Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for releasing communication information, which can be realized by a plurality of terminals together and is realized by the assistance of a server. The terminal may include a terminal (referred to as a first terminal) that sends communication information in a communication group, or may include any terminal (referred to as a second terminal) that receives the communication information in the communication group. An instant messaging application may be installed in the first terminal and the second terminal, and the user may communicate with other users through the instant messaging application. The user can join a communication group (called a target communication group) through the instant communication application program, and the target communication group can comprise a plurality of communication accounts. When a user wants to communicate with other users in the target communication group, the user can click an option corresponding to the target communication group in an instant messaging application program of a terminal (namely a first terminal), the first terminal can display a communication page of the target communication group, and the user can input communication information to be issued in the communication page, so that the communication information is sent to terminals logged in by other communication accounts in the target communication group.
In the method for publishing communication information provided by the embodiment of the present invention, a user may input certain account type information (i.e., target account type information) and communication information to be published in a communication page of a target communication group, and a first terminal may send a communication request of the target communication group to a terminal logged in by each communication account included in the target communication group, where the communication request carries the target account type information and the communication information to be published. After the terminal (i.e. the second terminal) logged in by some other communication account in the target communication group receives the communication request, whether the account type information of the local login account is the target account type information or not can be judged, and if so, a prompt message corresponding to the communication information is displayed. Based on the method, the user only needs to input the type information of the target account, and can prompt all communication accounts of the type information of the target account without inputting account marks one by one, so that the efficiency of issuing the communication information can be improved. As shown in fig. 1, the processing flow of the method may include the following steps:
step 101, a first terminal acquires a preset prompt identifier, target account type information and communication information to be issued, which are input by a user in a communication page of a target communication group.
In implementation, when a user wants to locate a communication account of a certain account type in a target communication group, the user may open a communication page corresponding to the target communication group, the communication page may be provided with an input box, the user may input target account type information, communication information to be published, and a preset prompt identifier in the input box, and the preset prompt identifier may be used to prompt that the communication account conforming to the target account type information is located, that is, a communication account of a certain account type is specially prompted when the communication information is published in the communication group. The preset prompting mark can be '@' or other characters. For example, the user may input "8 point-to-point requirement document? @ product ", as shown in figure 2. Wherein, "@" is a preset prompt identifier, "product" is target account type information, "8 point-to-point requirement document? "is the communication information.
The manner in which the user enters the target account type information may be various. For example, the user may input the target account type information in the input box through an input device of the first terminal; or after the user inputs "@", the first terminal may display a pre-stored account type information list, and the user may select target account type information requiring "@" from the account type information list. After the user input is finished, the sending option can be clicked, the first terminal can receive the sending instruction, and then the target account type information and the communication information to be issued input by the user can be obtained, so that subsequent processing can be performed conveniently.
The account type information may be preset, or may be acquired by the first terminal through an instant messaging application, and the detailed description will be described later in the specific processing. The dividing mode of the account types can be various, for example, the account types can be divided according to positions, such as operation and maintenance, research and development, products, sales and the like; account types can be divided by gender, such as male, female; the account types can be divided according to the locations of the hometown, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan and the like; the account types may also be divided by graduation schools, such as Beijing university, Tianjin university, and Beijing university of science and technology.
102, the first terminal sends a communication request of the target communication group to terminals logged in by each communication account included in the target communication group, wherein the communication request at least carries a preset prompting mark, target account type information and communication information to be issued, the preset prompting mark can be used for prompting that the communication request includes the account type information, and the target communication group can include at least one communication account conforming to the target account type information.
In implementation, after obtaining the destination account type information and the communication information to be issued input by the user, the first terminal may send a communication request to the server, where the communication request may carry a preset prompt identifier, the destination account type information, and the communication information to be issued, and the communication request may also carry an identifier of a destination communication group and an identifier of a communication account (which may be referred to as a first communication account) logged in the first terminal. After receiving the communication request, the server may determine other communication accounts except the first communication account in the target communication group, and then may send the communication request to the terminal in which each determined communication account is logged.
And 103, the second terminal receives a communication request of the target communication group sent by the first terminal, wherein the communication request carries the target account type information and the communication information to be issued.
In implementation, after receiving the communication request sent by the server, the second terminal may parse the communication request to obtain the target account type information, the communication information to be issued, and the identifier of the first communication account, so as to perform subsequent processing.
And step 104, adding the communication information in the communication record of the target communication group by the second terminal.
In implementation, after the second terminal acquires the communication information to be released, the communication information may be added to the communication record of the target communication group for display.
And 105, if the account type information of the local login account is the target account type information, displaying a prompt message corresponding to the communication information by the second terminal.
