s2, after detecting the unlighted lamp beads, setting the coordinate positions of the unlighted lamp beads through the comparison of LED substrate arrangement drawings, heating the lower surfaces of the lamp panels corresponding to the unlighted lamp beads through a heating assembly until tin is melted, refrigerating outside the heating range, and taking out the unlighted lamp beads through a manipulator;
s3, inputting the good lamp beads through the input assembly, coating solder paste on the lower parts of the good lamp beads, picking up the lamp beads through a manipulator, and transferring the lamp beads to a position where the unlit lamp beads are taken out;
s4, restarting the heating assembly to fix the good lamp beads;
