Abstract
The invention discloses a water-based paint dispersant, which is prepared from acrylic acid, methyl methacrylate, white carbon black, glycol, an organic solvent, n-amyl alcohol, malonic acid, an initiator, sodium sulfite and a neutralizer; the dispersing agent can reduce the surface tension of the water-based paint, enhance the wetting effect on pigment particles, ensure that the pigment particles are stably dispersed in a liquid phase and can be quickly and firmly combined with surface groups of the paint, so that the pigment particles are stably suspended in an aqueous solvent, the pigment is well dispersed, the optimal dispersing effect is achieved, and the dispersing effect and the dispersing speed are improved by adding the modified white carbon black; in the preparation process of the dispersant, the molecular weight of a product and the distribution of products are changed by changing the conventional one-time addition of the initiator into the multiple addition of the initiator, so that the prepared dispersant not only has good dispersing performance, but also has good capability of resisting the change of environmental temperature.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of chemicals, in particular to a water-based paint dispersing agent.
Background
The dispersant is a surfactant which has two opposite properties of lipophilicity and hydrophilcity in a molecule, can uniformly disperse solid particles of inorganic and organic pigments which are difficult to dissolve in liquid, and simultaneously prevents the solid particles from settling and agglomerating. The requirements of people on health and environmental protection are improved, and the water-based environment-friendly coating becomes a new favorite in the field of architectural decoration. However, the surface tension of water is much greater than that of organic solvents, and some additives are needed to reduce the surface tension of water, enhance the wetting effect on pigment particles and stably disperse the pigment particles in a liquid phase. However, many dispersants produced in the existing market have insignificant dispersing effect and low efficiency.

The invention aims to provide a water-based paint dispersing agent.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a water paint dispersing agent is prepared from (by weight parts) acrylic acid 15 parts, methyl methacrylate 15 parts, white carbon black 2 parts, ethylene glycol 10 parts, organic solvent 60 parts, n-amyl alcohol 1 part, malonic acid 3 parts, initiator 2 parts, sodium sulfite 4 parts, and neutralizer 4 parts; the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) adding an organic solvent into a reaction kettle, heating to 65-70 ℃, carrying out constant temperature treatment for 1-1.5 hours, adding acrylic acid and methyl methacrylate, adding an initiator under the pressure of 6-10Mpa and at the temperature of 95-100 ℃, and reacting for 8-9 hours;
2) introducing nitrogen into n-pentanol, malonic acid and white carbon black at the temperature of 55-60 ℃ and the pressure of 15-18MPa to react for 40-45 minutes;
3) mixing the raw materials obtained in the steps 1) and 2), heating to 60 ℃, adding ethylene glycol, adding sodium sulfite when the temperature rises to 85 ℃, stopping heating when the temperature rises to 105 ℃, reacting for 1-2 hours, quickly cooling to 35-40 ℃, and taking out the materials;
4) grinding the material taken out in the step 3) in a colloid mill for 1 hour, and then putting the ground material in a stirring cylinder for stirring for 1-1.5 minutes;
5) adding a neutralizing agent into the materials in the step 4), removing the organic solvent, stirring for 30 minutes, sealing for 1 hour, and homogenizing in a homogenizer for 45 minutes.

Detailed Description
A water paint dispersing agent is prepared from (by weight parts) acrylic acid 15 parts, methyl methacrylate 15 parts, white carbon black 2 parts, ethylene glycol 10 parts, organic solvent 60 parts, n-amyl alcohol 1 part, malonic acid 3 parts, initiator 2 parts, sodium sulfite 4 parts, and neutralizer 4 parts; the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) adding an organic solvent into a reaction kettle, heating to 65-70 ℃, carrying out constant temperature treatment for 1-1.5 hours, adding acrylic acid and methyl methacrylate, adding an initiator under the pressure of 6-10Mpa and at the temperature of 95-100 ℃, and reacting for 8-9 hours;
2) introducing nitrogen into n-pentanol, malonic acid and white carbon black at the temperature of 55-60 ℃ and the pressure of 15-18MPa to react for 40-45 minutes;
3) mixing the raw materials obtained in the steps 1) and 2), heating to 60 ℃, adding ethylene glycol, adding sodium sulfite when the temperature rises to 85 ℃, stopping heating when the temperature rises to 105 ℃, reacting for 1-2 hours, quickly cooling to 35-40 ℃, and taking out the materials;
4) grinding the material taken out in the step 3) in a colloid mill for 1 hour, and then putting the ground material in a stirring cylinder for stirring for 1-1.5 minutes;
5) adding a neutralizing agent into the materials in the step 4), removing the organic solvent, stirring for 30 minutes, sealing for 1 hour, and homogenizing in a homogenizer for 45 minutes.

The coating prepared by the dispersant has the viscosity of 25 mPa.s at 30 ℃, and is excellent in viscosity, micro dispersion phase, dispersity and settling time when stored for 60 days at room temperature.

The preparation method of the water-based paint dispersing agent is characterized by comprising the following components, by weight, 15 parts of acrylic acid, 15 parts of methyl methacrylate, 2 parts of white carbon black, 10 parts of ethylene glycol, 60 parts of an organic solvent, 1 part of n-amyl alcohol, 3 parts of malonic acid, 2 parts of an initiator, 4 parts of sodium sulfite and 4 parts of a neutralizing agent; the preparation method comprises the following steps:
