Abstract
The invention provides water-resistant industrial gear oil, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 40-60% of paraffin-based refined oil, 20-40% of bright stock, 5-10% of antioxidant antiwear agent, 0.001-0.08% of anti-emulsifier and 5-10% of water repellent agent. The beneficial effects are as follows: the anti-wear and anti-wear rubber has good anti-wear and anti-wear performance, extremely high bearing capacity, strong anti-rust and water-resistant performance, excellent low-temperature fluidity and high-temperature adhesion, excellent shear stability, no oil throwing after long-term use and wide application range.

Background
Gear oil mainly refers to lubricating oil for transmissions and rear axles. It is different from engine oil in use condition, self component and use performance. The gear oil mainly plays a role in lubricating gears and bearings, preventing abrasion and corrosion, helping the gears to dissipate heat and the like.
The gear oil for the automobile is used in gear transmission mechanisms such as automobile steering gears, speed changers, drive axles and the like, and plays an important role in the aspects of lubrication, wear resistance, cooling, heat dissipation, corrosion prevention, rust prevention, washing, reduction of tooth surface impact, noise and the like of gears due to high surface pressure during gear transmission.
The gear oil should have good wear resistance, load resistance and suitable viscosity. In addition, it should have good thermal oxidation stability, anti-foaming property, water separation property and rust prevention property. Because the gear load is generally above 490 megapascals (MPa), and the hyperbolic tooth surface load is higher to 2942MPa, the dosage of the gear oil accounts for about 6-8% of the total amount of the lubricating oil.
The gear oil is an important lubricating oil prepared by adding an extreme pressure antiwear agent and an oiliness agent into a petroleum lubricating oil base oil or a synthetic lubricating oil serving as a main component. It is used for various gear transmission devices to prevent the wear, scratch, sintering and the like of the tooth surface and prolong the service life of the gear transmission device.

Further, the preferable component proportions of the gear oil components are as follows by mass ratio: 60% of paraffin-based refined oil, 30% of bright stock oil, 4.999% of antioxidant antiwear agent, 0.001% of anti-emulsifier and 5% of water repellent agent.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the anti-wear and anti-wear rubber has good anti-wear and anti-wear performance, extremely high bearing capacity, strong anti-rust and water-resistant performance, excellent low-temperature fluidity and high-temperature adhesion, excellent shear stability, no oil throwing after long-term use and wide application range.

Highly refined paraffin-based refined oil with a high viscosity index is used as base oil, and bright stock is added into the paraffin-based refined oil to blend the viscosity of the base oil.
The water-resistant agent is added into the gear oil, so that the water resistance of the gear oil can be improved.
