It should be noted that the manner of encapsulating the query content to obtain the target request information in the embodiment of the present invention is only an example, and any manner of encapsulating the query content to obtain the target request information is applicable to the embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the manner of determining the target request template corresponding to the target service type may be: determining a target service type corresponding to a target query service; and searching a target request template corresponding to the target service type from the request template library. Where there are different target request templates for different traffic types. For example, a train ticket or vehicle violation is queried, each with a different request template.

the RF circuit 1310 may be used for receiving and transmitting data during a communication or conversation. The Wi-Fi technology belongs to a short-distance wireless transmission technology, and the terminal 1300 can be connected to an Access Point (AP) through a Wi-Fi module 1390, thereby implementing Access to a data network. The Wi-Fi module 1390 can be used for receiving and sending data in a communication process.
The communication terminal 1300 may be physically connected to other terminals through the communication interface 1380. Optionally, the communication interface 1380 is connected to the communication interfaces of the other terminals through a cable, so as to implement data transmission between the communication terminal 1300 and the other terminals.
In the embodiment of the present application, the communication terminal 1300 is capable of implementing a communication service and sending information to other contacts, so that the communication terminal 1300 needs to have a data transmission function, that is, the communication terminal 1300 needs to include a communication module inside. Although fig. 13 illustrates communication modules such as the RF circuit 1310, the Wi-Fi module 1390, and the communication interface 1380, it is understood that at least one of the above components or other communication modules (e.g., bluetooth module) for implementing communication exist in the communication terminal 1300 for data transmission.
For example, when the communication terminal 1300 is a mobile phone, the communication terminal 1300 may include the RF circuit 1310 and may further include the Wi-Fi module 1390; when the communication terminal 1300 is a computer, the communication terminal 1300 may include the communication interface 1380 and may further include the Wi-Fi module 1390; when the terminal 1300 is a tablet computer, the communication terminal 1300 may include the Wi-Fi module.
The memory 1340 may be used to store software programs and modules. The processor 1330 executes various functional applications and data processing of the communication terminal 1300 by executing software programs and modules stored in the memory 1340, and can implement part or all of the processes in fig. 3 of the embodiments of the present disclosure when the processor 1330 executes the program codes in the memory 1340.
Alternatively, the memory 1340 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area. The storage program area can store an operating system, various application programs (such as communication application), a face recognition module and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as various multimedia files like pictures, video files, etc., and face information templates) created according to the use of the terminal, etc.
Further, the memory 1340 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid-state storage device.
The input unit 1350 may be used to receive numeric or character information input by a user and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the communication terminal 1300.
Alternatively, the input unit 1350 may include a touch panel 1351 and other input terminals 1352.
The touch panel 1351, also called a touch screen, may collect touch operations of a user (such as operations of the user on or near the touch panel 1351 by using a finger, a stylus, or any other suitable object or accessory) thereon or nearby, and drive the corresponding connection device according to a preset program. Alternatively, the touch panel 1351 may include two parts, namely, a touch detection device and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 1330, and can receive and execute commands sent by the processor 1330. In addition, the touch panel 1351 may be implemented by various types, such as resistive, capacitive, infrared, and surface acoustic wave.
Optionally, the other input terminals 1352 may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like.
The display unit 1360 may be used to display information input by or provided to a user and various menus of the communication terminal 1300. The display unit 1360 is a display system of the communication terminal 1300, and is used for presenting an interface to implement human-computer interaction.
The display unit 1360 may include a display panel 1361. Alternatively, the Display panel 1361 may be configured in the form of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED), or the like.
Further, the touch panel 1351 can cover the display panel 1361, and when the touch panel 1351 detects a touch operation thereon or nearby, the touch panel is transmitted to the processor 1330 to determine the type of touch event, and then the processor 1330 provides a corresponding visual output on the display panel 1361 according to the type of touch event.
Although in fig. 13, the touch panel 1351 and the display panel 1361 are implemented as two separate components to implement the input and output functions of the communication terminal 1300, in some embodiments, the touch panel 1351 and the display panel 1361 can be integrated to implement the input and output functions of the communication terminal 1300.
The processor 1330 is a control center of the communication terminal 1300, connects various components using various interfaces and lines, performs various functions of the communication terminal 1300 and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 1340 and calling data stored in the memory 1340, thereby implementing various services based on the terminal.
Optionally, the processor 1330 may include one or more processing units. Optionally, the processor 1330 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, applications, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It is to be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 1330.
The camera 1370 is configured to implement a shooting function of the communication terminal 1300, and shoot pictures or videos. The camera 1370 may also be configured to implement a scanning function of the communication terminal 1300, and scan a scanned object (two-dimensional code/barcode).
The communication terminal 1300 also includes a power supply 1320 (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components. Optionally, the power supply 1320 may be logically connected to the processor 1330 through a power management system, so as to implement functions of managing charging, discharging, and power consumption through the power management system.
It is noted that, in the embodiment of the disclosure, the processor 1330 may perform the functions of the processor 1110 in fig. 11 or the processor 1210 in fig. 12, and the memory 1340 stores the contents of the processor 1110 or the contents of the processor 1210.
The invention also provides a computer program product, which when running on a communication terminal, enables the communication terminal to execute any information query method for implementing the embodiment of the invention. The computer program product is for example referred to as a speech application.
The present invention also provides another computer program product for enabling a communication terminal to execute an information query method for implementing any one of the embodiments of the present invention when the computer program product runs on the communication terminal. The computer program product is for example referred to as a short message application.
The communication terminal executing the information query method may be a background server for voice application or a terminal installed with voice application. The communication terminal executing another information query method can be a background server of the short message application, the background server of the voice application or the terminal installed with the voice application is used as the voice application, and the background server of the short message application is simplified and described as the short message application.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the two communication terminals described in fig. 11 and fig. 12 may be combined into one terminal, and the combined communication terminal is installed with a voice application and a short message application. Alternatively, the two communication terminals depicted in fig. 11 and 12 may be two different devices, a voice assistant is installed in the communication terminal of fig. 11, a short message application is installed in the communication device of fig. 12, and the two communication terminals depicted in fig. 11 and 12 communicate with each other in a wireless manner or a wired manner.

Claims (10)

1. A communication terminal, comprising: a processor and a microphone;
the processor is configured to: acquiring voice of a user through a microphone;
determining a target query service required by a user according to the acquired voice of the user; if the target query service can be queried by adopting a short message application, sending query content corresponding to the target query service to the short message application so that the short message application queries a corresponding server according to the received query content and receives a query result returned by the server.
2. The communication terminal of claim 1, wherein the communication terminal further comprises a display screen; the processor is further configured to:
after receiving the query result sent by the short message application, displaying the query result through the display screen; and/or
The communication terminal further comprises a speaker; the processor is further configured to:
and after receiving the query result sent by the short message application, broadcasting the query result through the loudspeaker.
3. The communication terminal of claim 1, wherein the processor is further configured to:

service inquiry is carried out to a corresponding server according to the received inquiry content;
and receiving a query result returned by the server.
5. The communication terminal of claim 4, wherein the processor is further configured to:
if the query content is a target text, wherein the target text is obtained by the query application end by filling the demand information into a target text format template corresponding to the target service type, replacing the text in a target request template corresponding to the target service type with the target text to obtain target request information, and sending the target request information to an ICS server for service query; or
If the query content is the voice of the user and the voice of the user is determined to be matched with the text in the target request template, replacing the text in the target request template corresponding to the target service type with the required information to obtain target request information, and sending the target request information to an ICS server for service query; or
If the query content is the voice of the user and the voice of the user is determined not to be matched with the text in the target request template, extracting the content required by the target request template from the voice of the user, filling the content in the target request template to obtain target request information, and sending the target request information to an ICS server for service query.

acquiring voice of a user through a microphone;
determining a target query service required by a user according to the acquired voice of the user;
if the target query service can be queried by adopting a short message application, sending query content corresponding to the target query service to the short message application so that the short message application queries a corresponding server according to the received query content and receives a query result returned by the server.
7. The information query method of claim 6, wherein after sending the query content corresponding to the target query service to the application corresponding to the target query service, the method further comprises:
after receiving the query result sent by the short message application, displaying the query result through a display screen; and/or
And after receiving the query result sent by the short message application, broadcasting the query result through a loudspeaker.
