Abstract
一种包装用内膜结构,包括互相叠合的内膜、外膜,所述的内膜包括尼龙层、共挤易揭层;所述的外膜包括热塑性弹性体50‑95%、聚乙烯0‑50%、聚丙烯0‑50%、抗氧剂0.3%‑0.7%、开口爽滑剂0‑5%;所述的内膜与所述的外膜通过粘接剂粘接。本发明具有环境温度适应性好、无异味、无渗出,性能稳定的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及包装用材料技术领域,具体涉及一种包装用内膜结构。
背景技术
PVC包装膜作为广泛使用的一种包装膜具有包装物更加稳固整洁,超强防水作用。具有拉伸强度高,延伸率大、自粘性好,透明度高等特点。同时现有的食品或美容用品的包装越来越多采用可以方便使用者自己进行混合操作的分离式独立包装结构,比如一些混合型面膜或混合型奶茶的包装,现有的PVC包装膜直接应用到食品包装里存在很多问题,首先普通pvc高温环境下容易产生异味、其次普通PVC低温环境下容易导致表面柔度下降,使得混合过程的用户体验下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种包装用内膜结构,本发明提供可以对水相油相进液温度进行判断的具有超声波震动与剪切搅拌器的一种包装用内膜结构。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种包装用内膜结构,包括互相叠合的内膜、外膜,所述的内膜包括尼龙层、共挤易揭层;所述的外膜包括热塑性弹性体50-95%、聚乙烯0-50%、聚丙烯0-50%、抗氧剂0.3%-0.7%、开口爽滑剂0-5%;所述的内膜与所述的外膜通过粘接剂粘接。
作为本发明的优选,所述的聚乙烯为LDPE、MDPE、LLDPE、MPE、HDPE中的一种或混合;所述的聚丙乙烯为均聚PP、共聚PP的一种或两种;所述抗氧剂为168、1010、1076的一种或混合、所述开口爽滑剂为二氧化硅、有机硅、油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺的一种或混合。
作为本发明的优选,所述的外膜的表面通过粘接剂有保护膜,所述的外膜表面设置有与所述中间膜联通的阵列通孔。
作为本发明的优选,所述的保护膜由以下重量份的原料制备而成:增塑剂0.03-0.04份,稳定剂7-9份,铁粉0.2-0.3份,活性炭粉0.12-0.18份,钛白粉3-5份、阻燃剂3.5-6份和PVC树脂90-100份。
作为本发明的优选,所述的共挤易揭层包括30%的聚烯烃热塑性弹性体与70%的PE。
作为本发明的优选,所述的内膜包括液触部(1)以及粉触面(2),所述的液触面与所述的粉触面(2)之间设置有条形密封线(3),所述的条形密封线(3)的端部设置有易揭部(3-1),所述的粉触面(2)的表面设置有阵列设置有复数个点状凸起部(4)。
作为本发明的优选,所述点点状凸起部(4)的膜厚为其他处膜厚的1.1~1.2倍。
作为本发明的优选,所述的粘接剂由以下重量份的原料制备而成,聚氨酯100~110份、硫酸盐4.5~5份、硼酸盐1.8~2份、纳米氧化镁18~19.5份、水48~51份、乙醇70~71份、甲苯69~70份和基础粘接物48~50份。。
作为本发明的优选,所述的基础粘接物由以下重量份的原料制备而成,淀粉98~101份、硅胶68~71份、虫胶27~30份和聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯6~6.5份。
综上所述,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明具有环境温度适应性好、无异味、无渗出,性能稳定的优点。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本发明实施例包括互相叠合的内膜、外膜,内膜包括尼龙层、共挤易揭层;外膜包括热塑性弹性体50-95%、聚乙烯0-50%、聚丙烯0-50%、抗氧剂0.3%-0.7%、开口爽滑剂0-5%;内膜与外膜通过粘接剂粘接。其中共挤易揭层包括30%的聚烯烃热塑性弹性体与70%的PE。其中聚乙烯为LDPE、MDPE、LLDPE、MP E、HDPE中的一种或混合;聚丙乙烯为均聚PP、共聚PP的一种或两种;抗氧剂为168、1010、1076的一种或混合、开口爽滑剂为二氧化硅、有机硅、油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺的一种或混合。
本实施例的外膜的表面通过粘接剂有保护膜,外膜表面设置有与中间膜联通的阵列通孔。保护膜由以下重量份的原料制备而成:增塑剂0.03-0.04份,稳定剂7-9份,铁粉0.2-0.3份,活性炭粉0.12-0.18份,钛白粉3-5份、阻燃剂3.5-6份和PVC树脂90-100份。
