Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a method for determining a close contact person, terminal equipment and a server.
Background
The control work of new coronary pneumonia (COVID-19) continues, and in the judgment of the close contact person, the traditional method can only judge whether the close contact person is the close contact person by adopting a mode of generating a two-dimensional code by adopting an operator signal path or a user hand filling path.
The specific way for the operator signal path to judge whether the carrier is an intimate contact person (whether the carrier is an intimate contact person infected by the new coronary pneumonia) is as follows: whether a city in the 14-day approach of the mobile phone signal of the user is a heavily-infected area is identified based on the mobile phone signal tower, so that whether the mobile phone user is a close contact person of a new coronary pneumonia infected person is judged. The specific way for the user to actively fill the path to judge whether the user is a close contact person is as follows: the mobile phone user actively fills in a route (including vehicles and shifts) and an address of a daily route on the mobile phone, or the user scans a two-dimensional code on a route path by using the mobile phone, if the user is diagnosed as a new coronary pneumonia infected person in the same route and address, all users who are in the route and address are close contacts, and the isolation and the detection at home are needed.
However, the method of using the operator signal path can only identify that the user is in a certain city but not to be accurate to the street, and cannot process different areas of the same city, and the method of using the user hand to fill the path is adopted, some users may miss filling, fill writing incorrectly or intentionally do not fill, so the existing method of judging the close contacts has the problem of inaccurate judgment.

The operating system may be an Android (Android) operating system, an ios operating system, or a damming operating system, and may also be other possible operating systems, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
The following describes a software environment applied by the method for determining the close contact provided by the embodiment of the present invention, taking an android operating system as an example.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an architecture of a possible android operating system according to an embodiment of the present invention. In fig. 1, the architecture of the android operating system includes 4 layers, which are respectively: an application layer, an application framework layer, a system runtime layer, and a kernel layer (specifically, a Linux kernel layer).
The application program layer comprises various application programs (including system application programs and third-party application programs) in an android operating system.
The application framework layer is a framework of the application, and a developer can develop some applications based on the application framework layer under the condition of complying with the development principle of the framework of the application.
The system runtime layer includes libraries (also called system libraries) and android operating system runtime environments. The library mainly provides various resources required by the android operating system. The android operating system running environment is used for providing a software environment for the android operating system.
The kernel layer is an operating system layer of an android operating system and belongs to the bottommost layer of an android operating system software layer. The kernel layer provides kernel system services and hardware-related drivers for the android operating system based on the Linux kernel.
Taking an android operating system as an example, in the embodiment of the present invention, a developer may develop a software program for implementing the method for determining an intimate contact provided in the embodiment of the present invention based on the system architecture of the android operating system shown in fig. 1, so that the method for determining an intimate contact may run based on the android operating system shown in fig. 1. Namely, the processor or the terminal device can implement the method for determining the close contact person provided by the embodiment of the invention by running the software program in the android operating system.
The terminal device in the embodiment of the invention can be a mobile terminal device and can also be a non-mobile terminal device. The mobile terminal device may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a vehicle-mounted terminal device, a wearable device, an ultra-mobile personal computer (UMPC), a netbook or a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), etc.; the non-mobile terminal device may be a Personal Computer (PC), a Television (TV), a teller machine, a self-service machine, or the like; the embodiments of the present invention are not particularly limited.
The server in the embodiment of the invention can be a traditional server or a cloud server.
The method for determining the close contact person provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to determining the close contact person of a specific person (a target user in the embodiment of the invention).
Alternatively, the signature person may refer to a patient with an infectious disease, e.g., an infected person with new coronary pneumonia.
