform, which is located within the service area of the operator And (4) information.
Some examples are given below to describe the transaction information of the target user mentioned in the above embodiments. In one embodiment, the transaction information may include payment information of the target user for a second service associated with the permanent address of the target user, where the second service may be a service in a binding relationship with the permanent address of the target user, and may be a service on a payment platform, and the target user may pay for the second service on the payment platform, specifically, the second service may include one or more of an electric charge payment service, a water charge payment service, a gas charge payment service, a property charge payment service, a cable television payment service, a broadband payment service, a fixed-line payment service, and the like, although other types of services may not be excluded, and are not listed here. Because the second service has a binding relationship with the resident address of the target user, the payment information may carry information related to the user resident address, and the user resident address can be obtained by extracting the information related to the user resident address through obtaining the payment information. Taking the user paying the electric charge as an example, the payment information may include information such as payment items, payment areas, charging units, payment numbers, house names, addresses, account balances and the like, and the resident address of the user can be obtained by extracting the address related information.
In some cases, the resident address of the target user may not be accurately obtained directly from the payment information, and therefore, the resident address of the user may need to be obtained through some other types of information. In this regard, in some other embodiments, the transaction information of the target user acquired from the transaction server may further include receiving address information of the target user, where the receiving address information may be a receiving address that the target user fills in on a payment platform when online shopping is performed through the payment platform, and since the user is generally used to use its own resident address as the receiving address, the resident address of the target user may be acquired based on the receiving address information of the target user. Preferably, the resident address of the target user may be changed, and the target user may not move out of the old shipping address when adding a new shipping address, so that the server records a plurality of shipping addresses, and the resident address of the target user can be acquired based on the shipping address used by the target user last time.
Further, in some cases, the destination user's shipping address may not correspond to his or her own resident address, e.g., the user may often be given away to friends, relatives, etc. by shopping on the line, so the shipping address entered for use is not his or her own resident address. On the basis, in one embodiment, the location information of the target user at the preset time can be acquired, and the resident address of the target user is acquired according to the location information. For example, the preset time may be a certain time, or a certain time period, for example, a certain time or a certain time period in the evening, and since the user generally stays at home for rest in the evening, the probability of the location information of the user obtained at this time may be determined as the resident address of the user. The location information of the target user may be obtained by obtaining location information of an electronic device used by the target user, specifically, the location information of the electronic device may be obtained by obtaining, by a client of a payment platform installed on the electronic device, the location information of the electronic device and uploading the obtained location information to a server, and of course, the location information of the user is obtained after authorization is granted by the user.
The above embodiments show several ways of obtaining the resident address of the target user, and of course, the above is merely an example and is not intended to be limiting, and other possible ways of obtaining the resident address of the target user are not listed here. In addition, the resident address of the target user can be obtained by any one of the above-mentioned manners, and certainly can be obtained by combining one or more of the above-mentioned manners, and in the process of obtaining the resident address of the target user, sufficient factors are referred to, which is beneficial to making the finally obtained resident address of the target user more accurate. In addition, since the user usually resides in a cell, and the service area of the operator is usually divided by taking the cell as a unit, in some cases, the resident address of the target user may be matched with the cell distribution location information when acquiring the resident address, specifically, the resident address of the target user may be matched with the cell distribution map to determine the cell to which the target user belongs, and further, the longitude and latitude information of the cell to which the target user belongs may be matched with the longitude and latitude information of the service area that the operator can provide services to determine whether to push the service information of the first service to the target user.
In an embodiment, when the resident address of the target user is located within the service area range of the operator, the transaction information of the target user on the first service may be further obtained, specifically, the transaction information of the target user may be queried from the push server to the operator server, where the transaction information may include the transaction condition of the target user on the first service, so that the transaction condition of the target user on the first service may be known based on the transaction information, and the service information of the first service of the operator may be pushed to the target user based on the transaction information. For example, whether the user has handled the first service can be known based on the handling information, and the service information of the first service of the operator is pushed only to the target user who has not handled the first service, so that the target user who has not handled the first service can conveniently know and perform relevant operations such as service handling, and meanwhile, the user who has handled the first service is prevented from receiving the relevant service information of the first service again to cause troubles to the user. Or the service information of the first service of the operator is pushed to the target user who does not handle the first service, and simultaneously, the service information of other services which are not handled by the target user is pushed to the target user who handles the first service, so that the user can know and handle the services. Certainly, considering that the update iteration of the service information is fast, while the service information of the first service of the operator is pushed to the target user who does not handle the first service, the service information of the first service can still be pushed to the target user who handles the first service, so that the user can know new service information in time.