In implementation, the second terminal may store account type information of the local login account in the target communication group. As described above, the account type information may be preset, or may be obtained through an instant messaging application, and the detailed description will be described later. The account type information may be various, for example, the account type information may be divided by job, such as operation and maintenance, development, product and sales, etc.; account type information, such as male and female, may also be divided by gender.
After the second terminal acquires the target account type information, the second terminal may compare the account type information of the local login account with the target account type information, determine whether the account type information of the local login account is the same as the target account type information, and if so, may display a prompt message corresponding to the communication information, where the prompt message may include an identifier of the first communication account, such as "# @ you", as shown in fig. 3; if not, the prompt message corresponding to the communication information is not displayed.
It should be noted that, step 104 and step 105 have no timing requirement, and the processing of step 104 and step 105 may not be sequential.
Based on the above processing, for each communication account in the target communication group that meets the target account type, a prompt message corresponding to the communication information may be displayed, for example, if the target account type is "product", and there are 5 communication accounts in the target communication group that have the account type of "product", then the terminal logged in by the 5 communication accounts will display the prompt message corresponding to the communication information.
Optionally, the second terminal may perform the processing in step 105 when determining that the target account type information is valid, and the corresponding processing procedure may be as follows: and if the target account type information is judged to be valid, acquiring account type information of a local login account, and executing a step of displaying a prompt message corresponding to the communication information when the account type information of the local login account is the target account type information.
In implementation, one or more preset character lengths may be stored in the second terminal in advance, and the preset character length may be a character length in which the account type information may appear, for example, the preset character length may be 2 or 4. After the second terminal acquires the target account type information, the character length of the target account type information can be determined, the character length of the target account type information is compared with the preset character length, if the preset character length which is the same as the character length of the target account type information exists, the target account type information can be judged to be valid, and the processing in the step 105 is executed. Otherwise, the second terminal does not acquire the account type information of the local login account and does not perform matching processing. For example, the preset character length is 2, and the content input by the user is "8 point-to-point requirement document? When @ product ", the second terminal may determine that the character length of the" product "is 2, determine that the target account type information is valid, then obtain the account type information of the local login account, and then perform matching; the content input by the user is 'at afternoon @ family together at night' and the second terminal can determine that the character length of 'family together at night' is 8, determine that the target account type information is invalid, and do not acquire the account type information of the local login account and do not perform matching processing. In this way, the validity of the target account type information can be judged first, and when the target account type information is judged to be valid, the processing of step 105 is executed, so that the processing resources of the terminal can be saved.
Optionally, the process of obtaining the account type information of the local login account may be as follows: acquiring account data information of a local login account, wherein the account data information comprises parameter information of at least one attribute parameter; and acquiring parameter information of preset target attribute parameters in the account data information, and using the parameter information of the target attribute parameters as account type information of the local login account.
In implementation, the instant messaging application program in the first terminal may obtain account data information of the communication account through other application programs or the background server. The present embodiment is described by taking an example that an instant messaging application program obtains account data information through an application program of a personnel management system, and the other situations are similar to the above. The instant messaging application program can pre-store the corresponding identification of the local login account in the application program of the personnel management system, and then the account data information of the local login account is obtained in the application program of the personnel management system according to the corresponding identification of the local login account. The account data information may include parameter information of at least one attribute parameter, and the attribute parameters may include at least positions, job levels, extension numbers, mailboxes, mobile phone numbers, and the like, as shown in fig. 4.
After the instant messaging application program obtains the account data information of the local login account, the preset parameter information of the target attribute parameter can be obtained from the account data information of the local login account, and then the parameter information of the target attribute parameter and the account identifier of the local login account can be correspondingly stored. For example, the target attribute parameter may be a job parameter, and in the account profile information of the local login account, if the parameter information of the job parameter is "product", the "product" may be used as the type information of the local login account. Wherein, the target attribute parameter can be manually set.
Optionally, the second terminal may update the account type information when the account data information changes, and the corresponding processing procedure may be as follows: when detecting that the parameter information of the target attribute parameter is updated in the account data information of the local login account, acquiring the updated parameter information of the target attribute parameter, and using the updated parameter information as the account type information of the local login account.
In implementation, when the account data of the user of the second terminal (e.g., an employee in an enterprise) changes, the account data is usually updated in the personnel management system, and the application program of the personnel management system may send the updated account data information to the instant messaging application program. When the instant messaging application program detects that the account data information of the communication account (namely the local login account) of the user is updated, whether the parameter information of the target attribute parameter is updated or not is determined, if the parameter information of the target attribute parameter of the local login account is updated, the updated parameter information of the target attribute parameter can be obtained, and the updated parameter information of the target attribute parameter is used as the account type information of the local login account. For example, if the position of an employee changes from "technical" to "sales", the account type information of the employee's communication account may be updated from "technical" to "sales". Therefore, when the account data information of a certain user changes, the account type information of the communication account of the user can be updated in time.
