The second moving plate 34 can move freely through the second driving mechanism, the third push rod motor 32 is started to drive the fixing frame 33 to lift up and down, the heating plate 35 on the fixing frame 33 and the refrigerating bag 36 move along with the second moving plate, when the second moving plate descends, the refrigerating bag 36 can be abutted against the wall board, the heating plate 35 cannot be in contact with the wall board, the heating of the area can be effectively avoided through the refrigerating bag 36, the situation that the periphery outside the area is softened and the area is softened or collapsed is avoided, when only the area has high temperature, the area can deform under the action of the hot extrusion knife 11, other low temperature positions cannot be changed, local modeling can be performed on the wall board more easily, and under the extrusion of the refrigerating bag 36, the situation that the position of the wall board deviates when the hot extrusion knife 11 extrudes upwards and the surface graph of the wall board is influenced can be prevented. The cooling bladder 36 can also be used for condensation fixation after thermoforming, in which case the intermediate heating plate 35 can be closed.
In the invention, the refrigeration bag 36 is cooled by air inlet at one end and air outlet at the other end, and the refrigeration bag 36 can form a recess according to the formation of the wallboard after contacting with the deformed bulge on the wallboard in the moving process. The mechanism and the hot pressing mechanism move synchronously.
The distance 38 is arranged between the refrigerating bag 36 and the heating plate 35, so that the large influence between the refrigerating bag 36 and the heating plate 35 can be avoided. The temperature of the heating plate 35 can be adjusted and the air intake speed of the refrigerant bag 36 can be adjusted.
The second driving mechanism is a conventional mechanism, and can drive the second moving plate 34 to move arbitrarily in the horizontal direction.