The method for determining the close contact person provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to a communication system as shown in fig. 2, and the communication system is assumed to be the close contact person applied to determine the infected person with the new coronary pneumonia. The system comprises the following components: cloud server, cell-phone A, cell-phone B and cell-phone C. The mobile phone B is within a short distance from the mobile phone a and the mobile phone C, so that the user of the mobile phone B may have close contact with the user of the mobile phone a, and the user of the mobile phone B may have close contact with the user of the mobile phone C, so that the identity code B1 of the user of the mobile phone B may be stored in the mobile phone C, the identity code B1 of the mobile phone B may be stored in the mobile phone a, and the identity code a1 of the mobile phone a and the identity code C1 of the mobile phone C may be stored in the mobile phone B. Under the condition that the user of the mobile phone C is confirmed to be the infected person, the user's own identity code can be uploaded to the cloud server, and the cloud server can store the identity code C1 of the user of the mobile phone C as the identity code of the infected person. Further, after acquiring the identity code C1 of the infected person from the cloud server, the mobile phone a may query the local identity code, where C1 is not included, so that the user of the mobile phone a is not a close contact of the infected person; cell phone B can also query local identity code C1, including C1, after obtaining the infected person's identity code from the cloud server, so that the user of cell phone B is a close contact with the infected person.
The short-range may be a range of the short-range communication connection, and the range may be determined according to a maximum distance that the short-range communication connection can be established. It is assumed that the distance range can be 200 meters, if connected via bluetooth. In fig. 2, 100 meters and 10 meters are both within this distance range.
The method for determining the close contact person provided by the embodiment of the present invention can be implemented through information interaction between the terminal device and the server, and the method for determining the close contact person provided by the embodiment of the present invention will be exemplarily described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for determining an intimate contacter, the method including:
101. the terminal device acquires an identity code of a user of a device that establishes a short-range wireless communication connection with the terminal device.
Wherein the identity code of the user of the device is generated from the device identification of the device.
Optionally, the obtaining, by the terminal device, the identity code of the user of the device that establishes the short-range wireless communication connection with the terminal device may be performed in two cases:
in the first case: the terminal equipment acquires the equipment identification of the equipment which establishes short-distance wireless communication connection with the terminal equipment, and generates the identity code of the equipment according to the equipment identification.
In the second case: the equipment generates the identity code of the user of the equipment according to the equipment identification, and the terminal equipment directly acquires the identity code of the user of the equipment.
102. The terminal device stores locally the identity code of the user of the device.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal equipment can locally store the identity code of the user of the equipment so as to record the personnel which are contacted by the terminal equipment in a short distance.
Optionally, the terminal device may further obtain the device identifier of the terminal device, generate the identity code of the user of the terminal device according to the device identifier of the terminal device, and locally store the identity code of the user of the terminal device.
103. The terminal device sends a request message to the server.
Correspondingly, the server receives the request message sent by the terminal equipment.
The request message is used for requesting the identity of the target user from the server.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device may send the request message to the server when the terminal device determines that the user of the terminal device is not the target user.
Alternatively, the terminal device may determine whether the user of the terminal device is the target user through information input by the user of the terminal device, or the terminal may determine whether the user of the terminal device is the target user through information of the target user published by a third-party platform (e.g., a news platform, a medical system, a national organization or institution, etc.).
104. And the server sends the stored identification of the target user to the terminal equipment.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server can receive and store the identity of the target user sent by each terminal device.
105. And if the identity identifier matched with the identity identifier of the target user exists in the identity identifiers locally stored in the terminal equipment, determining that the user of the terminal equipment is a close contact person of the target user.
The locally stored identity is the identity of the user of the equipment which establishes the short-distance wireless communication connection with the terminal equipment.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the existence of the identity matching the identity of the target user in the identity locally stored in the terminal device may refer to the existence of the identity identical to the identity of the target user in the identity locally stored in the terminal device, or may refer to the existence of the identity having a certain association relationship with the identity of the target user in the identity locally stored in the terminal device, where the association relationship may indicate that the two identities correspond to the same user.
The short-range wireless communication connection may refer to a bluetooth connection, or a connection established by a Near Field Communication (NFC) technology.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device may send a request message for requesting the identity of the target user to the server, and after receiving the identity of the target user sent by the server, may check whether an identity matching the identity of the target user exists in the identities of the users of the devices that are locally stored by the terminal device and that establish the short-distance wireless communication connection with the terminal device, and if so, indicate that there is a target user in the users that have been in close contact with the user of the terminal device, thereby confirming that the user of the terminal device is a close contact person of the target user. Therefore, the identity of the user who is in close contact with the user of the terminal equipment and stored in the terminal equipment can be acquired based on the short-distance wireless communication technology, and whether the user of the terminal equipment is a close contact person or not is automatically judged by combining the identity of the target user stored in the server, so that the accuracy of determining the close contact person can be improved.
Furthermore, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention does not need to acquire the position data and the path information of the user of the terminal equipment, the logic of judging the close contact person is realized in the local terminal equipment, and the server only needs to maintain the identity identification information of the target user, so that the maximum protection of the user privacy is realized.
In addition, the method avoids inaccurate information caused by missing filling, wrong filling or hiding and not filling of some users in a way of manually filling in the path, and further improves the accuracy of determining the close contact person.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4 in conjunction with fig. 3, the above 105 may be replaced with the below 106.
106. And if the identity identifier matched with the identity identifier of the target user does not exist in the identity identifiers locally stored in the terminal equipment, determining the close contact person of the user of the terminal equipment, which is not the target user.
Optionally, when the terminal device determines that the user of the terminal device is the target user, the terminal device may send the identity code of the user of the terminal device to the server, where the identity code of the user of the terminal device is generated according to the device identifier of the terminal device.
Illustratively, in conjunction with fig. 3, as shown in fig. 5, the step 105 may further include the following steps:
107. the terminal device determines that the user of the terminal device is the target user.
For example, after determining that the user of the terminal device is a close contact person of new coronary pneumonia, it may be determined by detection means such as nucleic acid detection whether the user is an infected person (i.e., target user) of new coronary pneumonia, and the result is entered into the terminal device.
108. The terminal device sends the identity code of the user of the terminal device to the server.
Correspondingly, the server receives the identity code of the user of the terminal device, which is sent by the terminal device, and the identity code of the user of the terminal device is generated according to the device identifier of the terminal device.
For example, after determining that the user of the terminal device is an infected person of new coronary pneumonia, the identity code of the user of the terminal device may be sent to the server, so that the server may save the identity code of the user of the terminal device to update the identity code information of the infected person in the server (i.e., the identity code information of the target user).
109. The server stores the identity code of the user of the terminal device as the identity code of the target user.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the user of the terminal equipment is determined to be the target user, the identity code of the user can be reported to the server in time, so that the server can update the identity code information of the target user stored in the server in time, and the accuracy of determining the close contact person can be further improved.
In practical applications, the scheme for determining the close contact provided by the embodiment of the present invention may include two parts, where the first part generates an identity code library for the terminal device locally (i.e., stores the identity code of the user of the terminal device, and stores the identity code of the user of another device that establishes a short-range wireless communication connection with the terminal device); the second part is that the terminal equipment inquires whether to be in close contact with the user. These two parts will be described separately below.
A first part: terminal equipment generating identity code
In this part, as shown in fig. 6, the terminal device is implemented by the following steps:
201. the fast application is started.
Optionally, an operation of the user to open the fast application may be received to open the fast application.
The above-described fast application may be an application program developed based on the method of determining a close contact provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
202. It is determined whether the user has authorized the generation of the identity code repository.
If the user is authorized, executing 203 to 206; if the user is not authorized, 207 is performed.
203. And judging whether the Bluetooth function is started or not.
If so, 204 and 205 are executed; if not, execution 206 is performed.
204. An identity code of a user of another device that establishes a short-range wireless communication connection with the terminal device is acquired.
205. The identity codes of the users of the other devices are stored in an identity code repository.
206. And outputting the guide information for starting the Bluetooth function, and guiding the user to start the Bluetooth function.
In embodiments of the invention, 206 may then return to execution 203.
207. A popup box is displayed that asks the user whether authorization is allowed.
If the input that the user allows the authorization is received, executing 208 to 210; if the user receives an input that the user does not allow authorization, 211 is performed.
