As shown in fig. 9, the cleaning brush 9 and the wiping sponge 14 are fixedly mounted outside the cleaning roller 8 and the wiping roller 13 through the magic tapes 15, so that the cleaning brush 9 and the wiping sponge 14 are convenient to detach and mount, the cleaning brush can be convenient to clean, and the cleaning degree of the structural member 3 after cleaning is ensured.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, a structural part 3 to be cleaned is fed from one end of a cleaning box 1, an electric push rod 207 is controlled to extend by using a control switch 21, and a first clamping plate 208 is driven by the extension of the electric push rod 207 to clamp the structural part 3;
after the structural member 3 is stably clamped under the action of the electric push rod 207, the first clamping plate 208 and the first clamping rubber pad 209, the control switch 21 is used for switching on the power supply of the first driving motor 201, the second driving motor 7 and the third driving motor 12, the threaded rod 202 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the first driving motor 201, the threaded sliding block 203 is driven to move outside the threaded rod 202 by the rotation of the threaded rod 202, and the structural member 3 is driven to move forwards;
at the moment, the atomizing nozzle 6 is used for spraying the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank 4 on the surface of the structural member 3, the second driving motor 7 is used for driving the cleaning roller 8 to rotate, the cleaning brush 9 at the outer side of the cleaning roller 8 is used for cleaning the stains and the dust on the surface of the structural member 3, the washing water inside the washing water tank 10 is then sprayed onto the surface of the structural member 3 by means of the atomizer 6, washing the cleaning liquid on the surface of the structural member 3, driving the wiping roller 13 to rotate by the rotation of the third driving motor 12, wiping the water stains adhered on the surface of the structural member 3 by the wiping sponge 14 on the surface of the wiping roller 13, switching on the power supply of the heating plate 16 by the control switch 21, transmitting the heat heated by the heating plate 16 by the heat conduction plate 17, heating the air in the drying chamber 19, and then drying the surface of the wiped structural part 3 by using the air in the drying chamber 19;
subsequently, the loading frame 2004 is driven by the ball screw pair 2003 to move by the position of the loading groove 2005, so that the structure 3 after being cleaned, washed, wiped and dried enters the loading groove 2005, and the structure 3 is clamped by the clamping spring 2006, the second clamping plate 2007 and the second clamping rubber pad 2008, so that the structure 3 after being cleaned can be stably fixed in the loading groove 2005 inside the loading frame 2004, and the trouble caused by manual operation is avoided.

the cleaning device is characterized in that a control switch (21) is fixedly mounted on one side of the cleaning box (1), the control switch (21) is electrically connected with a power supply, a transfer clamping assembly (2) is arranged on the top of the cleaning box (1), a structural member (3) is clamped below the transfer clamping assembly (2), a cleaning liquid box (4) is fixedly mounted on one side of the top of the cleaning box (1), a cleaning liquid pipeline (5) is fixedly mounted at one end of the cleaning liquid box (4), a second driving motor (7) is fixedly mounted on the other side, corresponding to the cleaning liquid box (4), of the top of the cleaning box (1), the output end of the control switch (21) is electrically connected with the input end of the second driving motor (7), a flushing water tank (10) is fixedly mounted on the top of the cleaning box (1) on one side of the cleaning liquid box (4), and a flushing water pipeline (11) is fixedly mounted on one end of the flushing water tank (10), a third driving motor (12) is fixedly installed on one side, corresponding to the flushing water tank (10), of the top end of the cleaning box (1), the output end of the control switch (21) is electrically connected with the input end of the third driving motor (12), heating plates (16) are fixedly installed on two sides of one end inside the cleaning box (1), and a load-transferring loading assembly (20) is fixedly installed at one end, close to the heating plates (16), of the cleaning box (1);
the transfer loading assembly (20) comprises a support frame (2001), a slide rail (2002), a ball screw pair (2003), a loading frame (2004), a loading groove (2005), a clamping spring (2006), a second clamping plate (2007) and a second clamping rubber pad (2008);
the cleaning device is characterized in that the supporting frame (2001) is connected with the cleaning box (1) through a fixing screw, sliding rails (2002) are fixedly mounted on two sides of the upper surface of the supporting frame (2001), a loading frame (2004) is slidably mounted above the sliding rails (2002), the loading frame (2004) is driven through a ball screw pair (2003), a plurality of loading grooves (2005) are formed in the loading frame (2004), clamping springs (2006) are fixedly mounted on two sides of the interior of each loading groove (2005), a second clamping plate (2007) is fixedly mounted at one end of each clamping spring (2006), and a second clamping rubber pad (2008) is attached to one side of each second clamping plate (2007).
