Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly additive for improving green printing ink of a signboard, which comprises a drying agent and an anti-skinning agent, wherein the drying agent is a mixture of linseed oil and varnish containing drying oil, and the anti-skinning agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-45% of methyl ethyl ketoxime, 10-35% of vegetable oil, 20-50% of mineral oil and 20-40% of an active agent, wherein the weight ratio of the dosage of the anti-skinning agent to the dosage of the drying agent is 2: 1. the additive is composed of a drying agent and an anti-skinning agent, and the anti-rust effect of the signboard can be effectively improved by adding the additive into the ink and then spraying the ink on the signboard, and meanwhile, the ink has good leveling property and good film-forming property, and the attractiveness of the signboard can be ensured.

A preparation method of an environment-friendly additive for improving green printing ink of a signboard comprises the following steps: mixing reaction catalyst titanium silicalite molecular sieve powder and a solvent according to a weight ratio of 1: 10, adding the mixture into a glass reactor, heating the mixture through a constant-temperature water bath, then carrying out magnetic stirring, adding methyl ethyl ketone and stirring when the temperature is raised to 60-80 ℃, then adding ammonia water and an H202 solution, reacting completely to obtain a methyl ethyl ketoxime solution, after the methyl ethyl ketoxime solution is cooled, adding 10-35% of vegetable oil, 20-50% of mineral oil and an active agent to obtain an anti-skinning agent, adding a drying agent into printing ink, stirring and dispersing for 30-60 min, then adding the anti-skinning agent into the printing ink, and stirring and dispersing for 30-60 min.

The ink has good leveling property and good film-forming property by adding the active agent.