208. And acquiring the equipment identifier of the terminal equipment.
209. An identity code of a user of the terminal device is generated.
210. And storing the identity code of the user of the terminal equipment into an identity code library.
211. And outputting guide information allowing authorization, and guiding the user to authorize and generate the identity code library.
In embodiments of the present invention, execution 207 may be returned after execution 211.
Optionally, information guiding the inquiry of the intimate contact situation may be output first, and the inquiry of the intimate contact situation is prompted to require that authorization to generate the identity code library is allowed first.
A second part: terminal equipment inquires whether to contact closely
Illustratively, taking the target user as a new coronary pneumonia infector as an example, in this section, as shown in fig. 7, the terminal device and the server are implemented by the following steps:
301. the user triggers the terminal device to inquire the situation of the close contact person.
302. The terminal equipment judges whether to start the Bluetooth function.
If the Bluetooth function is started, executing 303 to 314; if the bluetooth function is not turned on, 315 is performed.
303. The terminal device displays a user information input interface.
304. And the terminal equipment responds to the operation of the user on the user information input interface and inputs the health state information of the user.
305. The terminal device judges whether the user of the terminal device is an infected person.
If the user of the terminal device is not an infected person, executing 306 to 311; if the user of the terminal device is an infected person, 312 to 314 are performed.
306. An infector identity code is requested from the server.
307. And the server sends the infected person identity code in the infected person identity code base to the terminal equipment.
308. The terminal device matches the infector identity code with an identity code in a local identity code base.
309. And judging whether the matched identity codes exist in the local identity code base.
If so, execute 310; if not, 311 is performed.
310. A user of the terminal device is determined to be an intimate contact of the infected person.
311. It is determined that the user of the terminal device is not a close contact with the infected person.
312. The terminal equipment reports the identity code of the user of the terminal equipment to the server.
313. And the server receives the identity code reported by the terminal equipment.
314. The server stores the identity code of the user of the terminal device in an infected person identity code library.
315. And the terminal equipment outputs the guide information for starting the Bluetooth function and guides the user to start the Bluetooth function.
In embodiments of the invention, execution 302 may return after 315.
Optionally, in order to ensure that the identity code is not maliciously acquired and tracked, the identity code may be further subjected to confusion optimization, that is, the identity code mutually broadcasted among the mobile phone devices is not unique and may change along with the random change of the bluetooth MAC address.
For example, as shown in fig. 8, the mobile phone 2 broadcasts the temporary identity code B, which is dynamically generated by the mobile phone 2 identity code B, and a single mobile phone can broadcast any number of codes B, thereby avoiding the problems that a single user is maliciously tracked, and the like. In fig. 8, after the user of the mobile phone 1 communicates with the user of the mobile phone 2 in close proximity for a period of time, the mobile phone 1 broadcasts three temporary identity codes b1, b2 and b3, the mobile phone 2 broadcasts three temporary identity codes a1, a2 and a3, and the mobile phone 2 knows that 3 temporary identity codes are received and the time, but does not know that all the three temporary identity codes indicate a mobile phone user.
Further, after several days, the user of the mobile phone 1 is diagnosed as an infected person of new coronary pneumonia, and may report the identity code B to the cloud server through a health council or the user of the mobile phone 1, and the user of the mobile phone 2 triggers the mobile phone 2 to acquire the identity code B of the infected person of new coronary pneumonia from the cloud server, and match the identity code B with locally stored B1, B2, and B3, and finds that B matches B1, B2, and B3, but the user of the mobile phone 2 cannot know that B1, B2, and B3 indicate the user of the mobile phone 1.
The implementation mode can protect the privacy of the mobile phone user and avoid the problems that a single user is maliciously tracked and the like.
As shown in fig. 9, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal device, where the terminal device includes:
a sending module 401, configured to send a request message to a server, where the request message is used to request an identity of a target user;
a receiving module 402, configured to receive an identity of a target user sent by a server;