In an embodiment, in S103, the pushing of the service information of the first service of the operator to the target user may be to push the service information of the first service to the target user after the target user pays the second service, that is, the pushing of the service information of the first service to the client of the target user is performed in real time when the target user completes paying the second service, specifically, the pushing may be to the client of the target user through a transaction server by a push server, or may be to the client of the target user directly by the push server, and a pushing manner is not limited. The service information of the first service is pushed to the target user in real time under the condition that the target user finishes the payment of the second service, so that the service information of the first service can be pushed under the scene that the target user pays the second service, namely, the payment scene of the second service is used as the scene for pushing the first service, for example, under the scene that the target user pays the electric charge, the water charge, the gas charge and the like, the broadband product information is pushed to the target user. Particularly, in some scenes, the second service paid by the user may be similar to the first service to be pushed, for example, the second service paid by the user is a broadband payment service, and the first service to be pushed is also a broadband service, so that when the user pays the broadband fee, recommending other broadband packages to the user can help the user to know the current latest service product condition, so that the user decides whether to change the broadband package more suitable for the user, and the service information pushing is realized and the user can conveniently know the service related to handling.
A problem to be considered when pushing the service information of the first service of the operator to the target user is to accurately push the service information, that is, how to push the service information that is most likely to be preferred by the user to the target user, for example, broadband services are taken as an example, broadband packages preferred by different users are often different, for example, some users cannot accept a broadband package with a high price, some users require a broadband package that is high in upward movement, and if the broadband package is pushed to the user blindly, a package that is likely to be pushed to the user and is not interesting to the user is caused, and meanwhile, the user's handling enthusiasm is easily attacked. In this regard, in an embodiment, for the target user, feature information of the target user may also be obtained in advance, and a user tag of the target user is determined based on the feature information, specifically, the feature information of the target user may be obtained by the push server from the payment platform, where the feature information of the target user may include a portrait, an age, an occupation, a gender, consumption information on the payment platform, and the like of the target user, and a user tag to which the target user belongs may be determined based on the feature information of the user, for example, a high, medium, low consumption level tag, a user portrait tag, and the like. After the user tag of the target user is determined, the corresponding relationship between the user tag and the service information of the first service may be further obtained from the operator server, and the service information of the first service of the operator may be pushed to the target user according to the corresponding relationship. The corresponding relation represents the service information of the first service which is most probably preferred by the user under different user labels, so that the service information which is most probably preferred by the user can be accurately pushed to the target user according to the corresponding relation, and the reaching rate of pushing the service information is improved. In addition, label dimensionality can be agreed in advance between the push server and the operator server, so that the user labels adopted at the two ends are uniform.
To more clearly illustrate the idea of the embodiments of the present specification, a practical example is described below, see figure 2, fig. 2 is a lane diagram of a linkage payment platform and an operator pushing broadband products under a water and electricity-gas payment scenario, which includes a user payment service APP (Application), a payment service platform, a broadband linkage support system, and an operator system, wherein the payment service platform includes a transaction server (not shown) communicatively connected to the user payment service APP, for completing the payment process in response to the payment request of the user payment service APP, the broadband linkage support system includes a push server (not shown in the figure) in communication connection with the transaction server, for pushing service information, the service system includes a service server (not shown in the figure) for storing service related information of the operator.
The broadband linkage support system generates a user label of a payment user in a broadband product pushing scene in advance according to characteristic information of the payment user on the payment service platform, and stores the payment user and the corresponding user label in a database. Meanwhile, the broadband linkage support system acquires the electronic fence information of the operator cell, namely the cell range of the service of the operator, from the operator system, and acquires a recommendation relation table comprising the corresponding relation between the user label and the broadband product from the operator system, so that a recommendation model for recommending the broadband product according to the user label is set up.
When a payment user pays the electric water fuel through the APP, the APP generates a payment bill and sends the payment bill to the payment service platform for payment request, the payment service platform responds to the payment request of the APP and processes the payment bill, the broadband linkage support system acquires payment information on the payment bill from the payment service platform, meanwhile, the information such as the historical delivery address of the payment user is combined to obtain the LBS (Location Based Services) position information of the payment user, meanwhile, the LBS position of the paying user is matched with the operator electronic fence, whether the paying user belongs to a new user without installed broadband is judged based on the broadband transaction information of the paying user acquired from the operator system, if the LBS position of the payment user is not matched with the operator electronic fence, namely the LBS position of the payment user is not in the service range of the operator, the broadband product is not recommended to the payment user; or if the payment user is judged not to be the new installation user, the broadband product is not recommended to the payment user. Of course, besides the illustration, the broadband product can be recommended for the payment users who are not new users. Under the condition that the broadband product is recommended to the payment user, the broadband product recommended to the payment user is determined according to a user tag of the payment user and a pre-established algorithm of a recommendation model, information of the broadband product to be recommended is sent to a payment service platform, the payment service platform pushes the broadband product to the user payment service APP, and therefore the user can check the recommended broadband product on the APP and order and reserve for new installation.
It is understood that the above embodiments of the present specification refer to the obtaining of the information related to the user after the user agrees to authorization, and the number of the various servers mentioned in the actual deployment may be deployed according to actual requirements.