如图1所示,本实施例的内膜包括用于在做成包装后构成包装的用于容纳液状混合物的容纳腔内侧面的液触部1以及用于用于在做成包装后构成包装的用于容纳粉状混合物的容纳腔内侧面的粉触面2,液触面与粉触面2之间设置有条形密封线3,条形密封线3的端部设置有易揭部3-1,条形密封线3既是在做成包装后相对两侧内膜互相连接用于分隔两个容纳腔的部分,该结构以及实现方式皆为现有技术常用手段,包括易揭部3-1的设置也是常用技术手段,本实施例不做展开,粉触面2的表面设置有阵列设置有复数个点状凸起部4。点点状凸起部4的膜厚为其他处膜厚的1.1~1.2倍。点状凸起部4的设置有助于液粉混合后在容纳腔内的紊流式的搅拌,同时点状凸起部4还能起到一点的摩擦研磨的效果。
本实施例的粘接剂由以下重量份的原料制备而成,聚氨酯100~110份、硫酸盐4.5~5份、硼酸盐1.8~2份、纳米氧化镁18~19.5份、水48~51份、乙醇70~71份、甲苯69~70份和基础粘接物48~50份。其中聚氨酯的重均分子量为1800,纳米氧化镁的平均粒径为3nm的,本实施例优选各原料比例为100:4.5:1.8:18:50:70:70:50。基础粘接物采用糯米浆或淀粉浆等常用粘接物进行实施,本实施例优选采用的基础粘接物由以下重量份的原料制备而成,淀粉98~101份、硅胶68~71份、虫胶27~30份和聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯6~6.5份。本实施例优先比例为100:70:28:6。本实施例采用该种优选配方的粘接剂的优点在于可以在高温、潮湿、冷热冲击环境下都能使得膜与膜之间保持粘接的稳定性。

1.一种包装用内膜结构,其特征在于:包括互相叠合的内膜、外膜,所述的内膜包括尼龙层、共挤易揭层;所述的外膜包括热塑性弹性体50-95%、聚乙烯0-50%、聚丙烯0-50%、抗氧剂0.3%-0.7%、开口爽滑剂0-5%;所述的内膜与所述的外膜通过粘接剂粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装用内膜结构,其特征在于:所述的聚乙烯为LDPE、MDPE、LLDPE、MPE、HDPE中的一种或混合;所述的聚丙乙烯为均聚PP、共聚PP的一种或两种;所述抗氧剂为168、1010、1076的一种或混合、所述开口爽滑剂为二氧化硅、有机硅、油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺的一种或混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装用内膜结构,其特征在于:所述的外膜的表面通过粘接剂有保护膜,所述的外膜表面设置有与所述中间膜联通的阵列通孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装用内膜结构,其特征在于:所述的保护膜由以下重量份的原料制备而成:增塑剂0.03-0.04份,稳定剂7-9份,铁粉0.2-0.3份,活性炭粉0.12-0.18份,钛白粉3-5份、阻燃剂3.5-6份和PVC树脂90-100份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装用内膜结构,其特征在于:所述的共挤易揭层包括30%的聚烯烃热塑性弹性体与70%的PE。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装用内膜结构,其特征在于:所述的内膜包括液触部(1)以及粉触面(2),所述的液触面与所述的粉触面(2)之间设置有条形密封线(3),所述的条形密封线(3)的端部设置有易揭部(3-1),所述的粉触面(2)的表面设置有阵列设置有复数个点状凸起部(4)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装用内膜结构,其特征在于:所述点点状凸起部(4)的膜厚为其他处膜厚的1.1~1.2倍。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装用内膜结构,其特征在于:所述的粘接剂由以下重量份的原料制备而成,聚氨酯100~110份、硫酸盐4.5~5份、硼酸盐1.8~2份、纳米氧化镁18~19.5份、水48~51份、乙醇70~71份、甲苯69~70份和基础粘接物48~50份。。
9.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种包装用内膜结构,其特征在于:所述的基础粘接物由以下重量份的原料制备而成,淀粉98~101份、硅胶68~71份、虫胶27~30份和聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯6~6.5份。