Optionally, when the communication page of the target communication group is not currently displayed, a prompt message may be displayed, and accordingly, the processing procedure in step 105 may be as follows: and if the account type information of the local login account is the target account type information and the communication page of the target communication group is not displayed at present, displaying a prompt message corresponding to the communication information.
In implementation, after the second terminal obtains the target account type information and the communication information to be issued, the second terminal may obtain the account type information of the local login account, and determine whether the account type information of the local login account is the same as the target account type information. If so, it may be further determined whether the communication page of the target communication group is currently displayed. If the communication page of the target communication group is currently displayed, the communication information can be directly displayed in the communication page of the target communication group; and if the communication page of the target communication group is not displayed currently, displaying a prompt message corresponding to the communication information, such as "+" @you ".
Optionally, the user may perform an operation in the display window of the prompt message to open the communication page of the target communication group, and the corresponding processing procedure may be as follows: and when a selection instruction corresponding to the communication information display option is detected, displaying a communication page of the target communication group, and displaying the communication information and the target account type information in the communication page.
In implementation, as shown in fig. 3, the prompt message may be displayed in a form of a pop-up window, and a communication information display option may be set in the display window of the prompt message. After the user sees the prompt message, if the user wants to view the communication information, the user can click the communication information display option, and the second terminal can display the communication page of the target communication group and can display the communication information and the target account type information in the communication page, as shown in fig. 5. The display window can be further provided with a communication information ignoring option, if the user does not want to view the communication information, the user can click the communication information ignoring option, and the second terminal can cancel the display of the prompt message corresponding to the communication information.
Optionally, the user may also view the communication account conforming to the target account type information, and the corresponding processing procedure may be as follows: when the communication information is displayed, displaying target account type information corresponding to the communication information; and when a trigger instruction corresponding to the target account type information is received, displaying a communication account list corresponding to the target account type information, wherein the communication account list comprises communication accounts which accord with the target account type information in the target communication group.
In implementation, when the second terminal displays the communication information in the communication page of the target communication group, the second terminal may display the target account type information corresponding to the communication information, for example, "8 point-to-point requirement document? @ product ", as shown in figure 5. The user can click the target account type information or move the cursor to the position of the target account type information, the second terminal can receive the trigger instruction corresponding to the target account type information, and then the communication account list corresponding to the target account type information can be displayed. The communication account list may include account names of communication accounts in the target communication group that meet the target account type information.
In addition, the terminal may also obtain account type information of each communication account in the target communication group, and the corresponding processing procedure may be as follows: acquiring account data information of each communication account in the target communication group, wherein the account data information comprises parameter information of at least one attribute parameter; and respectively acquiring parameter information of preset target attribute parameters from the account data information of each communication account, and taking the parameter information of the target attribute parameters as account type information of the corresponding communication account. (the terminal described below may be a first terminal or a second terminal).
In implementation, in the instant messaging application program of the terminal, the identifier corresponding to each communication account in other application programs (such as an application program of a personnel management system) may be stored in advance, and then the account data information of each communication account is acquired in the application program according to the identifier corresponding to each communication account. The account data information may include parameter information of at least one attribute parameter, and the attribute parameter may include at least position, job level, extension number, mailbox, mobile phone number, and the like.
After the instant messaging application program obtains the account data information of each communication account, the preset parameter information of the target attribute parameter can be obtained from the account data information of each communication account, and then the parameter information of the target attribute parameter can be used as the account type information of the corresponding communication account. Thus, the account identifier (e.g., account number) of each communication account can be associated with the parameter information of the target attribute parameter corresponding to the communication account, so as to obtain the tag of each communication account. The user can check the account type information of a certain communication account, or can check the communication account belonging to the account type information. When the terminal detects that the parameter information of the target attribute parameter is updated in the account data information of a certain communication account in the target communication group, the parameter information after the target attribute parameter is updated is obtained, and the parameter information after the target attribute parameter is updated is used as the account type information of the communication account.
In the embodiment of the invention, the second terminal can receive the communication request of the target communication group sent by the first terminal, the communication request carries the preset prompt identifier, the target account type information and the communication information to be issued, and if the second terminal judges that the account type information of the local login account is the target account type information, the prompt message corresponding to the communication information is displayed, so that the user can prompt all communication accounts of the account type only by inputting the account type needing '@', and the account names do not need to be input one by one, thereby improving the efficiency of issuing the communication information.
Based on the same technical concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a device for issuing communication information, as shown in fig. 6, the device includes:
