Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of metal surface treatment, and particularly relates to worm gear oil and a preparation method thereof. The worm gear oil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-80 parts of synthetic lubricating oil PAG, 0.8-1.6 parts of composite antioxidant, 1-5 parts of extreme pressure antiwear agent, 0.05-0.5 part of metal passivator, 1-2.5 parts of corrosion inhibitor and 20-50ppm of defoaming agent. The selected amine antioxidant and the phenol antioxidant are compounded for use, so that the thermal oxidation stability of the worm and gear oil can be obviously improved, and meanwhile, the extreme pressure antiwear additive, the metal passivator and the corrosion inhibitor are selected to further improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and rust resistance of the worm and gear oil.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of metal surface treatment, and particularly relates to worm gear oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The worm and worm gear mechanism has the characteristics of small volume, large transmission speed ratio, stable operation, low noise, large output torque and the like, is usually used for transmitting the motion and the power between two staggered shafts, and has been widely applied. In the worm gear transmission, because the sliding between tooth surfaces is large, the contact time of the teeth is relatively longer than that of the gear transmission, and the friction wear and the heating condition are more serious, the lubrication by adopting common gear oil is not suitable.
The worm gear lubricating oil plays an important role in the transmission of the worm gear, can reduce friction and abrasion, improves the transmission efficiency of the worm gear pair, prolongs the service life of the worm gear, and the like. Along with the development of equipment towards the direction of high speed and heavy load, the problems of short service life, large worm wheel abrasion and the like of the conventional worm gear lubricating oil are often exposed, the transmission efficiency of the worm gear is influenced, and the operation cost is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the worm and gear oil which has excellent thermal oxidation stability and wear resistance and also has excellent corrosion resistance and rust resistance.
The worm gear oil provided by the invention comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-80 parts of synthetic lubricating oil PAG, 0.8-1.6 parts of composite antioxidant, 1-5 parts of extreme pressure antiwear agent, 0.05-0.5 part of metal passivator, 1-2.5 parts of corrosion inhibitor and 20-50ppm of defoaming agent.
Among these, synthetic lube PAGs can be: PAG VG150, PAG VG320, PAG VG460, or PAG VG 680.
The composite antioxidant is prepared by compounding an amine antioxidant and a phenol antioxidant according to the mass ratio of 3: 5.
Wherein the amine antioxidant is N-phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine;
the phenolic antioxidant is 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol or 2, 4-dimethyl-6-tert-butylphenol.
The extreme pressure antiwear agent is one of tricresyl phosphate, sulfurized isobutylene, dibenzyl disulfide, amino thioester, or thiophosphoramine.
The metal passivator is one of benzotriazole, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole or 2-mercaptobenzothiazole sodium.
The corrosion inhibitor is barium dinonylnaphthalene sulfonate or dodecenylsuccinic acid.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the worm and gear oil, which comprises the step of mixing the synthetic lubricating oil, the composite antioxidant, the metal passivator, the corrosion inhibitor, the extreme pressure antiwear additive and the defoaming agent to obtain the worm and gear oil.

Example 1
PAG 15045 parts of synthetic lubricating oil PAG VG, 0.45 part of N-phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine, 0.75 part of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, 3 parts of tricresyl phosphate, 0.1 part of benzotriazole, 1 part of barium dinonyl naphthalene sulfonate and 20ppm of defoaming agent.
And mixing synthetic lubricating oil PAG VG150, N-phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, tricresyl phosphate, benzotriazole, barium dinonyl naphthalenesulfonate and a defoaming agent to obtain the worm gear oil.
Example 2
Synthetic lubricating oil PAG VG 32060 parts, N-phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine 0.45 parts, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol 0.75 parts, dibenzyl disulfide 3 parts, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole 0.2 parts, dodecenyl succinic acid 2 parts and defoaming agent 30 ppm.
The preparation method of the worm gear oil is the same as that of the embodiment 1.
Example 3
Synthetic lubricating oil PAG VG 46080 parts, N-phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine 0.45 part, 2, 4-dimethyl-6-tert-butylphenol 0.75 part, dibenzyl disulfide 5 parts, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole 0.5 part, dodecenylsuccinic acid 2.5 parts and defoaming agent 30 ppm.
The preparation method of the worm gear oil is the same as that of the embodiment 1.
Example 4
Synthetic lubricating oil PAG VG 32060 parts, N-phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine 0.3 parts, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol 0.5 parts, dibenzyl disulfide 2 parts, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole 0.5 parts, dodecenyl succinic acid 1.5 parts and defoaming agent 30 ppm.
The preparation method of the worm gear oil is the same as that of the embodiment 1.
Example 5
Synthetic lubricating oil PAG (PolyGenyl amine) VG 68070 parts, N-phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine 0.6 parts, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol 1 part, dibenzyl disulfide 3 parts, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole 0.2 part, dodecenyl succinic acid 2 parts and defoaming agent 50 ppm.
The preparation method of the worm gear oil is the same as that of the embodiment 1.
Comparative example 1
Synthetic lubricating oil PAG VG 32060 parts, N-phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine 1.2 parts, dibenzyl disulfide 3 parts, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole 0.2 part, dodecenyl succinic acid 2 parts and defoaming agent 30 ppm.
The preparation method of the worm gear oil is the same as that of the embodiment 2.
Comparative example 2
Synthetic lubricating oil PAG VG 32060 parts, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol 1.2 parts, dibenzyl disulfide 3 parts, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole 0.2 part, dodecenyl succinic acid 2 parts and defoaming agent 30 ppm.
The preparation method of the worm gear oil is the same as that of the embodiment 2.
Comparative example 3
Synthetic lubricating oil PAG VG 32060 parts, N-phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine 0.4 parts, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol 0.8 parts, dibenzyl disulfide 3 parts, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole 0.2 parts, dodecenyl succinic acid 2 parts and defoaming agent 30 ppm.
The preparation method of the worm gear oil is the same as that of the embodiment 2.

Synthetic lubricating oil PAG VG 32060 parts, N-phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine 0.5 parts, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol 0.7 parts, dibenzyl disulfide 3 parts, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole 0.2 parts, dodecenyl succinic acid 2 parts and defoaming agent 30 ppm.
The preparation method of the worm gear oil is the same as that of the embodiment 2.
Comparative example 5
Synthetic lubricating oil PAG VG 32060 parts, octyl diphenylamine 0.45 part, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol 0.75 part, dibenzyl disulfide 3 parts, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole 0.2 part, dodecenyl succinic acid 2 parts, and defoaming agent 30 ppm.
The preparation method of the worm gear oil is the same as that of the embodiment 2.
The thermal oxidation stability of the worm and gear oils prepared in the examples of the present invention and the comparative examples is shown in Table 1.

Claims (8)
1. The worm and gear oil is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 45-80 parts of synthetic lubricating oil PAG, 0.8-1.6 parts of composite antioxidant, 1-5 parts of extreme pressure antiwear agent, 0.05-0.5 part of metal passivator, 1-2.5 parts of corrosion inhibitor and 20-50ppm of defoaming agent.
2. The worm-gear oil according to claim 1, characterized in that the synthetic lubricant PAG is: PAG VG150, PAG VG320, PAG VG460, or PAG VG 680.
3. The worm and gear oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the compound antioxidant is compounded by an amine antioxidant and a phenol antioxidant according to a mass ratio of 3: 5.
4. The worm-gear oil according to claim 3, wherein the amine antioxidant is N-phenyl- α -naphthylamine; the phenolic antioxidant is 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol or 2, 4-dimethyl-6-tert-butylphenol.
5. The worm-gear oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the extreme pressure antiwear agent is one of tricresyl phosphate, sulfurized isobutylene, dibenzyl disulfide, aminothioester, or thiophosphoramine.
6. The worm-gear oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the metal deactivator is one of benzotriazole, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole or sodium 2-mercaptobenzothiazole.
7. The worm-gear oil according to claim 1, wherein the corrosion inhibitor is barium dinonylnaphthalene sulfonate or dodecenylsuccinic acid.
8. The preparation method of the worm and gear oil according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: and mixing the synthetic lubricating oil, the composite antioxidant, the metal passivator, the corrosion inhibitor, the extreme pressure antiwear additive and the defoaming agent to obtain the worm gear oil.
